We had a small colony of bats in the attic. Derek closed in all other potential openings in the exterior of the house and installed devices at the active entrance that would not let the bats return to their roost. On opening our cottage for the summer, we realized we were not alone. What turned out to be raccoons had taken up residence in our attic. I had what turned out to be multiple red squirrels living in my house that were proving to be more than I could handle. Call Action and they were at my house within a half hour. They did a full walk through to find the source of the problem. All squirrels were caught about an hour after he left.
