Good stuff for $1, good place for greeting cards, drinking glasses, cleaners, candy, pads and office items.

Got a lot of good deals only went to get a box of small screw drivers to fix stereo, which I found . But also bought $12.00 worth of food, and $ 23.00 more dollars in taxable I would have paid alot more for at Walmart. So great deals..🙂

Darcy is always very helpful when I need to find something in the store. Today I needed peroxide and I couldnt find it so I just skipped it and I was in line and Darcy came over and saw that I didnt have any in my hand and brought me two bottles. Very thoughtful of her!

Lots of low prices items. However, the place could use a good cleaning.

The Employees are actually friendly! The parking lot is something of a puzzle to be slowly navigated, because of traffic flow, but the store itself is always full of seasonal bargains. Small, but clean!

Store was a bit on the dirty side today. Had hard time getting help with something on a high shelf. Finally gave up after a few minutes & just left the store.

If you can get it somewhere else cheaper let me know.

Had great stock, clean, staff friendly.

It was exceptional, the store was very well cleaned and stocked. The only minor issue was they need another person to work the other register. That is open and available, so they 2 cashiers that were workinf there today do not get overwhelmed.

Easy shopping

I give it a 4 only because of the price and one lady that works there. Other than that you have to yell to the workers to get any kind of service because they are either on a personal call or ignoring you wile your calling them and Im polite not rude about even after being ignored just saying they need to step it up.

They had only a few things I was looking. I had to go to another store to finish shopping because they were out of stock again. I do a lot of shopping at the dollar tree.

Able to get items I needed. Male cashier was very stressed out. Not sure why. Hope the rest of his night went better. We were there about 9:15 pm.

Great selection of items. My only complaint is the lack of registers open. Whenever I go here, there is always one register open and the person has two speeds: slow and stop. Then you always get someone who has to order like 20 balloons, holding up the line even longer.

Pretty good value for a buck here. When you throw something in your basket you know its price. Lol. Greeting cards are a favorite of mine!

There needs to be more food selection here.And when I was in line, both the manager and a cashier were talking bad about other employees and a customer. Not very friendly.

It is an okay place to buy one time use items, as you should not expect for anything found inside to last very long. Although it is great that everything found inside is only one dollar.

Bought more then what we went in for,but always do.Line moved pretty good.

Not as big a selection as other dollar trees but not bad ... could be a bit neater and organized but good for a dollar tree.

Love this store and esp Tom!!! Only complaint is the FREEZER SECTION...BEEN WAITING FOR STRAWBERRYS FOR WEEKS..THERE IS NOTHING IN THE COOLERS...JUST A FEW ITEMS!! WHO EVER DOES THE ORDERING AND STOCKING NEEDS TO START DOING AN EVEN HALFASSED JOB...THAT WOULD BE A HUGE IMPROVEMENT COMPARED TO THE NON EFFORT THATS THE NORM NOW!!!!! Ive lived in many places in MA and have been to many Dollar Trees. Pittsfield is the worst. The selection is crummy, most of the time there are big gaps on shelves. Entire areas will be mostly empty. I dont know why they dont get merchandise in, or maybe they are just very slow getting it out on the floor. The workers have always been nice; its a sad looking store. Chicopee, MA has a good one, and Liberty St, Springfield too. If you are out there anyway

What a disaster this 10% coupon is. I just went to store# 1314 in Pittsfield,Ma at 9am when they opened although the website says they open at 8 am. Clerk Heather was loud, complaining and bossy. I spent about 30.00 and got TEN CENTS OFF ! Cmon. Even the manager was pssied at the clerk. I was told I have to bring in the store my 29 items, void the purchase and RE-RING it. You must be kidding. This hassle was for about a 3.00 discount. As a secret shopper today, I had to flunk the store. I also unlike the page. How about getting some associate that likes working there and knows what she is doing?

I am disturbed I went to the dollar store by the way I’m 13 years old and this 30 year old cashier was giving me the most disturbing luxe ever and I’m gonna call that sexual assault he was looking at me in weird ways and just like kind of like licking his lips and everything I was discussing he was looking at me I just think you should set rules in that place and teach your employees how to be more respectful he looked like he was 30 years old yet I am just 13 so I would be glad if you would please talk to that person thank you

Store was a mess, very cluttered. Some shelf items on the floor to trip over. Only one cashier during a busy time in the afternoon.

There are usually things everywhere here. Cramped aisles, displays take up half the aisles, shelves are usually a mess.
