I spent a few days at CFP this week. The community was incredibly welcoming! The gym was the cleanest CF I have ever been in. The workouts were challenging and the coaches did a great job to create an experience that catered to each person attending class. If you are in the area of Pittsfield go see them!! Stoked to have found such a fun community to join while on vacation!

Erica and Jamie have created a wonderful community of fitness enthusiasts who are young and old(er), and of varying abilities, yet everyone supports each other to do their best work. This place is a real treasure.

Ive been to a lot of gyms and through a decent amount of exercise routines, and Ive never done anything as effective or enjoyable as CrossFit. While there are many true stories about injurious activities at places like this, Ive never seen it happen at this one, and thats because the owners and coaches are too notch. They teach and coach every class and care about every member. You dont just join a gym here, you join a community.

Three words: Fitness, Inspiration, And Addicting. I’ve been going to this gym for 3 years, and I will not be going back to a normal gym if I can help it.

Great place for a drop in they make you feel at home and really coach the drop ins!A/C in this box

The owners are amazing and all the coaches are great with helping you work through any soreness or injuries. I highly recommend this particular gym.
