I will only go to Tyler for my haircuts. He is always professional and does a great job! He takes the time to pay attention to all the details to give the perfect cut every time.

I saw that this Barber shop had good reviews, so I decided to try it out. The staff was friendly, but Im not happy with the cut. I got a skin fade that was not blended. I was also bleeding all over the back and side of my head. Ive never been in this much pain from a skin fade. Had to go to supercuts in concord to fix up this haircut. I hate giving negative reviews, but I want to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I urge you to think twice before getting a skin fade here.

I really enjoy my visits with Tyler at the Platinum Shop. Its easy to find, right there on 28 southbound in the same strip mall as Parkers Restaurant. Its clean. Bright. And he does the entire job for you. Shave. Haircut. Trim your moustache or beard. His dog(s) are usually inside in a very large kennel. He speaks freely & intelligently while he gives you personal attention to help you look as good as you can. Try him one time & youll keep going back.

Had a awful haircut at a chain salon back in the beginning of feb and I was honestly resorting to cutting my own hair until I ran into Tyler and he told me not to worry and to come see him at his barber shop and he would fix me up and make me looking handsome again for my wife, as I proceed to go in i noticed that it was one of the cleanest shops I have been in, nicely put together great atmosphere and amazing people nothing against the other barbers there but Tyler is a hero he saved the whole out come of my hair and all I can say is i have a forever barber and will be coming back overtime I get fuzzy ! thank you for the best haircut Ive had in years !

After today I cant believe I ever thought this was a decent barbershop. Horrible customer service. Completely clueless how to run a business and take care of clientele. Never going back here again. Way overpriced, too. Plus the reward program is so stupid its pointless.
