From my initial phone call, which was personally answered by Dan McCormick to the final walk-through with Steve Wood, Jr., the other partners son, these guys were informative, honest, fair and impeccably thorough. We have a very large roof, which was completed in one day. And we were so happy with that project, we immediately had them replace our siding as well. Both projects exceeded our expectations. Their crews work fast without sacrificing workmanship. And as project manager, Steve kept me well-informed and was present to coordinate all the details and inspect the progress. He was the last one to leave after both projects and only left after we were completely satisfied. He took care of the final details personally. Trusting a company to do home renovations can be a roll of the dice, but I HIGHLY recommend McCormick Renovations...youll trust them immediately. Next up: a deck replacement!

We had whole house window replacements installed 13 years ago. Recently we had a problem with 2 windows and McCormick Renovations repaired the problems efficiently and professionally. This company is honest and kind in their dealings with their clients and their work is excellent. We will continue to use their services and recommend them to family and friends.

We hired McCormick Renovations to diagnose a leak that had sprung in our house. We had spoken to three other roofing contractors, but Steve was the most professional and transparent, which is ultimately what won our bid. We decided to replace our entire roofing system. The team completed the roof in 2.5 days - delayed slightly due to rain - and it is now the most beautiful roof in our neighborhood. We would work with McCormick again, without question.

We selected McCormick Renovations based on their proposal and favorable reviews found online. Their pricing wasnt the least expensive of our options but we were initially impressed by their professionalism, courtesy and apparent good reputation. We werent fully advised of their subcontracting and there was, unfortunately, some miscommunication on the day our roof was to be replaced. We received a text early that the work would need delayed due to weather forecast but then, unexpectedly, an hour or so later, two trucks pulled into our driveway and workers started setting up ladders without supervision. Kudos to Steve and his son though. They both arrived promptly upon our request, were sincerely apologetic, very clear with explanation, and courteous. The work was completed quickly by two crews but Steve assured us that expediting the job in hope of completing it before inclement weather arrived would not in any way sacrifice quality. To ease our concerns, Steve stayed on-site the entire time to oversee performance, which we felt displayed exemplary customer service. Though weve continued to find stray nails around the yard since then, we do feel their clean-up was satisfactory and that despite their best efforts its not unrealistic that some additional debris might reasonably be expected. Without reservation, we would recommend consideration of McCormick Renovations to anyone in need of home improvement.

The crew was professional, friendly, and cleaned up after the project. I had four windows replaced in my home and new windows in my sunroom. The windows in my home are wonderful! The outdated sunroom looks awesome! They had to completely reframe the area and install the windows. Thank you, Steve and crew, for everything!!

Great experience working with McCormicks Renovations. I had a roof with significant leaking and McCormicks replaced my roof within 2 weeks of setting initial contact.There were several other repairs besides shingle replacement and still they finished in one day. Great experience. 100% recommend

Steve was very responsive- email/text message. He actually went up on the roof to evaluate the damage and determine if he could repair it or if it needed replaced. He applied his current discount without me needing to ask or even being aware of it. His crews were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

We highly recommend McCormick Renovations for roofing and gutters.A new roof and gutters were installed in 2 days. The roof was completed in just one day. They repaired our existing metal chimney and painted all the roof stacks - which look really great now. They had a great crew that worked well together - very efficient and worked carefully around landscaping. They protected around the house with tarps to catch most stuff. Its a messy process, but the cleanup was very thorough and the area was swept for nails with magnets - very nicely done! Pricing was reasonable and competitive with other bids, as well. Would definitely use them again on other projects.

Very good work - prompt communication - the workers on site did a great job cleaning up and caused no damage to my yard. They used a tool like a metal detector to pick up any stray nails that might have fallen.I work in real estate management and I can say that its one of the best experiences I have had with a roofer and I have had plenty of bad experiences. I plan to use them a lot moving forward!

With the quality of the work, the people, and the value I recommend their services based on our experience. Steve, who we met with initially, is very knowledgeable about the work and honest. Manny and his crew that did the work made sure that things were done correctly. They also made sure the site was clean when they were finished. We had gotten three other companies to bid the work and McCormick Renovations was the best. They responded the fastest after initially contacting them and to questions we had, the bid was given by someone with knowledge of the work and not just a sales person, and they had the best price with the best value. As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor the included warranty provides better coverage than other systems we had considered.

Steven and his crew were on time and had to work through a severe thunderstorm which set them back on their timetable. But, with that setback, they worked until they finished the roof installation which was around 13 total hours. They laid about 25 squares of shingles as well as installing a Solar light. Great workmanship and a great crew.

The whole team was great from start to finish. From the time we signed the quote to the time the team started was very fast. Super responsive staff. Great cleanup also! Definitely recommend!

I My wife and I cannot be happier with the experience and work done by McCormic Renovations. Dan and Steve walked us through the whole process of our whole house makeover. We had new siding soffit and facia gutters and downspouts. We also replaced 15 windows. We could not be happier. The crew that did the siding worked like a well oiled machine and hung 15 square of siding in a day and a half. The McCormic crew were very professional friendly and great craftsman. We were so happy we still have their sign in our yard because we hope they have continued success with our neighbors. Dan told me at our first meeting that his company could take our house from worst on the block to first on the block ....and they did!

I was absolutely thrilled to have the new gutters with the leaf guard installed. It took rather longer than expected (which is not surprising given the time of year and the pandemic) but once they gave me a date, they stuck to it. The new gutters look fantastic, and it will be a relief not to have them constantly obstructed with the leaves from my oak trees.I am very pleased with the service and the new gutters. Thank you!
