Grocery is always stocked and zoned so nice an neat! The end cap displays are so nice and always well thought out. Coach Eddie is the best. He’s always so helpful and upbeat. I only shop there when I know he’s working!!

After asking three staff for help at The jewelry department I decided to just tell customer service that I would be leaving. Im not going to wait half an hour. Only having one team member with access to your jewelry department cost you the sales and business of me today.

Cant beat Sams Club....wish shopping carts were cleaner. Need to run carts thru cart wash, often. Check out is faster now. Need more handicapped shopping carts. I use O2 24/7...need one. Couldnt find one on recent shopping trip....was very hard for me and walk push cart. ....Fun exploring store

Everytime I go to this particular Sams location I feel like a thief. They will pick everything apart, even a full case of cheese just to make sure Im not trying to slip a more expensive can in its place. When I purchased 6 jugs of oil, there was apparently a limit of 5. No signage out for it, just in the computer. I am personally convinced through my experience and others I have talked to about this store that either the management team is hardcore and threatening the cashiers into total compliance with every letter of every rule, or the cashiers just want to make everyones experience so hateful they dont come back.

While we were leaving near close on Saturday, i saw an employee helping a customer load a FULL PALLET of Pokemon cards into a UHaul. These are a MAJOR scalping item right now, and its a shame that Sams Club is letting this scumbag take a product that could and should go to a large number of mainly children, and instead make a quick buck online.Id love to get in contact with a member of the company to get this investigated, i honestly am curious if there was some kind of understocking/inventory mismanagement involved that enabled this behavior.

This was a horrible shopping experience. When I was checking out at self checkout an item did not scan because the monitor kept asking questions! I’m trying to go as quickly as possible because all the lines were at least 10 deep. The gentleman at the door scanning your receipt caught it. He wanted me to return to the 10 deep line to repurchase. No way. If the monitor would not keep asking unnecessary questions this would never have happened. I felt like a criminal and was embarrassed. Might not renew my membership.

Curb service was GREAT. Greeted by a happy smiling employee. Another employee joined her to help load our Air conditioner into our car.

Its a great environment where every lane has everything in reach and in key locations.

The Sams at Robinson us definitely better then the one at West Mifflin. They tend to have a better selection of items. It is Sams so dont expect the best customer service qnd such

I always find what I’m looking for here. The price of the membership pays for itself. I usually only go about once a month to get things we are out of. You must try the s’mores snack mix it is Delicious. Anyways the main reason I am leaving this review is for their bakery department. I have tried many places and have not had such quality customer service and product for such a low price. The woman spoke with us so kindly and went over everything to make sure it was done correctly. My daughter was pleased! Will definitely return!

The store itself is fine but it bothers me that I get accosted by different companies who have booths set up in the store. Im a paying member of this store I shouldnt be bothered at every turn and every time I walk by.

Been a member for years. We get most of our meats here. Excellent prices if you have the space to store large sizes and quantities. They have some of everything here....always been a fan.

Cashiers are friendly. Theres a good selection varieties of items like mixed cases of soda pop its great for picky kids and just getting one case. Mix Pepsi orange rootbeer. Saves mom money😇 the apple turnovers are AWESOME,but I DONT LIKE BEING APPROACHED FOR CELL PHONE AND CABLE SERVICES AND THEYRE EXTREAMLY PUSHY. I politely state no thank you. They stand in personal space try to negotiate and I walk away. They should have a table and stay in a area for people whom are interested.

After having a bad experience with trying to order a wedding cake from Market District, I decided to switch to Sams Club to get a two tier cake for our wedding. The woman who took my order was friendly and we picked it up when requested with no problems, it was perfect.

The guy at the door scans all items in an order. This is a waste of my time and is insulting. There is a simple way to avoid this harassment; go back to having a cashier check out all customers.

Bix store with everything you could need under 1 roof

Lots of great gifts available and holiday clothing is reduced but going quickly. Good express checkouts. Leave your items in the cart and just use the handheld portable scanner.

Last week, I went to Sam’s club and bought a beef tenderloin roast. I went back this week to buy it again and the man behind the meat counter was super rude. He told me in all his years of working there that they’ve never sold the type of meat I wanted. But I bought it last week. He was rude as soon as I asked him a question. He acted like he couldn’t be bothered and was irritated. Never going there again.

Better than costco

Good for buying bulk items, but not a huge selection. They are starting to get some vegetarian/vegan products.

Clean store, employees were friendly. They had a larger selection than the Sams Club I normally shop at it was a nice change.

I like the store. But some of the staff especially the man standing at the door checking for membership cards needs to have a better way of greeting the customers at the door instead of being demanding and rude. Especially when the person or persons have ID card in hand and held the card out for said employee to see. It kind of ruined and set the tone of the shopping experience at this location

We prefer Sams over other warehouse stores. Sams seems to have better selection and prices.

I wish the snacks would return! But truthfully i always go in for 1-3 things and I always look at my cart full of stuff and think, I have to stop doing this!

I bought my 1st Sams membership today. I went to the Robinson location, purchased the plus membership for $100 & was given $55 in gift cards. The store was not nearly as crowded as Costco and I found everything I needed.

The customer service desk employees are the rudest team members in the store. They must forget our membership pays their salaries. In 20 years I have NEVER had a customer service person act civil and nice. Funny how all the other employees in the store are polite, say good morning, but not them. that must be where they assign their most miserable staff members.

Ordered tired online, it stated a week turn around for the tires to be delivered. We waited 10 days, we called the store after long hold times talked to Ron who advised the wheels would be in the next two days. We waited three and called back spoke with Chris who stated he didnt have time to check how many tires they received and didnt know when they would be in. Three weeks in total we waited for these tires, we canceled the order once sams finally got the wheels in. We went local for for not much more and they had the tires in just 2 days.

Pomegranate Juice, Lactaid Milk, Quality Garlic & Red Onions, Spring Mix, Pineapples, Free Range Eggs, Lamb, Beef, Green Beans, Broccoli, Fugi Apples. We are happy with the selection. We can eat a healthy diet during the pandemic.

If you REALLY do the math, youre not saving much, if at all.

I have been to this Sams numerous times. Normally its a good experience. This time around it was very frustrating trying to figure out the price of multiple items. Especially when you go to the cheese/dips/cold cuts section. Items of interest have no posted price. Some prices are posted on the wrong item. it was a mess. Nice place just be wary of what you are paying.

Sams Club is well stocked. We easily find and buy most of the products we need when visiting Sams. The produce is fresh, and prices are very good. Were happy to be Sams Club members.

Member services was polite and courteous. Check out was smooth and fairly quick.

Its a good marketing place, You can get a lot for a fair price but you have to have your Membership card

I love Sams! The ribeye and salmon are so good! I also love their rotisserie chicken! You cant find better chicken and its only $5! The shelves are always stocked and the staff is friendly.

We drove 40 miles to get chicken wings and guess what?!?! They didnt have any, then i had to follow my husband around the store for a good 45 minutes bc he couldnt figure out what he wanted for supper!!!! I will NEVER go to Sams club with him EVER again!!! 🙄🤣

Recently went alone to perchase a boxed mattress. Staff passed me struggling to load it onto the flatbed and never offered to help. Was not offered assistance loading into my vehicle either after spending over $500 that day. No pickup was available for days out so self purchase at store was my only option due to time constraints.

Some of the worst customer service, Ive seen in a long time. I have called two times now asking for an answer to my question regarding an order for 4 new tires. the response I get is, we are very busy and we cannot answer your questions unless you drive to our store in person. what type of business tells you that we are too busy to answer a question over the phone and its best for you to use more of your valuable time to make a personal visit to get a question answered that could easily be answered over the phone.

Its a nice place to get your things but I would recommend using the Scan & Go app to pay for your things instead of waiting in those long long lines.
