I always knew they were honest and fair, but when I took in my 15 year old car two years ago for inspection and they told me NOTHING needed fixed I knew just how honest and fair they are. Wow! This place is awesome! One of the best experiences Ive ever had with a mechanic. I have a really hard time trusting someone to work on my car. I know there are alot of shady places out there that will rip you off. So I try to do everything myself and its stressful.I needed a wheel bearing replaced and it was giving me anxiety because your wheel can literally fall off of your car. These guys were extremely knowledge, friendly, honest, affordable and fast. What more could you want? I will not hesitate to bring my car here again I highly recommend!

I got into my car to realize it reeked like gasoline and sure enough there was a leak. They took me without an appointment, and even rode me back home (I live very close, but still, it was super cold out!). They got it done by the end of business, were very reasonable with costs, and explained the repair before making it. I really got a great first impression, will be recommending my family and friends, and will not be straying from this shop!

Vinces Automotive is fantastic. Im a long time customer but they continue to astound me. They recently installed a full 2.5 Teraflex suspension lift kit with 9550 shocks, 35 Cooper Discoverer Pro tires, and Racing Summit wheels on my 2013 Jeep JKU all in one day AND fixed a design flaw with the brake line length to boot. One and a half months later, not a flaw - no squeaks, honks, shimmies or rubbing. One word - FANTASTIC! *This* is how you do quality work.If you need any automotive work, Vinces is the place to go!

Awful!!!!!!! I got taken advantage of by this place way too many times to count. The final straw that just occurred, was that them telling me my car was ready to pick up and me breaking down even before I made it back to my house, that isnt even a mile away from the shop. They then proceeded to blame me for driving the car off the lot after I had asked them if they took a listen to the terrible idle that the car still had. They said that when I noticed it I shouldve just left it there. Isnt this there job?!?!?!?! They told me it was done! Also, super hard to get a hold of. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not even deserve 1 star.

The only issue I have with Vinces Auto is that its not open late nor on the weekend. Their prices and service have been great through the years.
