Put 4 tires on my car in 10 minutes..come to see a week later while washing my car..scratches on 1 rim in a bunch of different places all a few inches in from the tire running along tire shape several inches long. basically ruined my rim . 10 minutes to change 4 tires slow down take some pride in your work and you wont ruin peoples vehicles. Will never go back

Had tires placed on my class a RV last fall . They did a great job, quick, and the best prices around on the tires I was looking for. Yes to I needed some some follow up help with a valve stem. At the end of their workday they stayed to help And fixed issue within 15 minutes.. Would recommend to everyone that needs their service in the north hills Pittsburgh and surrounding area. Ive bought tires through TireRack as well as other tire outlets around Pittsburgh, but have come to rely on A&M Family Tires. While their prices are higher than TireRack, if you consider disposal fees, mounting & balancing, etc. and also free rotation that A&M provides for tires and wheel sets (winter/summer) bought there, their prices turn out to be very fair. If you call ahead, their service times to install new tires and do rotations are usually pretty quick. Overall, very impressed by A&M Family Tires

I have been buying tires from A&M Tires for a few years now. Good prices. I want to give them a review for their honesty, though. My wife recently had a flat and didn’t have time to make it there, and so went Flynn instead to see if it could be patched. They told her it could not and that it’d be better to replace all the tires (less than a year old) than to replace one. She left and I took it back to A&M two days later. They patched it and told me my tires were only 8 months old. Honesty should still matter. A&M Tires proved their honesty to me.

Good place to go in the middle of a pandemic. After pricing a new set of tires very competitively over the phone, I was able to make an appointment do you have the tires installed. They got me in on time and required that I stayed in the car while the work was being done. That’s exactly what I would’ve wanted during these times. The Only interaction was when I signed the paperwork. I was approached by the owner, Rick, who had a mask Which covered his nose and mouth. I was out of there in 30 minutes.

These folks have been my tire guys for about 7 or 8 years now. Here’s why: Way back when, I was surprised to need new tires to pass inspection on a year-old car, and did not like the price quote I got from the dealer I bought the car from. $$$$. So I decided to buy tires online, one of the very first things I bought online. I went with the best price I found, but I didn’t know where to go to have them put on the car. A coworker suggested A&M. They gave me a very good price to mount tires which I had purchased elsewhere. While they were doing that I asked how much those tires would be next time I needed them. The price they quoted me was within a few bucks of what I had paid for tires bought and shipped over the internet. Mind. Blown. Boom. It was then and there that I became a customer for life. I’ve bought many tires from them since, and I’ve never been disappointed. If you live anywhere near A&M, they have deserved your business. I just bought 4 new tires this morning to pass inspection on one of our cars. It was easy to do; called them up last Saturday, when my car was being rejected for inspection from my mechanic guys in Monaca (Hello, Center Quick Lube, another 5-star service provider). They could have done it as early as Tuesday, but I’m an essential worker... so today it was. I’m drifting here. My point is – Give A&M all of your tire business. I have, and I have no regrets.

These guys earned their 5 stars. They are efficient, fast, and offer the best solution for the customer. A new thing Continental does with their tires is have foam inside. I just needed a patch. They could have easily said they couldn’t do it and tried selling me a new tire. But they didn’t. They cut a small piece of foam out, patch the place that had a screw stuck in it, and got me back in the road for $20. Thanks guys.

By far the best tire shop around. From tire repairs to tire replacements this is the place to go. I have yet to wait more than 30 minutes here. Sams Club wait was 5+ hours to install 4 snow tires. Went to A&M and waited 25 minutes and the cost was nearly the same!

I’m new to the area and did not have a trustworthy reliable repair shop... until now!! Fully expecting to need a new tire after I noticed a nail/ screw had punctured it, I googled a tire repair shop near me. I brought my SUV in and w/in 15 they had patched my tire. Honest efficient courteous I now have found a repair shop for both (2) my SUVs! Other shops should take a lesson from them!! A & M Family Tire.. frat job and thank you!! 5 stars !!

The best place for tires and oil changes for sure! Had both done but added oil change when I arrived. Was asked if I dont mind waiting since it was added last minute. Was still in and out in 20 minutes! They are the best and so much better at customer service than those chain stores out there.

Terrible experience. Tried to get ombré nails so he used dip instead acrylic. After dipping my nails neon pink told me he couldn’t do the ombré. So I paid $75 plus tip for no reason because I would’ve just used normal paint if I knew my nails would just be neon pink.

Great family owned and run business. They always treat you with kindness, respect, and speedy service. Mechanics keep the vehicles clean. Pricing is fair. Many times they go above and beyond!

Just got my new tires and alignment from A& M. They were very accommodating. The only issue is that they did not tell me that there would be an additional charge from the quoted price for my alignment. They knew up front the car and what it needed.

They passed their savings on to me. Im pretty sure you wont find that at most tire stores!!! Also, these are oversized tires so balancing properly is a must, my SUV is as smooth as silk. My wife had a slow leak in a tire. I called around for prices locally, which were all pretty much the same. Laurel Gardens Tire Service was near the house, so I told my wife to stop in after work to see if the tire could be patched. She arrived at 4:45 and was told it was too late to have the tire fixed that day. They close a 6PM. I told her to drive over to A&M Family tires nearby, which she arrived at 5:08, and had her tire patched in less than 20 minutes, closer to 15, for the similar price, $24. So one place needs > 1:15 to patch a tire, the other needs

My wife took her Buick in with a slow leak. She was told her alloy rim was causing the problem. After tire mechanic checked the tire he found out it was a faulty tire stem. It was replaced at no charge. Awesome job.

Very little wait time. Im used to it taking a day or so to get my vehicle turned around. I dropped off my vehicle here Monday morning to get an alignment and 4 new tires. It was done by noon. Staff are friendly.
