Ive been registered with this agency for quite some time (it was recommended by my career counsellor to do so) and I can say it has gotten bad. Every time it would get worse I would register with a different agency and not have the same problem. Some would have the SAME or similar positions [fortune500s can afford it right?]. My current recruiter, with RobertHalf, told me I was not a good fit for the job after He emails me the job saying Im a great fit. We talk, suddenly Im not; and Im not blowing it. (Guessing hes using me to make his numbers look good to management. im being patient we all got jobs - i get it) ONLY the day before I was informed by a recent hire and former (daughter/mother - i met while running an errand) employee of said Co to apply- that theyd love me. I did - I get an email and interview for it the next day FOR THE SAME JOB. THIS IS NOT AN EMOTIONAL RESPONSE! This is a series of events detailing my very recent experience with Robert Half. Being able to give context to concepts, condense, and report, its a great skill to have and, as i STATED, this has been going on FOR MONTHS. How much does this behavior cost a company; by keeping workers out of work? it isnt just me getting stuck. That cost ultimately translate into a new fee or increase the poor already cant afford. My emotional response is, in short - Worker Shortage, REALLY?

I wanted to wait until adequate time had passed until writing this review. Similar to others, I was in communications with Robert Halfs OneTeam who set up a 20 minute virtual interview with me where the HR interviewer said my Resume was great and asked for further documents for a contract position outside of PGH. I sent them professional recommendations, filled out there awfully long online documents for background checks and previous employment. I never heard back from anyone I had spoken too and reached out numerous times. Very unprofessional and I do not feel great about sending all of that information for them to have and never contact me after.

Wonderful and thoughtful group. They got me decent (and well paying) assignments. The first assignment I got lasted for nearly a year. I made myself available for short assignments after that, and they responded by actively finding me regular assignments. I was hired on permanently at the last one. They were so good to me. I cant talk them up enough!

Inept is an understatement. At My inital interview with Aimee Saxon I was redirected to other positions I had little to no real interest in and immediately passed off to an assistant with Robert Halfs other branches to again pursue general clerical positions with no real value. Complete waste of times for all involved. Then I was subjected to a resume critique where she basically discounted all my previous work history and reduced them to single line bullet points. Furthermore despite me calling in periodically to pursue leads...I NEVER heard back from her until months later she contacted me seemingly forgetting we had already met. Now today she is telling me to come in and Re-Register a mere 4 to 6 months after my initial interview. Seriously what is the point of a staffing agency like this or a Coordinator like her?

Awful, inept service. They will bring you in for an interview all the way downtown then tell you are arent qualified for their super awesome even though they already saw your resume and thought you would be great and asked to come in about it in the first place...

I got a phone call where a recruiter asked me to email him my resume and set up a video call for later next week. Set up the call and talked about career goals for maybe 10 minutes. Then they sent over a bunch of contracts for me to fill out and I have never heard back from them.Tried emailing them on numerous occasions, never got a response.
