Went on an interview there everyone was so positive and walked me through the process.I was scared because of my back ground but it all worked out fine .I got the job cant wait until the training.

Have to be impressed that these guys are still here getting it done. I worked at this location almost 30 years ago when I was first starting my career.

Great place to work, flexible scheduling, understanding and caring supervisors and employees are treated with dignity and respect.

Dial America is an aweful place to work making close to minimum wage. They wrongfully terminate people. If you are not one of managements favorites, expect to be wrongfully terminated.Example: An employee who went to jail was allowed to come back. Once she came back, she had her cell phone out on top of the keyboard(with a no cell phone policy). She was terminated and rehired back. Plus this associate has an alcohol problem and kept alcohol in her coffee mug. This company has no values. However another associate was caught putting his phone back into his pocket and was terminated immediately. That is an example of playing favorites because this associate was not eligible for rehire, when terminated over the same reason. This associate is still employed there and is still an alcoholic. Find any other job, but here. Anything goes at this company!This company does not have any morals or values. You definitely dont want to work there.

Good place to work as far as schedule flexibility. Nice people, pay rate could be better.

Great work environment. Management cares about your concerns and is willing to help you whether it is a work related issue or personal.
