I made an appointment with this dental practice in early fall 2020 for a cleaning appointment as a new patient in December 2020. All was fine until I was canceled and rescheduled 3 times. The receptionists- a few b/c different offices called me- were always curt and lacked the desire to accommodate me. They always seemed put out. Get on your Customer Service game, ladies. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE~ I cancelled my appointment with them in the new year.

By far the best in Pittsburgh. I love their service so much i was going to chip my tooth so i can come back. They have best customer service. I wish i give them 6 stars.

I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone, even with all the incentives they offer. Dr. Zotis is a bit trigger-happy when it comes to identifying cavities and I dont think she does a good job filling them based on accounts from a co-worker who has had ongoing issues with the few cavities she had done by Dr. Zotis.I went once to have a cleaning done after my dental insurance changed and my preferred dentist was not in network. I hadnt had a cavity in years, but Dr. Zotis found 1-2 cavities that she wanted to fill. At the time, my husband and a co-worker had just visited Dr. Zotis for a cleaning and she identified cavities for them as well. I was skeptical of the cavities that Dr. Zotis found and my co-worker was having a TON of issues with the cavities that she filled, so I waited the following year when my dental plan changed and went back to my old dentist, who found ZERO cavities!While I dont trust Dr. Zotis as a professional dentist, I will say I thought the hygienist did a good job with the cleaning itself.

I called to the clinic because I had a terrible wisdom teeth pain. They told me they could help me so I scheduled an appointment for next day. When I got there, they took an X-ray and they confirmed my wisdom teeth had to be removed. At that moment I couldn’t believe what the doctor told me: ‘I am sorry we don’t remove wisdom teeth in here, but my friend XXX can do it’. Really? Why you weren’t honest from the beginning and told me you don’t do that kind of job? I didn’t need to pay 114$ to you to confirm I had a wisdom teeth ache, I could feel it! Of course, I had to pay his friend doctor more money to reconfirm.

Stellar staff and service. First time going there after falling under new insurance plan. They were super helpful and informative of the types of treatments/procedures i can do both at home and through them that will benefit my smile! Perfect for anyone living near downtown Pittsburgh that wants to get a check up on their lunch break.

Dr. Zotis is absolutely wonderful. I needed an emergency dental appointment and they scheduled one for me THE DAY OF. Not only was the rest of the staff welcoming/helpful-but Dr. Zotis got my phone number and personally checked up on my progress to make sure I was ok. They gave me payment options that were accommodating to the pandemic situation. That way I can pay when it’s easiest for me financially. As long as I’m in Pittsburgh I’ll be going here again.

Absolutely wonderful dental office. Visiting Pittsburgh on business I had a dental emergency. The receptionist quickly fit me in for a consultation. I needed an extraction and Dr Zotis removed my tooth quickly and painlessly the next day. Giving me all the necessary post procedure bone graft, medication and advice to recover quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional.

The best experience at a dentist that Ive ever had! Went in with a toothache and left 45 minutes later with a replaced filling that had come loose. I had no wait when I arrived and Dr. Zotis was so nice and friendly! They even helped me out because I didnt have insurance! The cherry on top was the gift bag at the end! I will definitely be going here again if I have any other issues and I highly recommend you do too!

I have been a patient of Sixth Street Dental for six years now, and the staff is fantastic! When I first starting seeking treatment, I had some bad issues with gum disease, and thanks to this office, my gums are in great shape and healthy again! I would highly recommend Sixth Street to everyone. Chrissy is a wonderful hygienist who always remembers me and makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Zotis is personable and professional, and the facility is extremely clean as well. The hours of operation are great for people who work odd hours, and I have never had to wait long for an appointment. Every visit I have had to Sixth Street has been a positive one, and I look forward to being a patient of theirs for many years to come!

Really surprised by some of the negative reviews here, but Ive been going to this dentist for years (since 2007 when I got braces). I had braces through them, bridge work, fillings, root canals. All of my teeth look as if they are mine (which points to the quality work). I think the work they do at Sixth Street Dental is great. Dr. Zotis always makes sure I have a pain free environment which is very important with dental work. Ive been to other dentists who did not care if I was in pain. The environment is warm and welcoming and feels friendly and like family.

I am giving this office 5 stars because i love Dr Zotis and the amazing work she has done to my teeth i cannot thank you enough! She is also getting 5 stars because If it wasnt for her i probably wouldnt have had the best apple cider i have ever tried. The office manager Wendy does not seem domesticated enough. She put out some plain apple cider (eww who wants that). Dr. Zotis added fresh apples and cinnamon sticks which made it very appealing to try it.......even if you dont like it! Thanks again Dr Zotis. Beware! See Yelp and read ALL reviews before you let this dentist touch your teeth.Dr Zotis put in 6 fillings and one month later 5 fell out!! I went to her after the first one fell out and she charged me $80 for an exam and told me she couldn’t save the tooth!!! Why did she fill it in the first place? She also crowned a tooth and you can see the metal at the gum line.I wanted to just write a review to warn people but I thought I should give her the opportunity to defend her work but she wouldn’t even come into the room when she learned I didn’t have the same great dental plan. Her office manager said “it’s normal to see metal above a crown”- I have a crown on the same tooth on the right and you can’t even tell! I blame her technique and materials!She’s all about the money- I should have realized when she told me she was recently divorced and had kids to raise.Get a second opinion before you let someone drill holes in your teeth, especially when she isn’t skilled to do them at the gum line. I had rough ridges on the surface of the teeth she attempted to fill- those edges will allow the filling to fall right out. I used to have beautiful teeth and now I have silver where another dentist had to fill in all the holes she drilled! I have gone to this dentist since they opened. Not only is it conveniently located to my work in downtown but they are ALWAYS, courteous, honest, flexible, and concerned about my comfort level. They are thorough and professional and I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

Its been almost one year since I let Dr. Zotis give me 4 cavity fillings, and I am still dealing with issues from her POOR work. Since Ive got the fillings one has cracked resulting in needing a crown, one got infected due to her drilling too close to a nerve in which I needed a root canal, and now I need a second root canal from another tooth she messed up. Biggest regret in the world going there in October...almost $2000 in damages from her sloppy work. Im sick of worrying about what problem Im going to have next because of what she did to my teeth. Please never go here she clearly has NO idea what she is doing.

If you’re looking for an awesome dentist, endodontist, dental hygienists, and staff - THIS is the place to go! Dr. Zotis the dentist, Dr. Sakr the endodontist, all of the hygienists and staff are so caring, professional, and responsive to me. I just had an exam with Dr Zotis and a root canal with Dr Sakr, and I felt so relaxed and comfortable knowing that I was under their care for this procedure. By the way - the root canal was painless! Dr Sakr and his staff explained the procedure to me and answered my questions before the procedure, then showed me my results with more explanation and Q&A at the end. It was so helpful and caring. Also, I’ve been seeing Dr. Zotis and her staff for a couple of years now. She, her hygienists and staff are the exceptional. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice!

When I first moved back to Pittsburgh, it was a struggle finding a dentist that fulfilled all of my needs until I discovered Dr. Zotis and Sixth Street Dental. When I first walked into the office I had tears in my eyes and almost walked around and left. I was embarrassed of how my teeth looked and had some bad experiences with difference dentist. Dental Patients Beware!!! Unprofessional, Scam!!!The dentist at this place is a joke. I only made an appointment for a cleaning because I work in the area and thought it would be great to go on my lunch break and get my cleaning done. BIG mistake!!!First, upon meeting Litsa Zotis in the exam room, she immediately inquires about my personal life rather than focus on my teeth. She goes on to share that she is recently divorced and her ex does not financially support her gazillion children, some of which were there running around in the office. I show no interest in her personal issues and totally do not respond nor encourage her to continue with her biography, but she continues anyhow and totally neglects my teeth cleaning and exam and this was the absolute worst experience ever.I left the visit feeling bamboozled. I paid for the service, but got nothing but irritated. She should have paid me for the therapy session she subjected me to. She did offer to pay $50.00 in offiice credit for referrals. That should tell you something about this place if they have to pay you to refer your friends, family and co-workers. I made sure to let my whole office building know of my experience. She also tries to sell you botox, really??? Why would I want botox from a dentist??? Do you all do liposuction and nose jobs on the weekends too?I later discovered that she billed my insurance company for some type of problem visit saying I had pain when I only came in for a cleaning!!!This woman obviously is still hurt, broken and bitter about her divorce and needs to seek therapy to learn how to cope.
