My company manages 24 properties in the Pittsburgh area, and in the six years Ive been here weve been through three different ​security guard companies. The companies were low cost and low value, and trutfully were more of a liability. Long story short, we were came across Tri State Enforcement Regional Authority and decided to call them based on their reviews and what appeared to be high level security-police capabilities. From the very first interaction by phone, I was all but certain we would end up contracting with them. Now ten months later, they have exceeded expectations, and proven many times over they are a high quality, and highly valuable partner. Ive used TSE multiple times over the past couple years for security for various events and venues. The officers always arrive early and have always been excellent when interacting with the public and guests. They seem to have a knack for sensing problems before they really start and handle them quickly and discreetly. Ill never go back to using anyone else.

The officers Ive interacted with have been professional and very community focused. They are clearly very well trained and equipped, which I suppose is good as long as they dont lower their hiring standards.

I cant add much to what everyone else has said. Tri State Enforcement has always been professional, easy to work with, and very dependable. I really dont know why anyone would waste their money or budget on inept security companies or any off duty police officers.

These guys are the first responders at our terminal (security/medical/rescue). They do it all. The officers are very professional, and its obvious they care deeply about what they do. I dont think Ive ever seen a more professional outfit in the industry, or even compared to police departments. Im really glad its these guys here, and not who other terminals have.
