The gentleman that I spoke to (Bob) was very professional and courteous. He explained the process to me and served our complaint quickly and returned all documentation back to me in a very timely manner. We had used another server the first time we tried to serve this person and it was nothing but a nightmare but Bob got everything handled perfectly. I will absolutely use this company again in the future. Thank you!

This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever encounter dealing with a business. The man who answers the phone name is Bob Saffer I believe is his last name was terribly rude . EVERY time I called for an update in service I was never greeted with kind words . I was told I was interrupting his day, I was told I was getting on his nerve calling him . I was asked to send a money order of 49.00 I was told it was never received until I called the number to track the money order and was told it was cashed . When I told him the money order was cashed then he magically found my paper work . It took several attempts from my lawyer to even get a decent conversation with him because he was so rude to me . He had my papers to be served for a month and they was never severed. I had to go through another company and pay more money to get it done within 48 hours . I would NEVER recommend or use this service again it was absolutely terrible.

Horrible service horrible phone manner guy never sent my papers I called after 3 weeks of no word. then he mailed me back the wrong paper work and the courts didn’t accept it now I’m going to have to refile and pay all the money again to a different server save your time and money and just pay someone else
