Been working every summer with them since 2014. Great summer job . Lots of pools to work at in the summer. Staff is nice.

Do not use this company they are a joke. Customer service will not answer your calls the owner Brian is very rude. They took over our pool and our pool has been closed at least 3 days a week since June 1. Horrible!!

Company treats you very fairly as both a customer and employee. Look no further for a well rounded summer job!

If you are a business and considering contracting with this company to provide lifeguards for your pool or aquatic facility...DON’T! I have belonged to a local LA Fitness for almost 3 years and at least once a week the lifeguard never shows.

I used to work for American pools management, it was a decent job but did not provide much opportunity or care for employees.

I have been working at APM for around 6 months now, and I can honestly say I have never worked for a better company! The office staff are always so friendly and helpful with anything I need regarding life-guarding. The owners are understanding and care about the individuals working. This company provides employment for people who may be looking for a part time job, a second job, a first job, or a job in retirement!A quick story about why I personally think so highly of the APM staff is that when a family member of mine passed away recently APM went out of their way to send me a truly heart warming gift to express their sympathy for my loss. They didnt need to do that, but they did. Thats just the kind of people they are. It is truly a family in this company and you can feel that reverberate throughout the organization.If you want to work for a hard working, GROWING company, owned and operated by a bunch of stand up individuals this is the place for you.

This is by far the worst company in Pittsburgh. If they were essentially the only pool company in the area they would be out of business. Horrible customer service. Lifeguards don’t show up on time and leave whenever they want to. It’s literally a joke that these people have a business.
