Mark came to our house to assist with our rodent issue. He arrived promptly at the beginning of the appointment window. He was extremely knowledgeable about his craft, thoroughly explained the process to us and patiently answered our questions. Ryan from Witt Pest Management was a modern day Mr. Rogers when he came to my neighborhood.He was so thoughtful, well-mannered, relaxed, cheerful, and amicable when he came to service the duplex I live in. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and the why. He made sure he inspected each place in the house and listened to everything I reported. He truly gave me such reassurance and empathy. I think a lot of people do not have compassion nowadays but he naturally just provided that in his customer service! This was really nice because having mice in your house isnt a pleasant/fun experience at all! But with Ryan stopping by it made me feel like it would all be handled and resolved in no time! Living in a duplex he also made sure we would check the neighbors floor and the basement, so he went above and beyond to verify all due diligence was accounted for!Plus he made sure he scheduled a follow-up swiftly within a week exactly and got my contact information so he could call/text me directly if my property manager or landlord did not respond to work authorizations that are needed. Altogether, he did his job above and beyond expectations.Witt was amazing service and I hope they reward and recognize Ryan, as he truly is such an asset to have!

Have used Witt twice last few years for yellowjacket nests and pavement ants under my house. Each time they scheduled quickly, arrived on time, and had the equipment, knowledge and skill to address the problem thoroughly and immediately, and exercised care to use kid/pet-friendly treatments indoors. Ryan, the Witt Pest Control expert that came out to get rid of the ants in my sun room was exactly that, an expert! He detailed what type of ants I had, how they live, where they most likely originated from, etc. Ryan’s passion for eradicating the ants was shining bright. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and he takes each call personal. I would highly recommend Witt and will use them anytime I need any of their services moving forward.

Was already very impressed with Witt the moment I gave them a call! We are having a mice problem and another bug problem so I decided to give them a call. They sent down Rob who was supposed to come between 2-5 but was able to come earlier which was great! He inspected the inside and outside house and laid out traps for the mice and explained everything he we doing. Hopefully our mice problem will go away!Rob also did a really good job checking with other problem as well.Very professional and super nice.

Tony was the specialist who treated our ant problem. He was incredibly professional. While the confirmation email from Witt stated the appointment time allowed for a two hour arrival window, Tony arrived and was ready to start at the very beginning of the appointment time. Had an issue with hornets. I had made a mistake in filling the outside hole where the hornets were entering what I thought was the chimney. Queue hornets entering my basement. I called to set up an appointment for the following week when I would be off of work. The tech showed up and treated the basement and out side of the house while explaining how hornets behave. Where I was once killing 20 to 40 hornets a day in my basement, I havent seen one hornet dead or alive since it was treated 4 days ago. Would recommend 👌

We called Witt to do preventative treatments. We were told that a couple rats were spotted in the neighborhood, and we wanted to make sure our neighbors problems didnt become our problems! I have an EXTREME fear of rodents and insects, and Stan was amazing at calming those fears! He checked EVERYTHING! He looked all around our house, garage, basement, yard ect looking for signs of activity and entry points and when he found any possible points where rodents could enter, he sealed it up right away. He was also super interesting to talk to, that man knows everything there is to know about bugs and rodents! Stan was really kind, on time, thorough and professional, the only thing I dont like is that there is no guarantee that we get Stan again when our house gets treated again in a few months. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company. There is also a super affordable monthly maintenance plan that gives you complete peace of mind when it comes to your home not being invaded by disgusting little critters!

Brian came to our home to do an Essential Pest treatment (centipedes and spiders are our biggest issues). He was great. Very professional, but also very warm and kind. From the moment he said hello, he treated me and my kids like family. Extremely polite, good natured, and easy to talk to. He wore shoe covers and a mask and made sure to ask me about any specific problem areas. He was done in less than an hour. He made sure to emphasize that if we ever see any pests or have any problems, to call him right away. Impeccable customer service.

Brian a service supervisor was dispatched to my house to install in ground termite stations and do an inspection of a termite problem i found while renovating the home. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions/ educated me on the issue during the install. I am so pleased with Witt! We had a mouse problem in our 1910 Victorian and I haven’t seen once since the day Witt first came! We also found an in-ground hornets nest when having some yard work done. Witt came for my usual maintenance and I casually mentioned the nest. They suited up on the spot and took care of it right then and there. Most recently, we found carpenter bees in the wood in our back deck. Witt came within 3 days of calling and did our maintenance as well. Plus, each time we had a service, the technicians were so friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous! They all explained what (and why) they were doing, gave a ton of information on the pests, and how the treatment would take effect. They were happy to answer any questions and had great personalities. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my Witt experience and I will happily continue to keep my TopCare subscription.

They did a pretty good job with actual pest control however they tried to trick us into a 1 year contract. When I told the customer rep there was no contract she argued that it was a commitment but then after 5 minutes out of nowhere just said she will cancel. Well it would have been much better if she would have cancelled it when we requested and avoided the unnecessary argument.

Mark was/is phenomenal! He is always on time and is actively catching and identified the problem with the pests. When treating around our home he was very explicit with not spraying anywhere near my wifes vegetables. This means a lot to me as a father and husband. I had spotted a little field mouse in my kitchen on a Tuesday night. I called Witt Pest on Wednesday morning. A day later, Thursday at 2:30pm the technician showed up. Her name was Kat. She spent a little over an hour evaluating the house, upstairs, downstairs, and outside. Set 3 different kinds of traps in multiple places. By 8:00 pm that night I found the first 2 dead mice. By 6:00 am the next morning 2 more. The mouse I happened to see was just the vanguard of a nest that had formed in my basement, where the outside wall and the basement ceiling met. Talk about efficiency and effectiveness. I’m amazed! I am now wondering if Kat’s name is not really like Monica or something, but they just call her Kat because she is a mouse destroyer. I got the top line year round service so I can use Witt for ants in the spring as well as to keep an eye out for wasp nests.

We have several apartment buildings in the Pittsburgh area. The one building had some German roaches brought in mainly effecting 1 of the units but we had the whole building treated just to be safe which was affordable and worth it. Stan is great! He is very knowledgeable about bugs and other critters and very thorough with the treatment. We have done everything as he suggested in combination with a few treatments and it seems to be effective 🤞🏻. If you need any treatment ask for Stan you won’t be disappointed 🙂

Im really happy to have signed up for pest management with this company. Customer service is top notch, they are always available on the phone to help you out and the staff are very friendly and responsive. The technicians that we have seen at our property, Mark and Kat are both really great, friendly and accommodating. We previously had pest management done by another company ( a franchise) and Im glad we switched to Witt. With the help of Witts treatment, and along with us taking care of other issues like sealing the gaps and tackling the moisture problem with a dehumidifier, we were able to keep the centipedes and other bugs under control in the house.

I noticed I had wasp activity right outside my back door. I was very concerned as I have pets and a young child. I called Witt pest management and within 20 minutes of completing the phone call with customer service, I had a technician, Tim, at my house treating the problem. Tim was very thorough. He investigated my basement and treated my kitchen for ants as well as outside for the wasps. Tim was very professional and answered all of my questions. Two days have since passed and I have not seen any wasp activity. I am very pleased with Tim’s professionalism and Witt’s incredibly fast response. I did sign up for the 12 month contract, so I cannot speak to follow up care, but I am very impressed thus far.

Our Service Technician was Joe Anderson. He was the first person EVER in my life to actually show up on time for service at my house. He was very respectful towards me and my home. Joe was extremely professional and thorough while inspecting my home as I explained my troubles and he, in turn, was very honest and transparent about the process and what he was doing to solve my problems. As we had just discovered termites were in our wall after we were hit with some water damage after a water main break; one could imagine the stress and anxiety that my fiancee and I were experiencing. However, after Joe left, I felt much better about our situation and look forward to the continuing service.

We have been with Witt for 12 years and Corey set us up then and has been servicing our account ever since. The cleaning products are quality and pricing lower than most other national brands. The service is by far the most exceptional part of this company. Corey routinely comes in to check on our equipment and makes sure all our sanitizing stations are up to local and state code. We rarely need to call for service because the routine maintenance keeps us up and running. Thank you for 12 years and looking forward to many more.

Hired for rodent remediation, which was successful. Then had a yellow jacket nest I couldnt get rid of myself with 3 cans of poison. They took care of it with one treatment. We were enticed to try a different company because they used green products. Big mistake! After four failed attempts to remediate a new yellow jacket nest I was back to Witt. They had the bees gone in 10 minutes. Came back the next day to check and seal so they wouldnt return. No complaints!

I highly recommend Witt for the quality of service and the staff. We’ve had Witt for over a year and a half now and they have always exceeded our expectations. Anytime we call with an issue, the office staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the field staff show up and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. We recently worked with Joe who was able to determine exactly where mice were hiding out in our home. All four mice were caught within two hours and we haven’t had any issues since.

Tech named Tony came out last week as a follow up from another tech. Tony was amazing! He found places that the first tech missed, filled all holes, caught 3 mice in my basement (ugh!), and did a very thorough inspection. Just want to compliment Tony. Witt has a great employee in this tech!

The technician was professional and thorough. He investigated the presence of rodents and possible points of entry. He sealed one possible site. He left various detectors and baits. Time will tell if this is sufficient but a Good start was made.
