I have been working with DMS since 2016. Not only are they COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL, their pricing is very reasonable. They go out of their way to make sure that EVERYTHING is correct and will print to perfection before going into production. Darci and her staff offer excellent customer service, which in my opinion, is half of the battle. I highly recommend them!

Hi I was an employee of mailing services of Pittsburg for almost 3 yrs and busted my back working for them. I was a machine operator and basically a full time trainer for new employees which only paid $1 extra per employee plus trained one of their current supervisors on the machines and helped the floor crew every day to organize the floor with the materials and next shifts materials. Im a very hard worker with machine operating, machine maintenance with steady work pace and very organized and will keep clean work areas. Ive done a little reading about Direct Mailing Services and would love to join the company team is there a direct way to apply xor can anyone help me find out how.

I am just a simple pizza shop.when i do direct mailing it is not a rocket science..but omg working with these people specially Darci was a nightmare .i had to triple check everything with her and still the prices she told me never match the invoice and almost in every month prep price would go up without my knowledge. literally i would talk to her monday and tuesday she would change the price on meVOID them at all cost.If your SALES REP DARCI ..you need to go back to your invoices and demand a refund ...They keep changing my rates every month .they cant commit to their prices and every invoice i got was wrong we had to spent hours figuring out .

If i could rate lower i would. called to get pricing for an HVAC business i partner with. the lady who answered the phone was rude, condescending, and when i told her i dont like her tone, she replied with OH OK and then ended the call. Lovely. The best part? I then receive a call from a number i dont recognize. when i answer no one responds on the other end. just breathing and random background noises. I google search, and facebook search, the number only to find it belongs to a NANCY WORTON who works for...Direct Mail service. What. A. Joke. Rude responses on top of harassment?! terrible terrible company. Dont bother wasting your time or energy.
