This company is utter trash. They let all their good employees go and are now horrific. No emails replied to and never reimburse for anything that goes wrong. If I could give negative 10 stars, I would.

WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH. Never waste your time and energy with Team Elite Transit Solutions.They will never answer your emails.They will never answer your calls.They simply make a fool out of you.I got a load booked from them on Thursday 9/23/21 and when I went to deliver the next day the receiver would not unload me because the team elite send the wrong commodity. They would not have the courtesy to respond to my emails for 4 days although I ccd afterhours, redteam, billing, Caitlin, Gregg, Douglas from elite. They have no idea what this industry is really like. I have had this load for 5 days and with absolutely zero correspondence from Elite Transit. I have been in this business for almost a decade but have never come across to so irresponsible people ever. I will never ever be working with these lazy people ever. I have missed 3 loads because of them. If only they knew what I am going through. I wish they knew how to do their job. I have already lose $5000 worth of loads.John

Ive been working with Dustin W. (mostly) and the Charlie Team for the past few weeks and its been a great working relationship. Most Receivers I went to knew Dustin by name and all praised him for his communication skills. After dozens of loads I have to agree with that assessment. Always on the ball and quick to respond when you have a question. Real glad I had this experience. I set my highest number of loads (7) for a given week from a single broker with them. Smooth, stress free week.

We are fairly new to hauling for Elite Transit Solutions, but so far nothing but smooth sailing! Our broker Dallas, is a great guy, easy to communicate with, he literally answers the phone 7 days a week, which is important to a small carrier as ourselves. His rates are competitive, loads are exactly as described. We hope to continue our relationship with Elite/Dallas for a long time!

Upper management does not care about anyone that works below them. Unwilling to give decent raises to those who do great work over time. Do not drink their “Kool-aid” as they are full of it. Met some phenomenal coworkers in the process, but do not trust this company. They made promises they did not keep. I would not recommend working for this company. DO NOT WORK FOR ELITE TRANSIT SOLUTIONS.

Elite drivers are great. We have had the same driver bring trailers to NY every week for the past 2 months and they are always early. The trailer is refrigerated to the correct temperature of the product. I would Highly recommend this company to others.Thanks,

Elite Transit Team are professional . They will send us loads on our preferred lanes, honor TONUs, quickly update rate con with detention, pay re-delivery fee. Driver will say ELITE TRANSIT works with us . Communication is the key. We will update broker and tracking team through out every step of the trip and they will respond right away either via email or phone call. We sure look forward to a continuous business relationship!

Been working with Elite for over a year now on a consistent lane as well as the occasional spot freight. Never had any issues. They are consistent, professional and easy to work with. After reading some of the other reviews, complaints about long waits and brokers unable to give them immediate answers, well thats unfortunately part of the spot market world that every brokerage and carrier will have to deal with from time to time. Weve had a good experience with this particular brokerage and appreciate the work.

I wish I give them 0 start junk service I booked a load from Fort Collins CO to Phoenix AZ. My pick was 6 PM I checked in at 5PM. I was told to wait for a door. At 8 PM I was told that the load I suppose to pick up won’t be ready till Friday 10PM. Today is Wednesday. I called the broker so many times and in response I was told that our team is constantly working on to resolve the issue. Till close to 11PM they stopped picking up my phone. Very sad to share this review, The owner of Elite must teach their agents how the transportation business work. really bad communication, I dispatch my truck and as soon my truck arrived to the location with a 5:00AM appt Brayona Nelson never answered any single call or email. My dispatch call several times to the number they provide after hours and no one knows any single details of the load. I wish google have the option for 0 star.

I have a small family owned trucking company. We booked our load with Joey. I asked if they were factorable as cash flow is important. Joey told me they were. We got loaded and headed out. I heard from my factoring company that they were not factorable with them. I called Joey and Joey worked with his accounting dept and agreed to send a check to us upon delivering the load. They not only sent me a copy of the check but I received it 3 days later. It’s nice to see a broker who stands by his commitment and his word and I would absolutely recommend working with Joey and looking forward to working with him on future loads. Thank you Joey!!!

This morning I was the first one to call in on a load going from Groveland FL to Jonesville SC me and broker Ryan agree to rate and for me to complete carrier packet and was going to send address I had my driver turn around and head to groveland to be close to only be told that the load was already covered an hour before that which is a lie. That just mean they gave the load to another driver for a cheaper rate. This company has no integrity after agreeing to something. I will avoid doing business with them in future. BEWARE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND THEY REVIEWS SHOW IT.

DO NOT USE. I would leave Zero stars if I could. This company has no integrity. They were hot for a truck, rush thru setup, I get a truck there in 30 min, and the load was already picked up that morning. They use an excuse about not finishing the setup BS as an excuse not to pay truck not used, or detention time. Bad business, no morals.

Beware of dogs who work at this company nobody try to help they will send you wrong Rate Confirmation but appoint will be at different time so dont pick their load or wait with load for 3-5 days with full trailer and get stuck and no payment for 65 days.

I did work with Elite Transit Solutions LLC a few times but my recent experience was very good and I would specially like to thank and mention Noah Miller who handled the situation in a very professional manner and I am giving him five stars. One of the worst experiences I ever had in several years working as a truck dispatcher. These people are capable of lying to you whole day, doing nothing to resolve the issues that they caused, not answering on the phone, and what is the worst of all it seems like they are enjoying in their bad behaviour and their poor knowledge. I can not understand how any company with workers like theirs can be successful.

I previously was invited to an interview by a mutual acquaintance who worked as a recruiter. When I got there, I was made aware by the recruiter that she quit due to underhanded racism and the fact that they said she was hiring too many black people. I tried to remain optimistic and waited for someone to interview me. I waited for over 40 minutes for someone to interview me. The interview went extremely well, but once they found out who invited me to interview, I could tell that I wasnt going to get a call back though I was told Id get one.

I take load with Andrew and he sent me the confirmation for pick in Mooresville,Nc delivery in Walmart villa rica,Ga at 9:30pm I’m finish the pickup at 4:40pm I call him about no got time for drive 306 miles on time to the delivery and he said got 1 hour free, I was there at 10:15pm and they no accepted my load because I’m late I talk to Andrew and he tell me paid to me $150.00 for late over for 2 days this guys is unprofessional and this company is a trash company please op don’t lost your $$$ working with this people.

Got a load with Matt, he lied to me from the beginning. Told me load it’s ready on the floor waiting to be picked up, after my driver got there, load wasn’t ready. He told me it will be ready at 5 pm, then 6:30 pm then load canceled. You decide if you want to work with those kind off people!
