I contacted Exceptional Limousine and set up a wine tour for a bachelorette party. Our driver was prompt and friendly. We all had a great time.

Best deal in town. Couldnt touch the price anywhere. Limo was clean and stocked properly. Owner was great to deal with. Driver was very knowledgeable and got us everywhere we needed to be on time. Wont hesitate to use them again.

Exceptionally awful. Driver had to use rider’s phone for directions and had no clue where he was going. He did not wear a mask at any point nor did he ask if it was okay to not wear one. Also, he was frequently texting and driving (but couldn’t operate google maps?). Speakers and lights were broken. Would not get out of the driver seat to assist riders (closing door). Overall, terrible experience. Look elsewhere for your limo in the Pittsburgh area (this is coming from someone that rarely ever complains about things online).

My husband and I used Exceptional Limousine to transport our daughter and 5 of her friends to and from a local restaurant for her 17th birthday dinner. Everything from the service received when I initially called to reserve a stretch limo to the driver Brian was top notch!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will call on them in 2021 during Prom season.Thank you to Paul for guiding me through the process and making this a memorable experience for our daughter!!

We rented a limousine for nieces birthday party to pick up her guest . This has been apart of her birthday tradition since she was born . The driver made 3 stops including her party location . He did not open the doors for the passengers and he also failed to pick up the guest when it was time to leave . leaving them outside in the parking lot waiting for over an hour . We called the owner to say the driver did not show up . However the driver told his boss that he was out there and our guest was not . The boss sided with the driver . However our guest where outside waiting for over an hour . The pick up time was 7:00 they were out there from 6:30-7:40 before coming back in from the cold . After speaking with the boss the driver then said he was going to turn around and come back ( even though he never was there to begin with ) but he never did come and eventually stop answering our calls . We gave the $200 deposit and the driver an additional $300 when he first picked up guest . . The total trip was under 10 miles 1 way. Very unprofessional way of doing business .

Limousine never showed up for my wedding to transport me and my attendants to the church!!! Drove myself to the church . Payment by credit card was given. When we called they said they did not knowAnything about picking up our party at Bella Sera and driving us to St Barbara’s church. Would NOT recommend this service.

We booked them for our wedding. Well they got us to the venue and said another limo would pick us up. Great we thought, until after the reception when they were over an hour late. We got a ride back to the hotel from her brother. They did offer us 100$ off. What a joke!!

Exceptional Limousine lives up to its name. I used their services for a surprise birthday present for my fiance, and they did a superb job. The pricing was fair, customer service was pleasant and the driver was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone and would gladly use their services again.

I hired them for my birthday this year and had a wonderful time! They had drinks and food which was fun to have on our way to south side. My friends, family, and I enjoyed being picked up and dropped off in style. It was a great birthday and I will be using them in the future!

I have used Exceptional Limo for a friends birthday and we had a great time riding around town in our party bus. I shopped around and Exceptional had a fantastic line of vehicles with a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anybody.

This was actually the worst limo I have ever been in. I felt bad for our driver, our limo broke down not even 7 minutes into our ride. Someone forgot to check the engine and make sure all the fluids were filled, needless to say we ran out of oil and blew the engine. We were stuck on the side of the road for 3 1/2 hours as our sever was trying to find us a new limo. The owner to this company couldnt answer any of our phone calls but could text us, very unprofessional. It was 90 plus degrees outside and we were doing all the work to find a new limo. The owner then said he wouldnt cover the cost of a new limo if we found one. Then he finally sent us a new party bus, which was what we originally suppose to have but it broke down the night before, to come and get us. We finally made it to the concert, misseda the openers and he still expected us to pay him the full amount. After I gave our new driver the money, he passed the money off to his bosses girlfriend who was at the concert somewhere. The whole thing was very unprofessional, it wouldnt have been bad if the owner handled it the correct way. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. I hate to write bad reviews but I hope this helps fix any problems this company has. There isnt any reason you should have three limos in two days break down and try to get away with it!

This was the worst service anyone could have. I contracted transportation for 10 people to be taken to my daughters wedding July 7, 2019 and it was a disaster. The limo driver got lost and did not have a cellphone with google maps, wouldnt listen to our riders who had google mapped to the location. We had to hold the wedding up 15 minutes while waiting for family to arrive,I would never use this Limousine service again.

I can not say enough great things about Exceptional Limo...Our Driver Mr. Dave was there prior to my set departure time, ensured my friends and I had the best spot so that I could do my wedding proposal, kept the music blastin and made sure we arrived back to our destination safe and sound. We really enjoyed the professionalism, the cleanliness, and ofcourse the stocked bar :-) Would definitely would use them again and they are HIGHLY recommended!!!

For our daughters 16th birthday, we thought it would be fun to have a limo take her and her friends to dinner and a trip around town. We couldnt be happier with the service we received from Exceptional Limousine. The limo was maticulously clean and stocked with sodas for the teens. They stopped at wonderful locations for group photos and timed the whole trip to stay within our time slot. Our driver was the perfect choice for a group of teen girls, and did a fantastic job!!

Exceptional Limousine took our group to the Luke Bryan concert at First Niagara Pavillion. The limo showed up on time with a stocked bar and ice cold air conditioning.The driver Joe was awesome he was like our own concierge. They put a freedom grill on the back of the F150 Pickup truck limo which allowed us to cook burgers an dogs. They also brought a portable sound machine that we could plug our Iphones up to andcrank music in the parking lot. We had an awesome time and at the end of the show the Joe got us out of the parking lot quickly and back home safely to Mt Lebanon before midnight.

We booked Exceptional Limousine for our wedding in Pittsburgh of June 2013. This is the very first review I have made a point to write after our wedding because I was so impressed with our services and our driver! The limo was decorated, fully stocked with liquor, on time and they even made a cd for just us as requested by my mother-in-law! They were everything you could possibly expect from a limo service and more. The driver was so genuine. He truly enjoyed the evening with us and he went above and beyond what a limo drivers duties are- he helped me with the train on my dress- he held items for our photographer- he fluffed my dress and he even assisted with my veil in a photo. His personality was awesome and we truly couldnt have asked for anything more from this driver and the service- they are worth every penny and more and I would recommend them to anyone! Transportation is a very important aspect to a wedding or event and I have confidence that this company takes their responsibilities very seriously and truly wants to please every client!! We booked them for a bachelorette party and we wanted to do the wine tour. On the website it shows 4 different wineries that you will visit and what to expect at each. I got a call the night before asking where we would like to go and I was confused because I thought it was a set tour. They pick only 3 places for us and we went with it but something just didnt feel right. We got to the first winery and there was a bridal shower so we couldnt even stay there. So no one called any winerys before hand to book anything. So instead of driving an hour to the next winery on the list they made we called closer places and booked tables ourselves. They also wanted to charge me extra in the end because we were supposed to have two limos and only one had shown up (the other guy was running late) but our driver we had had no idea another one was coming. If I would have known we were going to have to book everything in the end I would have gone with a different limo company that was closer to where we were. I will say our driver was awesome and we ended up having an amazing time regardless of them being incompetent and not doing their job or even doing anything that the wine tour says on the website.

Do yourself a favor & choose a different company.Booked a specific limo....driver showed up a half hour late and when I asked where the limo was that we paid extra for....he said, Is that a problem? He was rude and I would never recommend this company.

They stole $335 off my card and it wasnt even my limo. The driver mark told me they would charge me $250 $100 because we went over the time and $150 because there was throw up that nobody else could pay so i agreed to pay the $250 they charged my card $585 for some throw up and that was not what i agreed to pay before i handed him my card. On top of that no nobody will answer the phones there i cant get in touch with anybody!! I am beyond pissed off it was the worst experience ever and they stole from me!!!!
