We booked a ride for our child and the company provided the most reliable and clear communication with us. Before the pick-up they also sent an update with the dispatch info, the name of the driver and license plate number. Our daughter was extremely happy with the driver, who proved to be extremely polite, and with the the punctuality of the service. Strongly recommend this company and thank you to the employees! Good service on the departure but they cancelled our return and did not tell us until we called and asked when we had a delay.This was a one time only use.

We hired Regency transportation to provide a party bus for our bridal party for our wedding. Stacey was very accommodating from the time I booked up until the wedding day, and even switched our vehicle a couple days before the wedding due to an unexpected change in the number of people. Our driver, Oliver, was wonderful, he even rushed back to the hotel to pick up our bouquets for us after we were dropped off at the church and realized we had forgotten them. He was extremely patient and competent while driving us around the city and through the North Shore, even in the middle of Pirates and Steelers game day traffic. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend Regency to anyone!

Super service - the driver was there plenty early, even though it was 4:30 in the morning. So polite and nice, in both directions. Well worth the lack of hassle in parking the car and getting it when we returned, especially since I was with my elderly father. Would definitely use again.

I requested a sedan to Pgh airport several times, it was on work order, driver came in SUV, obviously trip sub out, seat in SUV truck had floor board, I was unable to get in high seat due to my disability!! The driver and my caregiver had to physically lift me into car. Very dangerous as I could have fallen and at airport driver and Skycab guy had to lift me out to wheelchair, could have fallen and broke my hip bone.I called them several times to speak to manager to no avail. They charged me a $5 driver gratuity on top of his $13 rate!!!! I believe they need to refund my money.

The Chauffeurs were fantastic and found another route when faced with a closed highway. they went above and beyond to get me to the airport.

I was very disappointed with this company. My 15 yr old daugher and 16 yr old niece traveled to Pittsburgh Intl Airport. The driver Mike was there promptly and my daughter found him easily. My niece unfortunately was missing for 2 hrs. I contact Mike who very kindly assured me he would not leave until another driver could be found to release him. Upon calling dispatch to determine the best way to proceed, the dispatcher Melwood was very rude and advised that they would charge $74/hr while waiting for my niece to be found. I explained that was way too much and could we not just give them a call once she was found. His response was to ask if we wanted them to wait around all day on us. I advised him that I was more concerned with helping the police locate my missing niece than deal with his rude behavior. I promptly released the driver and advised Melwood(dispatcher) I would never use his company again.

I need a last minute pickup for clients that needed to catch their flight at the airport. I called Regency and they had someone at our offices within 20 minutes. Never used Regency before and I cannot say enough about how professional they were, given we were not usual customer. They are my new go-to resource now!
