My mowers tarp came off unknowingly one week it decided to rain everyday. The following week my yard was a jungle but my mower wouldn’t start because of water getting into it. JJ and his team of apprentices were able to get it running and cleaned up same day! Very nice men and knowledgeable. Teaching young men a valuable trait such as small engine repair is great, not a ton of people want to do such work anymore. Thanks JJ and team!

Met JJ for the first time today. I bought a used lawn mower from him this afternoon. He was a very friendly man who seems to know a lot about lawn mowers. He gave me a very good price on a used mower. The mower looks like new and runs great. He even gave me a bottle of water for the ride home. THANK YOU J.J.

JJ did an excellent job and did it quickly. I emailed him on a Sunday night about my mower, which would not start. I received a phone call from him first thing Monday morning and dropped it off that evening. First thing Tuesday morning I had a call from JJ letting me know that the mower was done and that I could pick it up. When I dropped it off, JJ tried to start it up and immediately knew what the issue was, and he was right. Id recommend him without hesitation.

JJ can come off a bit ignorant (OK a lot ignorant) but when it comes to fixing mowers and such there isnt no one better. He hooked up my mower at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be going back.

Not sure what happened to this guy. Ive taken my mower to him for the past couple summers to get ungummed and never had a problem until this year. I dropped it off 2 weeks ago and never got a call that it was done, so I called him today and I couldnt understand what he was saying until finally he said call back tomorrow Im really drunk. That was at 9am. I did pick my mower up today but there was no communication and fsr it was $60 and not the $40 its always been. And no explanation because his daughter was handling the money while he sleeps off his hangover.

Was going to bring mower to him but,no way now,i only called to get his opinion on my engine problem, and he kept saying,he is not going to fix my engine over the phone.......Whats up with that I was only asking him a simple question I dont need somebody with an attitude to work on anything of mine

JJ was amazing. He took my call immediately and fixed my mower on the spot. Very friendly and enthusiastic. My mower cut out before I could finish the back yard -- JJ got it back up and running immediately, better than before -- sharpened the blades too. I was able to finish the back yard and still catch the pens game. Highly recommended.

Recently JJ fixed my lawnmower, after I ran over an underground pipe sticking up in my yard. This effectively broke my flywheel key as well as knocked my engine all out of place. I brought my lawnmower over to JJ a 45 minute for me. He not only stopped what he was doing, but he fixed and repaired my mower right then and there. This man is an honest business man who saved me over 200 bucks. He knows what hes talking about when it comes to small engines. We brought in our mower because it was smoking and wouldnt start properly. We picked it up the very next day and it was all fixed up and cleaned and running smooth! And for a really great price! We definitely recommend!

I hit a metal pipe with my husqvarna mower and bent the crank shaft. A normal repair shop would have junked it, but JJ gave me hope. He told me it was most likely repairable. I took his word for it and dropped the mower off. A few days later, he was done with it and it was running like new. He knows his small engines well, and is more affordable than anyone around! I appreciate his honesty and integrity! Thanks JJ!!

He will also look at most small engine repairs but I would check with him first. He does check his email frequently.

If your lawnmower breaks down, dont take it to your local hardware store, where theyll charge you $50 or more just to diagnose the problem, then make you wait 3+ weeks to get it back. My lawnmower gave out on a Saturday morning, needing a new carburetor. I found JJs business on the Internet, called him up, and he asked me to bring it right over. Just TWO business days later, he had replaced the carburetor, sharpened my blade, and cleaned it all up for delivery -for a mere fraction of the price I would have paid ANYWHERE else. Support your local businessman and give Jimmy a call if your mower needs help; hes the man.

Diamond in the rough! Had trouble with my mower the day before, dropped it off the next morning and picked it up after work -- even though it was done by lunch. He cleaned it up and made it brand new. He cared more about my mower than I did. He even fixed the tailgate of my truck!
