My carpet was VERY dirty and stained from having pets. I honestly didn’t think that there was any way possible to get it back to looking like NEW! Anthony did an AMAZING job my carpet looks SO GOOD and almost looks like it did the day it was installed!! I am impressed! Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable.. I cannot thank him enough!

Please excuse my sons comment from yesterday.We loved the experience, he’s an idiot, too much time on his hands these days. He wasn’t even present for the time of the cleaning and he’s mad his cigarette burns beside his bed, didn’t come out. It’s his own fault for burning the carpet and thinking someone would be able to “clean it.” It needs replaced, he needs to move out and move on with his life. We had a lot of construction done in our home, and as a result, some of our spaces acquired a good amount of dust a debris, which is what prompted us to choose to use ZeroRez instead of attempting to go a deep clean ourselves.Daniel did a really thorough job cleaning multiple carpeted spaces in our home. He also took care of cleaning two large sectionals and three different area rugs. As Daniel worked in our home, he was respectful of the space; he made sure to cover the hardwood floors, to add plastic under wood furniture that sat atop carpet (to avoid a collection of moisture), and he got along with our dog.Based on Daniels work, we would highly recommend using this company!

Wonderful service! Was very communicative about the job being done and what it all entailed. No gray areas. Dan was amazing and super nice! They’re very understanding if you have to reschedule, they stay true to the window of time and if they feel like they’re running late they call and make sure that it’s okay. I have used zerorez several times over the years for carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning & tile cleaning. I am always impressed and never disappointed!!! I absolutely hate my kitchen floors because they are a white tile and white grout and are so hard to keep clean! But with one call to zeroez they look brand new & like you could eat off of them! I recently had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Zerorez was super easy to deal with from getting a quote to booking to the day of service. The two techs that performed the cleaning (Josh and Pat) were friendly, professional and efficient. They called 30 minutes before they arrived, walked me through the whole process and answered a few questions I had and then followed up with me before they left to make sure I was satisfied with the service. They made me feel comfortable having two strangers in my home, keeping their masks on and put booties on over their shoes so as not to track any debris from outside. They also triple checked that they vacuumed all dust and debris from around each vent before they left. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My wife and I just bought a house and called Zerorez to clean the ductwork and furnace. We could not be happier with the decision to use them and even the switchboard operator at their call center had phenomenal customer service. Our specific technicians Jeff and Pat from Zerorez Pittsburgh were so great. They showed up right on time after confirming the day before and 30 minutes before, they explained everything clearly and showed us some options for other services if we wanted them but were not pushy about it at all; we actually added a $100 service specifically because they were not pushy about it and just offered their honest opinion from years of experience. Definitely normal people you can trust in your house and not trying to nickel and dime you. They cleaned their equipment before bringing it in and laid down drop cloths so they didn’t scratch our floors etc which was a really nice touch. Zerorez is newer to Pittsburgh but I really hope they grow and could not recommend them any more. Will definitely refer this business to my friends and family. Both Jeff and Pat deserve recognition for doing such a great job. Well worth the money and great trustworthy guys.

We have used this service before, each time we are amazed at how clean our carpets get. We have two dogs who slobber continuously and bring dirt in therefore our carpets get very dirty! I was very pleased with this service. The technician arrived early, but called before arriving. He was very personable. Explained everything before starting. Answered all my questions. I was especially concerned about a cat urine smell. He explained the treatment used for that and why a certain one was recommended. All of the work was completed in a very timely matter. The base price for the carpet cleaning was very reasonable. Mine was more, of course, because of the cat urine smell, which I know is very difficult to get out.

Professional, thoughtful and friendly technicians. Our technicians were Dave and his colleague. They explained everything and gave us options to choose from. They were honest about what we should expect based on the treatment we select. We are hoping that basic pet stain and odor treatment works for us. Level2 treatment seemed costly for us so we didn’t choose that option. Regardless our carpets looked way cleaner than before. They were quick and efficient. We are happy with their service.

This company is impossible to deal with. The time frames they give you to clean your carpet is unrealistic and the company isn’t flexible. I don’t believe the empowered water is the best out there.The worst part about the whole experience is I couldn’t talk to a real person and everything was done through texting. Every time I called the office number there wasnt an answer and I couldn’t get a real person to return the call. I recently saw this on *100.7 and I called the company to see about having my carpets cleaned and this was a total fail. I’m guessing the folks at Star 100. 7 had the carpets cleaned for free that’s why they thought it was so great.

Often when there are pictures on a companies website showing their before and after pics, the reality is not usually quite up to par. Not the case with Zerorez. I cannot believe the difference in my carpet before and after. I even took my own picture of the before and after because I am truly amazed. Brandon was wonderful, he is very kind, explained everything and helped me put some of my furniture back which was greatly appreciated.

I had Zerorez come in and clean my sectional because my puppy left stains all over it. Even though the technician warned me that he may not be able to get all the stains out, he did!
