The staff was very helpful and able to answer questions. My only concern was the pool pump I bought was not labeled as used but once I got home we could tell this was a return and I think it should have been labeled as such. We found water in the filter canister and the filter itself had a small amount of debris towards the bottom. It seems to be working fine so not a huge deal but they should’ve let me know I was buying a used pump!

This store is neat and organized. I found what I needed very quickly. The staff was helpful and courteous.

The gentleman that helped me was very kind and polite. He was very knowledgeable about pools. He explained everything so I understood. He answered all my question. I will go back for all my pool needs and would highly recommend this place to others.

I dont typically write reviews and if I do, it is always positive. But in this case I have had enough. I have had my hot tub for 18 months. Waiting for my 3rd service call. Each time I have had to pay for the person to come out. So much for the warranty! This time they are coming out to fix a leak they fixed last month. So now I get charged twice for the same issue. Like I said, I dont write bad reviews but these guys are taking full advantage of me and charging me for an 18 month old hot tub that should be covered under warranty. Read the fine print. Labor not covered under warranty.

I called there to see if an item for our pool was in stock. The person had me hold on so he could check. He said they had one left. He said he could hold it until closing time. I said we would be there shortly to pick it up. When we got there the whole staff was so kind and professional. They also helped us get some other things we needed. I would highly recommend this store. From the person answering the phone to the staff at the store, they were all awesome.

I had asked questions about the deck steps for I ground pools. I was asked if I needed help right away, and received friendly informative assistance. He brought out my purchase quickly, and the store helped to load it into my car. I have gone there many times since they opened in Robinson, and have always had great service!

Due to some hot weather and storms when I returned home from vacation my pools was green. I took a water sample to the store and In about 15mins I had a plan and the chemicals I need to fix the problem. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for all my pool needs.

Went in to get some 1 inch chlorine tablets, and the gentleman at the register not only got the tablets I wanted, but he made sure that I had other essentials needed for the maintenance of the pool. First let me start by saying Ive owned and maintained my pool for years. I went here on the recommendation of a friend becuase they had a part I needed. The salesmen I dealt with was over bearing in his attemp to oversell products. I felt as though I was at a car dealership.Then when checking out, Theyll give you the pitch about free water test. Why so I can come back to more sales pressure? Never again...

This is our first time closing our pool. Brad was super knowledgeable and friendly. He walked us through all that needs done on our part and everything they will do to close the pool. He walked us around the store to pick out all the equipment we will need for our pool closure. He explained what everything was for, how it worked, and how it will help when we open the pool next year. With having little knowledge on what to expect he was wonderful and made the whole experience so easy. Anyone new to owning a pool the staff at Valley is an awesome resource.

Stopped there yesterday. When I walked in, Wow! This store is clean, beautiful, and huge. It has a wide variety of EVERYTHING pool /spa related. Our robotic bug died so we needed a new one. Customer service is top notch. Looked for all discounts available. Definitely getting ALL our pool needs here from now on. Over the weekend I visited this store in Robinson. I needed some help with my pool pump and filter. Rick assisted me and I am beyond satisfied with the recommendations and product I purchased. Rick along with others in the store, Amanda and another young lady, were so eager to help. Directions given were so accurate and thorough! My pool is running the best it ever has. I will never go anywhere else now. They go above and beyond everyone else without a doubt.
