We were looking at a few different places for hot tubs but I am SO glad we chose Seven Seas. From start to finish they made the entire process as smooth and painless as possible. The installation was a breeze and Zach didnt leave until I was sure I knew how to maintain the water and all of my questions were answered. I genuinely could not be happier with my experience!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Stephen and Chase were very helpful during our initial visit, breaking down the pros and cons of various hot tubs and ultimately finding the perfect fit for us. The great service continued as we prepared for delivery, as they communicated the site needs and helped us with the necessary chemical treatments. Finally, on installation day, Terry and Matt were very pleasant and efficient, positioned the hot tub perfectly, and clearly explained its functionality.I’m so happy we went with Seven Seas, and now we have many relaxing soaks ahead of us!

Seven Seas made the purchase of my hot tub super easy - which is saying a lot considering I knew absolutely nothing going into it. They were communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. Wanna know why? We came in as a disguised customer. We had pool for year and we decided to play dumb. They just only wanna your money. We had pool for years. And we only have 3 chemicals. And we know the cost. Their estimate just to treat the pool would cost over thousand of dollars. Our is just several hundred. Im not kidding. They just want your money plus their list stated we would have to buy 7 different chemical just to treat the pool. No way. Turned down and disappointed for their faith in pool service.

The delivery of our hot tub went fantastic. Seven Seas was excellent in each step of the process. Zach was incredibly helpful with choosing a model, setting up financing, and arranging the delivery. He continues to touch base with us to make sure we are happy. I couldnt be happier with the delivery and set up guys. They were beyond nice and professional. I had placed a few inquiries for hot tubs. Stephen called me almost immediately (as opposed to the other major hot tub supplier who only emailed me 3 data later). He managed my many questions to drill down to what would be best for our family/lifestyle. We were starting a landscaping project a few days later and he was able to squeeze us in last minute before the project really scaled up. Very responsive. I was highly pleased with Zacherys willingness to accommodate my schedule when setting up an appointment to look for a hot tub. Our spa was delivered this morning and we couldn’t be happier. This is a top notch dealer who walks you through every aspect from the purchase to the set-up. Had them come out to see if they could fix my hot tub. Guys were there for 5 minutes, saw them on the camera. They barely looked at it, suggested I just replace it. It was too old It’s 5 years old. Charged me $137 for the call.Another company came out, actually tested the tub, found out it was the heater, $700 it was fixed.Seven Seas just used it as a ploy to get me to buy a new hot tub.

We Recently purchased a Caldera Spa from Stephen at the Robinson store. He is professional and not pushy. Stephen was knowledgeable for any questions we had at the store and even provided us with his cell number to answer any questions that arose while we waited for our spa to arrive.Delivery and installation was also professional and done by Seven Seas employees, not subs. They took plenty of time to explain operation and answer any questions I had. It was installed quickly and cleaned up after they were done.A co-worker purchased an in ground pool several years ago from the Cranberry location and had the same experience. This was a sure sign because he is one to quickly complain about when something isn’t right.The saying “You get what you pay for is true”. Sure you can by cheaper spas, but you’re not gonna get the same expertise, quality and integrity that you’ll get from Seven Seas.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Theyre not pushy, at all. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me a bunch if products I didnt need. They take the time to listen to your concerns and help you find a solution.

My wife and I just purchased a hottub from Zachary. I never felt pressured into purchasing a hottub. Zachary is an excellent listener and goes way beyond the extra mile to get the customer what they want/need. Excellent price and I feel they truly care about the customer for the life of the hottub. They also have their own service department which means they have staff who have vested interest in your purchase. Oh did I mention that Ron is fantastic as well? Ron is the regional manager again extreamly knowledgeable and is always a phone call away if needed. Dont go anywhere but here you will not go wrong guaranteed.

On my second trip in to shop for a hot tub, they told me they didnt deliver to Pittsburgh, which was pretty darn ridiculous. Eventually this got worked out, but wound up going to a different store first; still Seven Seas, so going with a three-star on this one.Everyone was friendly, but the Robinson store not thinking they delivered to Pittsburgh, costing me a trip from the city to Robinson? Yeah, ow.
