Awesome dry cleaners!! The owner and staff are really nice and all of my items came out looking like new. I highly recommend this place.
I couldnt have expected such personalized attention. They called me to make sure they did only what I wanted instead of charging me for other stuff. They also sped up the process when I shared with them the pickle I was in. Although Ive only used their services once, I would recommend them and definitely go to them again next time.
Excellent drycleaners. I send them stuff that is dirty and it comes back quickly and clean. Thats pretty much all you can ask for...
Driver Adam is terrific dry cleaning is perfect without the dry cleaning smell, and the bags with tags keep your items safe! Highly recommend.
I have used Four Seasons Dry Cleaning for several years now and they have always done an excellent job and the owner has always been very responsive whenever I had a question or needed something redone. They have an excellent pickup and delivery service which has been very consistent and reliable. They are easy to work with and I would highly recommend them.
Four Seasons has done all of our laundry and dry cleaning for a few years. I have sent them duvet covers to down coats. Everything is always PERFECT. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Additionally, the pick up and drop off weekly is wonderful. It’s a wonderful, reliable service. P.S. Never lost anything…ever!
Everything is great. Removed paint from my jacket very helpful.
Thanks to the expert service I have enjoyed with Four Seasons, I felt confident asking them to clean and preserve my new daughter’s gown. The wedding was held at a barn venue. Absolutely beautiful rustic setting; totally authentic. You can imagine the bottom of Caitie’s gorgeous bustled gown! To my amazement, the gown looks fabulous; restored to excellent condition! Moreover, the service I received was over and above!! All questions on preservation and shipping were answered by the owner himself. He took such care; I am so grateful for his expertise, professional approach and understanding. I was also pleasantly surprised with the cost...great experience all around.
I dropped off drapes to be cleaned and could not be happier. Their team had a quick turn around time and their customer service is the best. Will definitely be back with more dry cleaning.
Reliable pickup and delivery. Good prices and they have always answered questions promptly. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend this company. I have used them for years and never have an issue. They are always on time with my delivery. I take advantage of their delivery service and I love that I dont have to take time out and go pick it up. bravo!!!
Dependable and quality cleaning. Great customer service too!
Ive tried other dry cleaners in the Sq. Hill area, but when I used Four Seasons, they managed to remove a stain that two other local dry cleaners said was impossible to get out. The staff was courteous and welcoming, and the store atmosphere was clean, modern, and well designed. They hold up to their reputation of being a trusted, high-end dry cleaning business. Four Seasons most certainly stands by their work and accommodates their customers. Ive also enjoyed the pick-up and delivery service that other dry cleaners dont provide. Further more, this particular dry cleaners seems to be advancing in all aspects - I just started receiving monthly newsletters that are professionally designed with updates on the store and tips for cleaning. The website is also easily accessible and user-friendly.
Ive used them once, and will certainly use them again. I forgot to have a suit cleaned and pressed for a wedding in New Jersey, until 2 days before I had to leave. They promised to have it done by 2 on Friday, and at 1:30 called to say I could pick it up. Really saved my ass. The suit looked great, and the student and new customer discounts also made it much cheaper than I expected. I would recommend them.
I regularly go here for all my dry cleaning and tailoring needs. They do a great job!
Great service here, the owner is extremely kind and helpful and everything that Ive ever brought over to them has been returned in a timely manner after being cleaned at a very high quality.
I ordered a nice suit from online, but they got the size way off. A friend recommended this place for tailoring, and they did a fantastic job. I will definitely be coming back for other work.
Dont worry... we are a reputable establishment was the comfort I was offered when they lost my two trousers. Guess what?!!! Abandon hope all ye who hear those words.I moved to Pittsburgh 6 months ago and got attracted by this shops cool name and decor. I travel a lot and have been using them a lot. they do a decent job, but cost a lot. In any case, I was happy to pay more thinking it will give me a peace of mind to trust my clothes to this expensive shop.Come Jan 3rd, I gave some shirts, trousers and sweaters for dry cleaning. A week later, on the day of pick-up I get a call that they need more time with my trousers. A week after that I go to pick up my clothes and am told that they cant find two of my trousers. Instead of being apologetic, they give me an attitude that said - this is just part of business! I was promised a call next week.Of course the call doesnt come! I call again and the lady makes excuses - Oh! I was going to call you. But I first wanted to check with another customer who may have had your pants. And she was out of town. I said you promised me a call back, and I need my pants or a final word that I should buy new ones! She replies, I will let you know as soon as I know, ok? - NO! THIS IS NOT OK! This is not how you treat your customers. When you make a mistake, at least show decency to apologize! It went for two more rounds - they promise to call and never call, and make the same promise again when you call. Its now almost a month and Im left with two lost pants and a hell lot of frustration! So, you might like the place when everything goes right (and if you dont mind paying so much). But dont think the extra money buys you better service or even decency when something goes wrong!!!
I got married in October of 2013. I took my wedding dress off that night, upset that a groomsman accidently spilled his drink down the front of it. I put the dress in a closet and told myself Id take it to get it cleaned and preserved. It stayed on my to do list for about three years until we were packing to move. I took the stained and now yellowing dress out of the closet, dropped it off at Four Seasons and told them to do their best with it. They did an amazing job. As far as I can tell the stain is gone and the dress is white again. Im so completely thrilled with the job they did, especially since I have a baby daughter who might want it some day. They were well worth every penny.
I dropped off a shirt and a pair of pants there. The clerk at the counter couldnt have been nicer. The location in Squirrel Hill was very pleasant. I was extremely pleased with my dry cleaning and would go back there. The clerk suggested the pick-up and delivery service they have there, and I am considering it. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would recommend this dry cleaner.
I would give it a zero if it is an option. It was my first time so when I went in I asked how much it would cost. The woman told me that she was not sure, but she can give me a call once she found out so I left my blazer and my phone. She told me it will be ready next Wednesday. I did not hear from her until Thursday. When she did call, she left me a voice message so I called her back. She claimed that she called me before and left me message, and I told her I never got that phone or her message. She told me with an attitude saying that it is not possible because she was the one called. She acted like I ignored her call and being ridiculous. Obviously, since I ignored her call my cloth will not be done for another three business days. Finally when I went in for my cloth, her attitude was even worse than the phone. no greetings, no smile, nothing. I paid, and left. If you want to get treated with respect and professionally, keep looking. This place does not care about their customer service.
I love this place and would definitely recommend this to anyone. I love the service and the people are always friendly. The rates are reasonable and would tell anyone I know to trust their clothes to them.
Best dry cleaner in the area. Cant be beaten. They offer pick up and delivery services as well. My regular cleaner
I would rate them fair but here this amounts to a 0 rating. Strange.Anyway, after paying what I consider to be a lot of money to dry clean a wedding dress ($192) several sequins on the bodice were torn off, and the delicate top layer of the dress was torn in several places. Our ultimate goal was to sell the dress, but this made it pretty much impossible.
Fast and friendly service, they are awesome people, They charge very fair -I will use them again, no doubt !
I dropped a sport coat and a trench coat off at one of their locations, forgot about it, then realized month later I needed it. The location was near a job I had been commuting roughly 3 hours to and from daily. I no longer worked at this job, and I needed my clothes quick for a wedding.I called them about this, and the owner Larry could not have been more proactive about helping me out and making sure it was shipped to me in time for my obligation.I can only imagine that this kind of dedication follows through the rest of his organization.Thank you so much Larry - I wasnt expecting much due to circumstances I created for myself and you really helped me out!Like I said - I owe you one.-Steve
Clean and fast service the price fair too great place
Nice little price. Turnaround times are good and the people are friendly
I had a leather bag cleaned here. We were told turn-around time could be a month, but likely 2 weeks. lt cost $70. After 3 we called to check-in and they reported it might be delayed because the place they sent it to needed confirmation that discoloration was acceptable. We were never consulted and the bag is significantly darker. At the month mark, no one could tell us where the bag was or when we could expect it to return. It was akways, Probably the next shipment . It arrived 10 days later than anticipated with no offers of compensation for dissatisfaction. Will not return for poor quality and even poorer service.
Dropped off two jackets, one to he cleaned one to be cleaned with some holes in it, they told me to pick it up in a week, also didnt tell me the price. Next week they werent ready, the week after that they werent ready either. When the jackets finally came back they did a really good job, but then it was so expensive :( Defiantly not returning.
Fool me thrice, well, thats my fault but Ive finally learned my lesson.Issue #1: I take a suit in to be dry cleaned because it smelled a little like a smoky bar and had some fur on it. I have a weeks leeway before I need it. I go to get it when Im told it will be ready and Im told theres a delay because of excessive stainage. Well, since there werent any stains, I ask for a manager. At this point, the woman behind the counter says she needs to call me back. When she does call back, they admit to not knowing where it is. Eek! Ultimately they find it at whatever place they outsource it to and I was able to get it back later that day. Not a disaster, but should hav ebeen a red flag.Issue #2: a pair of jeans that I have hemmed end up 4 too short. Well, I was pissed, but I didnt try them on for the tailor to measure and he just measured based on what I was wearing right then because I was in a hurry. I guess I thought that maybe it was possible that they could stretch in a different way or, I dont know, something. I took the blame for it and didnt make an issue. The final issue: I paid for a pair of expensive pants to be hemmed and put a rush on them so they would be done by Thursday. I called on Thursday and they told me theyd be done on Saturday. Annoying, but nothing I could do. So, on Saturday I go in and the woman working says they cant find them... AGAIN. I wait for about 30 minutes while she makes a series of calls, to no avail, and then tells me shell call me when they find them. Towards the end of the day they find them and I go to pick them up. They actually had the nerve to charge me. Youd think if youd screwed a customer over this way, you might give them a freebee to make up for it. Not this place. When I said Id never be back, the woman said we all make mistakes sometimes. To which, I replied, Not all of us make them as often as this place.
Quick and clean
