Staff was very very professional and extremely friendly and helpful. Helped make a stressful experience as good as possible.

Very professional testing environment. Comfortably chilly in early June. They do a good job of making sure you have no distractions or anything not permitted.

Customer service is rude & not punctual at all. Prepare to have time to be on hold for at least a half hour anytime you call. They are not in the best interest of their test takers or customers.
