This has been our preferred contractor for nightly cleaning in several out-patient medical offices we operate in Western PA. I have overseen a few of these contracts and worked with my office managers to ensure ongoing quality is consistent. They offer very competitive bids for our buildings, which was the main reason we decided to try them out.When we first started our contract, things were slightly rocky.... but as with any contractors weve dealt with, there almost always take a few months for cleaners to get everything we demand, and we all hold them to a high standard every day. Ive seen a few of my managers work with Signatures Office in the past, and in all cases they corrected concerns with that employee(s) and/or place ideal workers in our buildings. Lobbies, restrooms and patient examination areas are consistently clean to the eye, while also passing recent inspections and mostly satisfying our staff.I do see this cleaning business growing with my organization as long as they continue to maintain the current standards. So far it has been a few years and I am still confident with Signature. If you need an affordable service to start out with, I can say to at least give them a shot.
