The owner was the guy that did the work and answered the call, love them. Hes a hustler so he wont be pinned down once you get him in your house for tea and crumpets I do get the job done right. They gave me great advice on how to handle pet odors too.

I called to ask for a quote, availability and additional information. A one-bed room apartment with a living room and a small hallway is considered 4 areas. I was polite throughout, and in the end I said something like let me think more about it and Ill call you back. The person on the phone immediately said Doesnt matter to us; Im busy, and just hung up. I find it extremely rude and ridiculous. There is no way I work with this company anytime in future.Edited: Now you understand how they do their business even just from their response :)

Absolutely amazing, I called in an emergency situation and needed them there the next day and they were there. Did more than I asked for because they refused to skip it. He was professional and very fun. He took my beat up carpets that most people would replace and made them look like new. I have used them in the past and will definitely use them in the future.

The two men where on time and professional. They where really quick. They did two rooms and a set of stairs in less than a half hour. The first thing they said where my rooms where to big and they were 2 rooms each. I added on a set of stairs and I was charged $130 on top of the groupon that I bought. I think they did a good job, the carpets look good. I moved all the furniture that I could my self. They didnt move anything else.

Love these guys! On time, professional and friendly. They know how to clean any type of carpet so it looks brand new. The carpets smell fresh and not like a heavy chemical solution was used. Cleaning product is powerful enough to lift out dark green candle wax.

I am so so with this company. I ordered a Groupon for a carpet cleaning. When scheduling the appt, the man had an aggressive tone of voice, really didnt listen to me when I spoke as he kept talking over me.Day of the appt, he called to tell me he would be there 90 mins prior to appt. Didnt ask me if that was ok; made it known that was what was happening. When he got to my house, he rang the doorbell and within 30 seconds called me because my husband didnt answer the door yet. Very clear he was in a hurry.They did do an amazing job though and cleaned our couch as well. However, they acted as though they were in a bank robbing scene with the main guy constantly telling them how much time they had left to finish the job. Ten mins before we have to leave. You have 5 mins left. Thirty seconds and we have to go. I get time is money but my goodness.So yes, I recommend them based on the quality of their work. Just do not expect much in the form of soft skills/customer service

Service was fantastic and they did a fantastic job on our carpet. I would and probably will use them again. My issue is that we are in the midst of a pandemic and businesses are supposed to be following guidelines provided by the CDC. The gentlemen that came to our home were not wearing masks or practicing social distancing with my family. Again, that is my only issue. Otherwise they did a great job and the service was great.

As mentioned, we took our $400 to Stanley Steamer which was their quote, so I dont know where youre getting cheap from. If youre so concerned about people being cheap, then dont provide your services on Groupon! I just happen to stumble across your business that looked like you had great reviews, but I cant tell since I couldnt get by your poor customer service. I would never affiliate myself with this busines, so youll never be recommended by me. Think about getting some customer service training.I called to get a quote to clean 5 rooms. The guy that answered the call was completely rude as if we were bothering him. He abruptly hung up the phone. We heard about this business through Groupon when asked. I believe this is what irritated him and he had the nerve to say they dont do Groupons although 3 of the deals were soldout. I took my $400 to Stanley Cleaner that was nothing but professional and pleasant. I dont need rude people coming to my property!

Horrible service and extremely rude. A very non professional company. I would stay far away from this one. The guy solicits you through text messages telling you to clean the carpet yourself. Little does he know if I was able to do that I wouldnt be calling for his service. Most apartments want a receipt to show that it was professionally done. But, hey, have a Super Duper Day! As of 5/26 I wanted to give an update on my review. Not only was the main guy extremely rude on the phone but he was also extremely wrong. I went with a different carpet cleaner company and they were much cheaper, professional, and accurate. Hey, to each their own but keep on having that super duper day!
