The technicians kept me informed of their arrival time and were prompt. The lead tech explained the process and answered my questions. He was clear regarding the cost which was a great bargain. All furniture was either moved or protected and the carpet was pre-soaked before the steam vacuum was used. The results were impressive and the carpet was cleaner than any other company I had hired previously. I highly recommend Sears carpet cleaning and know your won’t be disappointed.

Ths was a rental house. I was paying for the service. When tenant wanted an extra room done instead of calling me as instructed they demanded the tenant pay, and they did. This was rude and not as instructed. When we need carpet cleaned again I will think twuce about your service.

The guys came in and did a great job cleaning our rooms. They used protective equipment to not ding corners or drywall and paint. They were able to get almost all stains out so we were happy with their work.

They cleaned my carpet in a few mins and it was done unproperly... then one of the workers noticed that I needed my kitchen remodeled and told me that they have a worker named PC that can do the work ... which was promised to be done in 7 days which 4 months later not completed and he kept my 3200 and no finished kitchen and stopped answering the phone when I asked for my money back and now I have to take him to court

The company came and did the work with no problems, but when I asked can I see the amount of dirt removed, I was told Sears would not be able to show me the amount of dirt. I should have asked about this before they started. I gave 3 stars because I blame myself for not asking to see the dust and dirt before they started. They “cleaned my air ducts” ?

We had been getting sick since we moved to this new house and when a friend recommended we get our vents cleaned I immediately called Sears (after pricing out a few companies and getting personal recs from neighbors). Easy to make an appointment, the technician called before he arrived and arrived on time. “Aaron” was polite, professional, thorough, and got 3 stains out of my carpet that I thought would never come out. I have been using Sears for years and I’ve never been disappointed. I have my carpets cleaned every 3-4 months and that is possible only because their services are so affordable.

This is the second time I’ve had upholstery cleaned by Sears, and both times, the teams have done and excellent job. This time the technician and assistant had the added challenge of using COVID-19 precautions which they did effectively. I will certainly use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

I have an imported oriental carpet that had animal stains. I had tried spot cleaning myself but it didnt work. I have used Sears Cleaning three times before to clean my wall to wall carpet, and to clean the air ducts before I turned on the furnace for the winter. On time, professional, in and out in less than 30 minutes, respectful and careful with furniture, carpet always looks almost like new again despite many spots from dog pee/poop (I am a dog handler at an animal shelter and often bring dogs home overnight for a cage break - not all of them being house broken).

I guess I have to schedule a Duct cleaning. It is the only service I havent used.The guys were great. Very professional and they did a great job of explaining the procedures. They noticed the mark on the wall from the sofa and told me it was an indication that my duct work needed cleaning. I can understand that since all the construction that went on at this house in the last year.So I guess it is time to schedule another great service from Sears.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Sears. I’m new to the neighborhood, and my neighbors recommended Sears to clean my vents and ducts. I wasn’t disappointed! The guys explained everything to me and walked me through it all. My heater works great now! They kept the house in order and even showed me pictures of the inside of my (dusty) vents. They also helped me move a heavy shelf I’d been meaning to get to the patio! Go with these professional, kind guys who will get the job done.

The carpet cleaning here is great! I used it to prep an apartment for move out and didnt have any issues. For a different apartment I used a service recommended by the realtor, and those folks left a dirt spot and the realtor ended up charging me to clean the carpets AGAIN which got pretty costly. I had dust particles all thru my living room and dining room. The worker blew the dirt out of the vents instead of sucking it into their equipment. I called to complain and the manager I spoke to was less than polite.

Two serviceman came out to clean and deodorize our carpets-4 rooms, hallway, steps, and 2 area rugs. They were there less than an hour and did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpet. Very professional and would utilize them again.

The Sears professionals that came to my house were extremely helpful, courteous, and hard-working. They talked to me about the cleaning products they would use (all green products that didnt trigger our asthma!) and made sure I was comfortable with what they were using before they proceeded. They did an EXCELLENT job with the cleaning! For the value and the utter courtesy and kindness they showed in my home I OWN a carpet cleaner and will still just request Eugene and AaRon come to my home again!

Our carpeting is definitely on life support but Jeff and Rod were able to resuscitate the patient 😉 . The carpet turned out beautiful. It looked as if it was brand new. I am not one for giving 5 stars for any review, but with the way everything turned out, Jeff for lunch. and Rod definitely deserve it ! The pricing was reasonable, there were NO SURPRISES and I would have no problem recommending these guys to our friends. Sears.......give these gentlemen a raise and take them out for lunch. Chuck came to my house on two separate occasions to clean my carpets and then to clean my upholstery. Both times I received courteous efficient service. My carpets and couches look brand new and he and his partner made sure I was happy with the results, I will definitely be using them again.

In the past couple of months I noticed my dryer not working as efficiently as when I first got it. The clothes were never dry after one cycle. I was advised to have my dryer vent cleaned. I contacted several companies and inquired about their pricing. I decided to go with Sears since their rates were the most affordable. The crew was very polite and knowledgable. They explained the process and went right to work. The dryer vent was clean in no time and I couldnt believe how much lint came of of there. Great job! Cant recommend highly enough! Oh, and my dryer works perfectly again :)

Sears sends out specials on carpet cleaning which I have taken advantage of twice. They came when they said they would be there, did a good job, in and out quick.

This is the third time I’ve had Sears clean my carpets, and I’ve always been very happy with their work, however, this time around this was not the case. I upgraded to the pet lovers special (an additional $80) because I was told this would help with any odor left by our 2 dogs. I clean and vacuum religiously, so it’s not like I let the carpet get super gross, but recently I’ve noticed a slight dog smell, so I thought it was worth the upgrade. I have to say I am extremely disappointed. Not only am I not even able to detect the scent of the deodorizer they claim to have used, but our carpet still smells exactly the same! Very frustrating, and unfortunately I will never be having Sears clean any more of our carpets.

Decent job on the carpets all though they didnt move any furniture to clean under it, which past companies have. Only one technician (the one not doing the cleaning) wore booties on his shoes and when they left, my railings had dirty hand prints on them, there were pools of dirty water in the foyer, scuffs from their hose all over the corner of my baseboards and permanent scratches in the foyer tile. Would never call again.
