Lizzy is wonderful! Not only is she professional, but she is caring about how you would like your hair and she has great suggestions. She takes her time to get your look just right. I will not go to anyone else!! Highly recommend!!!

I recently got my hair done at Regis. I have had my haircut there previously, but had a new stylist. I won’t mention her name, because I even feel bad writing this. Was supposed to have gotten a partial highlight and trim. The highlights are almost a half inch from the end of the root. My hair got evened three times, because the left side was much longer than the right. The right side wasn’t even and was choppy but my major concern was that one side of my hair was obviously longer than the other. The stylist had another team member try to help her, and was verbally told my hair was still a quarter inch off and how to fix it. After the fourth attempt my hair still wasn’t even. At this point I had been there for over three hours. I basically had to say it’s all good so I could just get out of there. Left with my hair wet not even blow dried or styled(3+ hours), very unsatisfied. Now I have a wedding this weekend to attend and no time to get it fixed with my work schedule. Called to talk about the $130 I spent for this inconvenience and was told they only fix the cuts, so i am left with this to deal with again.

Amy B gave me the best hair cut of my life in February, I am never truly satisfied with my hair and I went to see her to figure out what to do . She gave great recommendations and fixed the issues I was having with my hair and gave me a whole new look. I love it and cant wait to go back to her

Ive had my hair cut twice here. I forget the name of my first stylist (a young blonde lady) she did a wonderful job, and was very friendly. Today Scott cut my hair and he did a wonderful job, and is also very friendly. The employees are awesome! The only negative thing is that the price the company charges compared to other local barbershops is quite higher.

I went to this saloon to get my highlights done, they took whole half day and hair color came off after first wash. I have been calling them since to get it fixed but they keep telling me they will give a call back and then it was too late to fix it.My hair looked 3 different colors and i regret going here. Their products are even worse don’t work as they suggested.

Sara does an amazing job. I never would have considered going to a mall hair salon, but the girls here are great. Sara was very patient and understanding. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend her!

Ask for Paige! She is super nice and knowledgeable about services and what will work best for you. I wanted to take a risk and get bangs (which I’ve tried before and immediately regretted) and she was able to tailor it to my face shape and make it suit me perfectly! I walked away extremely happy, and she was quick and efficient on top of it. Overall, I had a great experience here

Sara is the best hair stylist EVER. I have very curly hair and no one knows how to properly cut curls... except SARA!! She listened to my concerns and walked me through how she wasn’t going to cut my hair the she would normally because of my curls!! Which is EXACTLY what I wanted to hear!! She new about different techniques on cutting curls and what products to use! I absolutely love her and I have another appointment in 8weeks. I will go nowhere else!!

I am lucky to have 2 people like Megan and Stephanie that can do my hair, I just have to tell Megan what Im trying to do and she makes it look amazing every time, Im not a woman fond of messing with my hair, but I want to look good with as minimal effort possible. Stephanie is excellent as well, both these women are creative and stupendous stylists. Salon is well decorated, clean, and positive. The price cant be beat for level of quality you get. I was in and out 20 minutes, love it.

I absolutely love this hair salon. The staff is super friendly. They take walk ins and usually right on the spot. I have never gotten a bad haircut there. They are a little pricey but it is worth it.

Jessica recently did my hair and to say the least she blew me away ! I am new to the area and have been looking for a good stylist, she not only spent 4 hours perfecting the exact color I had requested but insisted on putting more detail and time into it. All of my experiences with Regis over the years have been wonderful. I started going to the Regis in the Robinson Mall because of Paige. I had a request that might of made other hair stylists turn me away, which was getting my hair dyed bright purple. Paige is very nice and let me know what she was doing each step of the way which made me feel better since I am weary of bleach, but I had no other choice. Hair doesnt just lighten itself! My hair turned out absolutely stunning and I get complements on it everywhere I go. It is so wonderful to know that my hair can be anything I want it to be in the hands of a great stylist. Paige also is very good at making my hair silky and smooth once she is done with it and I love it. My hair has faded with washing but even so I still get complements on it! Thanks Paige!

I saw Paige for a color service and cut. The color service had several different colors and even some horizontal stripes! It was beautiful and vibrant! I love pravana colors. She also did a trim and an undercut with a design. Paige is very knowledgeable with color and was awesome to work with. Definitely returning to her for all my color work!

I got my hair done here a few days ago and I absolutely loved it! The lady who took me did a good job and made sure to pay close attention to what she was doing. Only complaint was I had my eyebrows done too and now both of my eyelids have burns on them and it’s painful.

I have been going to the Robinson location specifically for Paiges color and cut service. She is wonderful with color and addresses my hair concerns with expert styling. My hair is naturally curly so finding the right person who knows how to handle crazy curls, is a blessing!

I got an appointment last minute. I was recommended to Lizzy as another saloon messed up my color horribly. Lizzy color corrected my hair and made it the color I wanted in the first place. She is a perfectionist and a true master of her craft; knowledgeable about different dyes, toners, product lines, face shapes, cutting techniques, and more. To top it off, she’s hilarious as well! I’m two seconds away from getting a pixie cut as an excuse to see her for a trim every two weeks. 😄

I did not get my hair done at this salon. Although, the salon manager did come and speak at my school. She said some pretty negative things and wasnt very kind. She told my class that we were never going to succeed in life and that we were all going to end up as failures. As a cosmetology student this is something I do not want to hear. It was very hurtful.

Absolute worst mens haircut Ive ever received from Olivia at Regis. Got home and the fade wasnt even with it about 1 inch higher on one side than the other side. Also looked like chunks were taken out of the side of my head. Was so bad I had to go to another hair salon the same day to get it fixed as I was afraid to go back and they mess it up more. The stylist that fixed it was amazed at how bad it was. I will not ever be going back here.

I showed the girl at the salon that I wanted a warm/ medium / chestnut brown. She gave black/red. My hair is the color of a black cherry. Its awful. Waste of money.

Megan gave me a beautiful updo for a wedding I was recently in, my hair survived the whole night!

Absolute worst experience of my life. I was there for 4 hours - as they tried over and over again to correct their mistake. They stripped my hair of all its natural oils and destroyed my hair follicles. I cannot even get a brush through it to style it, and it is brittle and dry - like a broom. I am currently seeking a salon to repair the damage - if it can be repaired. Dont buy their sales pitch about how great they are and how long theyve been in business it all means nothing if your hair is destroyed. This is a horrible salon, and the products they use will ruin your hair. I would rate ZERO stars if I could!

HORRIBLE. I brought in a picture and said I want this, she gave me the complete opposite. Made my hair orange. Put highlights with awkward straight lines visible and not, both bad! I didnt ask for a hair cut but she gave me one with long layers that are very short and then charged me for it. Then she curled my hair to hide all the mistakes so I couldnt see them on my way out. Ive been to Regis probably about 5 times and have had a bad result 3 times now. At this point I am calling customer service to get a refund. And going to Ulta so they can fix the mistakes she made, I would never let them touch my hair again. For about an extra 50 bucks you can get your hair down by an actual stylist.
