I took my car down because I thought I needed new struts and shocks or ball joints or something? They offered to throw it on the rack and look it over for $50. When I went back to pick up my car they said my car was ok and didnt need anything. My model year car just has a soft suspension. Maybe brakes and tires in the next year but nothing else. Thats crazy honesty right there. Ill definitely be going back.

Got an appointment with no problem for an inspection and dropped car off night before at convenient drop. Eric called next am to let me know what work needed done. I expected I would need rear brakes, and they did replace them. Very quick but professional and Covid compliant. Friendly and job well done!

My sons car broke a Tie Rod end in Pittsburgh, he lives in Ohio. AAA towed him to Troubleshooters. I am so happy and thankful he was towed to that shop, people we super friendly (showed us the damaged parts and how they repaired and what had to be done), let us leave it an extra day until we could get back to pick it up and the price for the repair was very affordable. I would easily recommend Troubleshooters to anyone in the Pittsburgh area when in need of an automotive repair, great job, great service, OUTSTANDING!

My transmission quit in my truck and after review I towed it here.I am very grateful I choose Troubleshooters.1. Reputation- I knew I was getting great quality.2. Employees- After taking to the guys I felt relieved and knew these are good people.3. Price- Good guys are fair and I knew the price would reflect that and it did.4. When- I need my truck back tomorrow please lol. But finished my truck through the holiday season as promised on time.If you searching reviews because you don’t want to be put into a worse situation (picking the wrong garage). Then choose this place for all the reasons I listed and the ones I didn’t.

I provided parts, they charged me every way they could to make money. An hours labor to removed lug nuts, an hours labor to replace a small lightbulb, half an hours labor just to remove calipers. It should been a $180 brake replacement and inspection, it cost me over $300. If you like wasting money on your car then go here. If you don’t like wasting money and have a fair price, go literally anywhere else. Terrible value.

I was disappointed 😞 I had my car inspected at another garage in which it didnt pass emissions and they needed to keep my car over the weekend . Well the owner/mechanic got killed on his motorcycle, the other mechanic recommended troubleshooter. I made appointment the mechanic not only new about the accident, but was with him when it happen. Needless to say the re-inspected my vehicle $1,097dollars 3 days later check engine light is still on in addition to abs and traction. So let the consumer be ware

These guys are fair, honest, and easy to work with. My dad, who has 20+ years in the car business, recommended I take my Impreza here for some auto body work. The work was perfect, indiscernible from the rest of the car, and was done honestly at a fair price and completed quickly. Troubleshooters has become the family go-to for car repairs, and Ive now sent friends there as well who have had similarly great experiences.
