They took me as a walk in car inspection the day before I drove 675 miles to go on vacation in Cape Cod. The only thing that would have made this 5 star car service would have been if they had washed my van and vacuumed it out!!! Very unhappy with my recent experience with them. Back in April I leased a new Ram from them. I never received my registration info from the dmv, so after a couple of months, I reached out to the salesman I worked with multipled times. He eventually looked into it for me, and assured me that things had been processed and I should be getting things soon. Fast forward to a few days ago, after still not receiving anything, I decided to contact the DMV myself. After being on hold for about 2 hours, they more or less told me that they never recieced any new registration information from the dealer and that the plate was still tied to my previous vehicle in their system. They suggested contacting the dealer to get it resolved. I then called the dealer immediately, and they assured me theyd have things figured out by Monday at the latest, as it was the end of the day Friday at that point. Today is now Wednesday of the next week and Ive yet to get any follow up from them on my issue. My temporary registration is 3 days from expiring and I have no clue where my issue stands and if my vehicle will even be legal to drive In a few days. All this for an issue that should have never been, and when I mentioned it to the salesman a month ago, he assured me it was taken care of.UPDATE: Shortly after posting this, they did reach out to me and got the ball rolling to finally get this resolved. They managed to work with the state to get things properly registered and get a registration card overnighted to me prior to my temporary registration expiring. While Im still unhappy I had to jump through so many hoops to get this resolved, they did in the end manage to get things taken care of for me, so i do thank them for that
They claim price match guarantee on their website. I found the same parts from multiple other dealers for $200. They want $300. No price match guarantee. Dont listen to them. I was willing to pay $250 but no. Get your parts online and save. Scamming dealer.

I’ve been going to this dealership for over 20 years now. I’ve literally “grown up” (from my late teens to my early 40s) with this dealership. Frank, Mike and the service crew at West Liberty have seen me through all of my Jeep needs (and meltdowns🤣) with the utmost care and always provide the very best customer service. Nowadays, it’s hard to find a place (and people) like this. I can’t say I feel the same way about any other company. Great selection of what I was looking for, but unfortunately did not have a good experience with the salesman Craig. I was very interested in 2 trucks on their lot and came in to talk to a salesman after I test drove them to talk numbers. He handed me a credit application and asked me to fill it out without answering any preliminary questions I had. I told him I wasn’t ready to to do that today but I am looking to purchase in the next few days. He then handed me his card and pretty much walked away from me. After visiting a few other dealerships in the area, I was able to talk estimated numbers right away without filling out any credit application. Very disappointed because I was really interested in 2 trucks and considering purchasing the following business day. Unfortunately won’t be back.
MAINTENANCE WARNING:Took jeep in for tire rotation and oil. Got a call shortly after and was told I needed $1200 worth of suggested service and asked if I wanted it performed same day. So simple and convenient! I was a bit surprised at such a large bill and caught off guard so I declined and asked for a list of suggested maintenance. I wanted to dig in a little more on my own. The vehicle has 51k on it and was told it was standard system upkeep.So I have to ask: Who’s standard? Where did your employee get this info? It’s not in my manual of suggested maintenance at 50K and so I took my jeep elsewhere for a second opinion and was again surprised. This time pleasantly surprised bc They informed me that my Jeep did NOT need any further services at this time based on their thorough inspection. Not a dollar more to spend at this time. Now why would they tell me that? How can that be? Good old fashioned honesty I suppose unlike what I experienced at Three Rivers.This new auto shop just picked up a new customer and I won’t be back to Three Rivers again and will be sure to share this encounter with anyone who wants to listen. What a scam. What a lousy thing to do to another person.The fact that you would have gladly taken my $1200 a month before Xmas (and baby on the way) when nothing in fact was really urgent tells me all I need to know. That’s a sad shame and you should be concerned reading this as a customer.That’s a slimy bush league move and it’s companies like this that tarnish the reputation of the industry. No wonder people are skeptical of car dealers and maintenance companies - you are thieves who prey on vulnerable people who know little about vehicles. You try to con us in to believing your scare tactics.I’m angry and annoyed but I’m also very glad that I told service guy that I would pass because something didn’t quite feel right about the way he delivered the pitch. I went with my gut. He’s not my buddy but sure acted like it before he tried to sell me a load of horse manure. His tone changed pretty quick when I said no, and that’s not surprising one bit. You guys tied to sales and commissions? Seems like it.Wonder how many other people you willingly ripped off over the years. I’ll post this elsewhere too so people are fairly warned.Cheers!
Our salesman Jim did a phenomenal job! We talked on the phone discussed all our options.I had a ton of questions and changed my mind on what I wanted several times. He was so patient got me exactly what I wanted and gave me several options for lease or buy and payments. I went to the dealership it literally took 5 minutes to sign. Jim showed us all the options in the truck and we were driving off in our beautiful new truck 20 minutes after we arrived. Jim is my new go to salesman. Thanks Jim!

Needed my car repaired recently also, service department was very professional and got the problem fixed quickly. price was fair. I have been a new vehicle and service customer for 15 years and will continue to use Three Rivers. Thanks everyone for making a great experience.
My car wouldnt start and charging the battery wouldnt work. The car was towed to the dealer. All fine so far. The dealer spent two days with the car and declared it fixed. When I arrived to pick up the car it wouldnt start (same issue). Since I picked it up after hours, there were no mechanics around. I wound up jump starting the car and taking it home. Wont go back to this service center again.
Update:The General manager followed up with me asap and sent out the referral check. From the salesman to the general manager they all met my expectations! I would recommend friends, family to this dealership. I will be back myself! Thanks you!!!I went to look at Jeeps for my daughter and ended up buying one myself. So i referred my daughter there to buy one and she did. We both love our Jeeps. Only negative thing I have to say is when they tell you if you refer someone and get the sale they give you $125. Still waiting on my referral check and its over a month. I did text the salesman and no response back. I even did the survey and gave all good answers. Just think its false advertisement.
Took car in to see why it was temp gauge was fluctuating and was told radiator had a hole in it(17 Chrysler 300 with 50k miles) then told the repair would cost $1200 while a quick search reveals the part only costs 150 bucks. Total rip off to charge people 1k for labor. Never going here again.
I was welcomed upon entering at the door immediately being assisted as promised on prior communication via text regarding the Jeep I was inquiring about. I was informed about all the special features on the vehicles I had test-driven. My daughter and I was given courtesy beverages while awaiting for the bank and insurance documentation. My car sales rep (chandler) assisted me through the insurance transfer of vehicles and assisted me with transferring my personal belongings into my new car! I never had a better experience with a car dealership! Most try talking you into something you don’t really want but I was amazed by the generosity of the facility! Thank you so much!

Twice now, I have come into Three Rivers in need of different things (oil change, inspection, service engine light etc) and experienced a very sorry about your luck attitude from some of the Service Department employees. If I wasnt leasing through Three Rivers I would probably save myself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Yesterday morning I set up an appointment online to take a look at a Jeep altitude. As soon as I walked into Jeep, I was helped immediately and introduced to a salesman there named Jake. I told Jake that I was looking for a white Jeep with black rims (the altitude). He took me out on the lot and showed me the car and took me for a ride in it. He was very pleasant and not pushy or aggressive at all in persuading me to buy/lease the vehicle. After seeing the car and driving in it, we sat down and discussed payments/costs. I was happy with the amount that my payment ended up being. The entire process was very simple. I was there for about 2.5 hours and left with my new leased Jeep. Also, I set up insurance for myself there as well during that time. Everything was quick and easy. Also, Jake came with me the next day to drop off my previous leased vehicle that was not part of Jeep. I am so pleased with my entire experience at Jeep on West liberty. Everyone was very helpful and kind. I am looking forward to enjoying my Jeep!
Best car buying experience Ive had!i get bored with cars quickly so Im in car dealerships about every 1.5 years on average. I traded my car for one off their used lot and worked with Jim Bundy on the deal. I didnt have to jump through any hoops to test drive a car. They were extremely fair and easy to work with on the price of the car and my trade.i told them the rate I could get through my bank and the finance guy was able to quickly find me something slightly better. We were offered drinks several times and the head manager talked to us and he was also a very nice man. We were out the door in under 3 hours (including a 1 hour test drive!!). which i thought was pretty good.everything just went so smoothly and each person we interacted with was great. i would definitely recommend giving these guys a shot at earning your business.

I had an issue with my radiator on my wrangler that was only two years old so I contacted my sales person, Alex Danley, and he immediately went to the service department and set me up with an appointment. Jim, in the service department, was absolutely fantastic and accommodating. They were very thorough with their multi point inspection and made sure that everything was working properly upon pick up. They made sure that the vehicle was ready at the time they said it would and they followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly. This is my third Wrangler that we purchased through Alex and I expect to continue the relationship. As well as continuing my relationship with the service department.
I am in love with my new 2018 Jeep Compass altitude model. Ryan Keith was a nice guy to deal with and made sure he matched me with exactly what I wanted. The process was shorter than I had experienced before and was positive. Would return for any future business.

I called to have an check engine light looked at and dealer refused to look at my Jeep Cherokee 2001. I can not believe dealer had a right to refuse to work in their own products! Nothing older than 10 year old was what service department stated!
Ooo service department is terrible. I was waiting for rear defroster for my 2019 Ram for 32 days, and at the end they told me they need 2 days to change it cause they never did it before. When i star complain about why it’s taking so long, answer was amazing: We don’t have to fix your car at all. If you don’t like go to another dealer, we have a lot of cars to work on. So factory defects is not what they fixing. And customer support was amazing to, cause they said, as they always on the dealer side. Now I don’t really know if I want to have any GM cars. Do not recommend this service to anyone.
Gregory Keith was exceptional. He was very patient and answered all of our questions in a way that we could understand. Not your typical car salesman. He seemed to genuinely care about our concerns. Definitely coming back and would recommend this location to anyone in the market for a new car. Just ask for Greg, or look for the cool guy with the beard.

Stopped by to look at a jeep and maybe test drive it. Of course a salesman approached and helped us with our questions and took us for a test drive. Now my experience with most salesman arent good. I always feel rushed to make decisions that I may not be ready to make and all they care about is the sale (not you and what may be best for you). At three rivers I spoke to Ryan Keith, the best sales experience I have ever had! He answered all my questions gave me a great deal on my trade in and the new jeep I purchased. He made me and my needs his priority. For once I didnt feel pushed into making a decision and everyone there were helpful and kind. What a great experience! He took the time, even when it was closing time at the dealership. He didn’t mind working with me. Many salespeople will get cranky if you’re there late. He didn’t. He helped out at the times I needed help in the days after too. He even came in on his day off to make sure I was properly taken care of. Soon I am going to get a new Ram. We just leased a truck from this dealership, and we had a fantastic experience. Our salesman, Alex, was patient and took the time to answer a lot of our questions. When he didnt know the answer, he was very ready to admit it and sought help from his manager. Each of the employees we interacted with was friendly and polite - a huge plus when youre about to make such a big purchase. We didnt feel rushed or pressured in any way, and we were able to come up with a deal that worked for us. The only reason Im doing 4 stars out of 5 is because of the deal that originally brought us in - we didnt qualify for that deal, but that wasnt made overly clear until much later in that conversation.(Plan to update based upon how the vehicle holds up and the service experience.)Update 10/8: Changed my rating to a 5. We went back to the dealership to have a few cosmetic things on the truck updated. Ended up that we had to wait longer than necessary, and Alex made sure we were taken care of. A loaner car was provided and everything. Would recommend this dealership.
In the last 2 years weve got a Wrangler and a Grand Cherokee from these guys. The sales and finance people have been easy to deal with. Very poor service. I called every day for a week and left messages and never got a call back. Finally I called and asked to speak with owner to just make sure he or she knows how customers are being treated because the receptionist had an attitude when I asked to speak with owner. The receptionist wanted me to speak with manager instead but i informed get i would have my car serviced else where she said the owner was not there. I asked when the owner would be there and she couldnt tell me or should I say wouldnt tell me. I am still looking into contacting owner because I am sure he or she does not want to lose business because employees are Lazy and have attitudes

Bought oil change package for my RAM, great deal. However, each time they have serviced my truck they leave oily hand prints all over the drivers side doors - yes, front and back doors. Also, steering wheel is also oily. Attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired. I reported this issue to the Service Managers on my most recent visit.

Absolutely the worst experience with a service department of any manufacturer. Why would you accept a diesel vehicle in for repair With no diesel mechanic? Not just no mechanic but “ we don’t even have the tools to work on your vehicle “ 3 recalls needed repaired “they did what they could”. I still have no idea what they actually did. The truck now has to be towed to a different dealership in Moon Township with a diesel mechanic for repair. Chrysler Customer Care gave me a rental so at least they are doing their part. Thank you CCC. I’m not sure how the sales department treats customers but their service department falls short of even the lowest of expectations.

This is my second lease through three rivers, Alex has helped me both times. 3 years ago when I came in it was my first time dealing with a dealership and payments and a brand new car. Alex made everything about my time there relaxing and enjoyable so naturally I wanted to lease my second car from him too. When we hit a little snag in the process he was patient and went above and beyond to accommodate. We had to come back first thing in the morning to finish up and Alex even offered us breakfast! Such an pleasant experience!!

Everything about my experience at three rivers was excellent. Alex Danley went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. Before I even arrived Alex did his research and had numerous different makes and models, ready for test drive, all in my price range! He’s very polished, and makes a typically stressful process exciting, as it should be. Alex did not just sell me a car but made sure that it was the right car for me, preference wise, budget wise, and practical use-wise. He’s beyond approachable and friendly. Truly a good guy who’s great at what he does.

I purchased a vehicle from Three Rivers from Houston Texas. Jim Bundy was the salesman I dealt with and he was excellent. Being that I am out of state communication is key and he definitely communicated well. He also helped me with the financing and made sure it didn’t lapse the 30 days so I was able to secure the lower interest rate. Absolutely professional and a pleasure to work with. For the financing portion, I worked with Jordan Novak and he was just as great. Didn’t try to hoodwink me with this and that warranty, he made sure I was aware of all the warranties and insurance options however never tried to be forceful with the transaction. These guys were professional and definitely not sleazy. Highly recommended. How car buying should be!

My wife and I are both Mopar people. My Ram is from South Hills Jeep and we got her Grand Cherokee here. During our purchase process here the salesman kept disregarding me and would only speak to my wife. With a background in finance I do not like to sit for hours and play the numbers game. Every time I would counter he would only speak to my wife and would be very pushy trying to persuade her to take the deal behind my back. After a few rounds I grabbed him and informed him that I was not going to continue going back and forth. As we prepared to leave with no deal in place all of a sudden there he was offering to accept our deal. I was not happy with the wasted time however every time my wife goes in for service he always follows up with her to make sure she is still happy in her new ride. Unless I can get a better deal here I myself will continue to buy from south hills jeep on 19
