John was awesome and did a fantastic job on the day before they closed for good. He took care of me at the last minute and stayed late to do it. I really appreciated what he did. If only all company employees were as good as he was. Shame Sears Auto is now closed for good. I would have gone there for all my car care needs.

I live no where near here but drive out of my way because Sears Auto Robinson has taken the very best care of my 2011 Subaru. I used to go to the dealer but Sears diagnosed and fixed an issue that the dealer couldnt. Once again after my visit today I am thrilled with the quality of service and the reasonable price.

These guys do a good job. Little slow sometimes, but always nice and the work gets done correctly. Good deals on tires, name brands, etc. The Why not lease it program is great also.

Went here for a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation and they never did they tires because I went there 3 times and always claimed there was an issue why they couldnt triedatried to overcharge me for basic service and upsell things I didnt need. Do glad they went out of business and can completely understand why

Jonathan, Michael, and Sylvia are great with customer service. Ive been going here for a few years now and havent had a bad experience. They are quick but thorough in the shop, and they always explain my options and give recommendations without being forceful or rude like Ive seen at some shops.

This place is awesome, I honestly received so much positive support from this shop. I will take my car back there continuously. The staff are amazing and very detail oriented. Any questions that I had they were happy to answer. The were very upfront with the repairs and I truly appreciate that. I was in contact with 2 employees there and they both were truly amazing. One of the employees was synthia and called me to confirm my repairs before the work was done and the second was the jonathan behind the desk.My car was in for:InspectionTiresAlignmentThank you for your honest work!

Was quoted a price and charged 16$ more per tire without asking. Also took it upon themselves to instal new tmps monitors, said that was customary. Didnt look at my teceipt when i left, called the next day and they refused to adjust bill properly. They answer to no one because corporate doesnt control. Make sure when u hand them money youre happy cause you wont see a refund guaranteed

I called my local Sears to get info on buying a dupe Sears garage door opener only to find out Sears (the store itself) is gone :( and ONLY Sears auto shop is there now. I was told to call their replacements parts line (mechanic gave me that info) and WAS SO DISAPPOINTED in trying to get info from an operator.

The service at the Sears Auto at 1500 Robinson Centre Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205, is the worst experience I have ever had with auto services. I would rate them 0 stars if I could.I first noticed a small leak coming from my car on Sunday, 12.4. I called sears auto and was told to bring the car in and theyd look at it right away. Then when I get there, 30 min later, they tell me they wont be able to look at my car that day and theyll get to it on Monday. Being that my car is leaking something, I cant drive it around looking for other dealerships, so I leave it at Sears overnight.I get a call on Monday, telling me its leaking steering fluid from the reservoir and its nothing serious, well have to see if we have to order the parts in and call you to let you know the estimate and when we can fix it. I get a call back shortly after and I am told that they have ordered the parts and my car will be done by Wednesday.Wednesday comes and I get a call telling me that the part didnt come in because the company they ordered it from, screwed up their inventory and so itll take them until at least Friday. So now I have been without a car for 3 days and learn that I will be without it for another two days.My wife calls back the next day, Thursday 12.8, and is told by a woman this time, that the part wasnt available locally and they had to order it from Canada and thats why it hasnt come in yet. Quite a different story from the initial one where a company messed up their inventory.So it starts with1 Sunday - Bring it now, well take a look at it right away - to - Oh sorry we cant take you now, well do it tomorrow.2. Monday - Yeah we ordered the part and well have it done on Wednesday.3. Wednesday - Oh were sorry the company messed up their inventory and well have it on Friday.4. Thursday - Oh, we ordered the part from Canada thats why its taking so long.I have been without a car for a week, and lied to several times by this place. Needless to say neither I, nor any of my friends/family if I can help it, will ever take their car to a Sears Auto...anywhere. Also, while my car was at their garage, the tire psi went down due to the cold and they didnt even have the decency to fill em with air, so after waiting for my car for 5 days I got to drive around looking for a gas station to fill my tires with air.

I have had my oil changed here a dozen times with 4 different vehicles, Ive never had any problems with their service. Its reasonably fast and my car is in good shape when they get it back to me.

We stopped by here last November (2014) to have our SUV inspected on the fly. During the inspection they found that one rear break was starting to leak and possibly about to fail. They took me back into the shop and even showed me the problem, so there was no room for mistrust. That was nice.Although it was Black Friday the guys at Sears were able to get the parts they needed and have us back on the road (and fully inspected) by early the next afternoon.I have lived all over the the South and East, and found the folks at Sears Automotive to be very polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Their prices were on-par for a nicer shop, and my wife was able to shop for bargains while they fixed my truck. I would and have returned to Sears Automotive.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This place is an absolute joke. I purchased a groupon for a conventional oil change, and I regret doing it. My appointment was scheduled for 5pm and I arrived by 4:45. When they finally got to me at 5:03, I shouldve known it was going to be a mess. I was guaranteed my car would be done in an hour at the most. Upon returning at 6pm, I was told that they hadnt even taken my car back for service yet, and when I asked for my car back they said theyd just taken it and it would be another 30 minutes. No apology was given. When I went and sat in the waiting room, I watched the person whod be working on my car slam on the brakes and almost hit something while backing my car up. Thirty minutes later, I was still waiting for my car when I was called to the front to pay for the eco friendly oil disposal. Finally after an additional 40 minutes, I was sitting on just under two hours for something that shouldve taken 30 minutes tops to complete. They never apologized for the delay, and were snarky when I went to the front desk to pay their disposal fee. I will never go here again, it was a total waste of my time and money.

I (was) a Loyal Client in CLE OHIO then I shopped at Sears for Appliances. When I called for service on my GE (SS) French-door Fridge the date was set for 11/05/15 1-5PM. I took off work, waited all-day Tech arrived (Very Late) 5:45PM with an attitude. He [Tech ID #0633586] proceeded to BLAME SEARS for his being in overtime status and he stated SEARS should have put Our Service Appointment into an earlier time-slot! Tech then added that theres no-way was he going to do a 2hour Service Appointment at this hour! He then call someone on his cell-phone/ while clicking-away on his lap-top and the next thing I knew he was trying to tag our new 5yr-old refrigerator to be scrapped without explaining what was wrong with it! When I asked why Tech says When I tag your fridge SEARS will replace it for free!?! I asked again what needs to be repaired? Tech said You dont want to know it will cost you? I repeated twice what exactly is wrong with the GE FRIDGE? & SEARS is going to Replace it with what? For Free? He said Thats Above My Head You need To call Sears and ask them b/c my lap-top is dying I need to go to my Van and charge it! > ? I called Sears Repair asked for a SUPERVISOR (Jen) came to the phone 6:30PM-ish) Tech still in van (Apparently Jen says Tech is typing (A Lie) to SEARS Repair that I, the Customer Have DECLINED ESTIMATE!?!) Unbelievable b/c Tech still has not given Me an Estimate as of yet, nor has he told me what has happened to cause the GE issues for the loss of Cold Air! The SEARS REPAIR-SUPER (Jen) asked to speak with Tech ID # 0633586 CLE OHIO. When Tech returned to the door I let him know (Jen) SEARS Repair-Super would like to speak with him, the Tech turned to his equipment picked it up and said Im outta here! Tech then, (While Im on the phone telling the Tech She (Jen) would like to speak with him) Tech walks down my driveway gets into his Service Van and Drives Away! If this is SEARS Business Practice Your Done! Contact me.

This is seriously the worst place ever! I got my my brand new car inspected and they failed it because the middle of the tread on the back right tire was a little bald. No problem. I got tires and an inspection at Goodyear. Thank goodness. I have literally tried to get my oil changed at least 4 times since I got new tires, and each time they tell me they are too backed up. Some days I went in on my lunch break at Noon and they were already too backed up for the day. Here I come again Goodyear!!! Go to Goodyear dont waste your time with people that dont appreciate your business whatever it may be.

My recent experience with Sears repair has been the worst. I have an LG washer that began having problems in early February. After Sears sent out a service man, in mid February he ordered the parts that my machine required. I also scheduled an appointment to have it fixed, the following week. I found out a few days later that my washer was going to be covered under an LG warranty. I contacted Sears. They informed me that I would have to cancel my already scheduled repair, and send back the parts that were already sent to my house through Sears recovery. Upon sending back the parts, Sears sent another repair man to my house to order the same parts that were just returned to them. The service man refused to even open up his computer during this visit for he would have to charge me another $79 fee. While the service man was at my home he contacted someone, Im assuming from Sears to determine how he would handle this case. The parts were eventually ordered from the previous order form. They arrived on Tuesday March 24th. I contacted Sears as instructed to schedule my repair appointment. I was informed that it would take place Friday March 27th. When the repairman did not show up, I contacted Sears again and was told that my appointment was never scheduled for Friday but for Monday March 29th. As I waited all day for the repairman again, I called at around 3pm to confirm that he was infact coming, the lady that I spoke to informed me that he was in route to my home and should arrive there shortly. At 5:30 I called again and was now informed that my appointment has been rescheduled for April 8th, because I had called and cancelled this appointment. Which I did not. I am just wondering what I have to do to get this washer fixed. I am a family of 5 who has been traveling to the laundry mat 3 times a week for almost two months. I am very upset with this situation, and would never recommend to anyone to purchase an appliance from Sears, for the repair department is not equipped to handle service calls, scheduling practices or repair service to their customers. I would like someone at Sears head quarters to review these practices and try to come up with a better solution for your customers, because this is no way to treat them. Sears sucks. everyone you get when you call customer service is foreign and cannot be understood. they are very scripted and act like they cannot go off the grid and just answer your damn question. i never knew i would have this much of a problem with sears but i will NEVER purchase from here again!

Toyota Dealership is replacing the A/C Blower $100 less then sears auto center.$300 Sears Auto center and$200 Toyota Dealership.Shocked By the prices bought the Part from advanced auto part $120-$40coupen=$85 and replaced it by my self
