Went down there today to get an oil change and a check on the brakes and the engine and when I got there saw that they also do inspections. So talked to Jeff about getting it done on Monday and he started to set it up and then he walked away to check on my car then came back and said they can do it today so I dont have to come back on Monday. Totally surprised! I love this place! Everyone there is so nice and friendly and I have used them before and I will keep using them. So special thanks to Jeff for going out of his way for me and another little shout out to Justin for helping me with a car sticker for my back windshield. 🙂👍👍👍👍👍

I requested a specific appointment time (10:00 am)for the review of the noise and upon arrival Jeff responded immediately. Shane also provided excellent service. He showed me where the defects existed in the exhaust pipe and suggested replacement. He provided me with the price to complete the work which also included a generous discount. He assured me that the work would be able to be completed within 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Another of the Meineke crew hopped in a vehicle to obtain the needed part. Jeff and all of the mechanics wore masks whenever they were in contact with a customer. Jeff chatted and joked with me each time he returned to the service desk. I was at home before noon. I call that impeccable service with a smile!

Never in my 40 years as an adult have I had such an outstanding first three encounters with a business. I also never had better service in my ten years of dealing with Lexus of North Hills.Ten days ago, after noticing the prior evening that my brakes were grinding, Mike not only squeezed me into Meineke’s schedule, he met me in the parking lot ten minutes later and finished replacing my brakes 45 minutes sooner than promised.While waiting in the shop, I was struck by Jeff’s personality and professionalism in scheduling my second appointment, to have a wheel bearing replaced, as I didn’t have time that day. The second appointment was as good as the first. I asked to speak with the owner, Tim, to let him know how well Mike and Jeff had treated me and to commend him for how well run the shop is run.Finally, after receiving a coupon in the mail a few days ago which mentioned the Meineke rewards program, I stopped by the shop to arrange to have my two prior purchases applied to the awards program. To my surprise, Jeff greeted me by name and informed me that I was already a member of Meineke Rewards.The team at Meineke has earned all of my car maintenance business in the future.

I bought my tires separately and brought them in to be mounted and balanced. Everything went well, as it should. Jeff (the franchise owner I think) was helpful as always. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years for all of my auto service after a string of bad experiences with other auto repair places nearby. I’ve been very satisfied.

My car broke down in middle of a highway even the tow guy was quite scarred to stop and my house is like 100 miles north from there. I towed it to meineke and was told theres no guarantee if they could check it today per se getting it fixed. Im totally out of energy to process anything and Jeff the person who attended me told me he will try to make me priority since its kind of emergency and helped me there. They checked it quickly and found my compressor to be out of commission and a torn belt which made primarily all the other parts to stop functioning. They immediately bought a compressor ( since it took two hours to deliver, they themselves went there to get it. They employed two people in my car and did it within 2.5 hrs and Im on my way. They quoted almost the same my mechanic did when I requested him to change the compressor which was supposed to be one week from this incident. Thanks a lot of Jeff and other. You guys did a great job.

Everyone needs a car shop you can trust and that does great work! I started taking my car to Tim and his crew for its annual inspection more than a dozen years ago. Over the years they have always done my inspections, new tires, brakes, oil changes and so much more for my cars, and my mom’s, my husband’s and our kids’ cars. I trust them completely. They are so up front with the price for the work that needs to be done, what work can hold off till later and they let me know when it might not have been worth it to do the work at all. I’ve even taken a used car or two to them for an opinion before I purchased them. I live nearby and if I don’t drop the car off the night before so it’s there for them when they open, they have driven me home and picked me up when my car was finished. They are so easygoing, pleasant, fast and transparent. Their prices are really reasonable and there are always great coupon deals too. I highly recommend Tim and his crew!

Additionally, I had a separate but related issue the following week, and the people at Meineke took care of it, plus they fixed a rattle on my car Ive had since I bought it. I have went to the same guy my entire life and I recently moved. Was nervous to go to anyone else but my car needed a lot of work done.I looked at shops within 10 miles of my house and this one had great reviews so I decided to give them a chance. Amazing service! My AC was broke and they had to replace the main components (this was broke since I bought the car). Unfortunately this didnt work, which is common, but instead of calling me and charging me more, they just replaced the condenser while they had it and charged me the originally quoted price. When you call you will most likely speak with the owners and they care about their business. TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

This was my first visit to Meineke as I am new to the area but was recommended by my son. I needed a new battery and four new tires for my 16 year old Honda Civic. The battery price was very reasonable ( had a 3 year total replacement) and was able to get 4 tires; mounting; balancing; free front end alignment for a good price also. They were able to complete all the work in about an hour and a half. Everyone was professional; friendly and efficient. I will use Meineke again as they have a wide range of auto services.

I had to come to Pittsburgh for an emergency. After that was resolved I wanted to get an oil change before heading back to NY.It was overdue but I hadn’t gotten around to it. I didn’t expect to put 600 miles on my truck that day.They told me they didn’t have any availability (I called mid afternoon so understandable). I told them I had a 300 mile trip home ahead and was already way past due, and why I was in PA.They fit me in and told me I may have to wait a few. I scheduled last minute, of course that’s okay. It was professional of them to tell me ahead of time though.Price was fair and given before work was done. No attempts to “upsell” me.No damage to vehicle and nothing missing even loose change.Lobby wasn’t much but was clean.Staff all respectful.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!These guys have been super helpful and something else more valuable and thats also incredibly rare: theyve always been HONEST with me.I grew up wrenching in my fathers shop from the time I was 12 but dont have shop, tools or time to work on my own vehicles now. This is one of a very small number of shops which I can count on one hand that I feel confident taking my vehicles to.On one occasion I took in a fairly old pickup with an exhaust leak at the end of the exhaust manifold. They took a quick look and told me the stud was missing from the connection and offered to weld a new one on. I couldnt believe they didnt try and sell me a manifold or major exhaust component! They had it done in no time and charged me very little for the work.I order all my tires online and call them beforehand and they always seem glad to let me ship them directly to their shop where they install them for me.I have even had them, on one rare occasion that required the vehicle to be there for a while, offer to get me between my house and the shop because I live near by.I have been taking my vehicles to them for years now and they have consistently impressed me. In a time when far too many shops overbill, exaggerate, flat out lie and do horrible work, this shop is a RARE GEM!

Shane did an awesome job on my challenger. Something inside the muffler started to rattle so I drove in to have it looked at. I believe nick had put the car in the air and confirmed it was the muffler. Came on Monday and was out in 45 minutes thanks to Shane!

Took my car for inspection. It needed work. They got me in quick. Got the work done fast. Even when I thought something was still wrong the guy made sure everything was ok.
