Very Polite and professional staff. The water pump went in my car while driving. I get my tires and inspection done here every year. I pulled into Ronnies tire, without an appointment, they took my car and said it would be ready around 4:30 the next day. Around 3:00pm that same day they called me and said my car was done, if I wanted to come get it. I was so surprised! Now thats what I call GREAT service. I highly recommend them. Called ahead about getting 4 new tires for my girlfriends 2013 Nissan Rogue. Gentleman informed me they had plenty in stock and I could stop in anytime to have them replaced. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. Friendly service! I am skeptical of many shops and decided to check all lug nuts afterwards and was pleased they were all sufficiently tight.

Had a blow out came in with a donut on they changed it quickly for me. 5 stars!

I have come here for flat tires, and now this is my go to for state inspection and now I found out that they do oil changes! Honest service, nice environment, fair prices. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something that I don’t need. They get to the root of the problem, solve it and you actually feel valued as a customer. I have mostly had interactions with Gary and Steve, but I want to say thank you to the whole staff. You were all wonderful, thanks for always providing good fast service and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. I have also lived numerous places in Pittsburgh, and even when I moved further away I will still make the trip to this shop. Definitely recommend Ronnie’s. 🌟

I had a nail in my tire last fall and I went to 3 big box tire shops by my house and they all told me they couldnt touch it for 2 days. I aired it up and drove straight to Ronnies. I was fixed and on my way in 20 minutes. Id recommend them to anyone.

Was traveling from out of state to home and got a flat tire. Being unfamiliar with the area I was in, my boyfriend called and they told us to come right on in. So we drove there on a spare and the service we received was pure, and transparent. The service prices were appropriate as well, no hidden costs. And within 20 mins of being there, my tire was patched and we were good to go home.

Anyone who gives Ronnie’s Tire a negative review has issues. Gary is the straightest shooter you will ever meet. They go out of their way to help you and to keep the costs down. Don’t buy online. Give them the opportunity to take care of you and your family. I’m in at least twice a year changing snow tires and my all seasons. I watch them take care of folks while my tires are being changed. They are aces!

The guys here have your best interest at heart. Theyre honest and know their stuff. The prices they charge are completely fair and service is quick.The only drawback is that the schedule can be packed for weeks, but the wait is worth it.

You wont find a better tire shop in Pittsburgh than Ronnies Tire. Not only are the prices reasonable and service top notch, but these guys arent looking to rip you off by pushing new tires on you if you dont need them. I had a situation recently that made me a customer for life. When I got out of work one day my new tire went flat and i drove on it for about 100 yds to get to a safe pull off down town. The AAA guy couldnt inflate the tire so he put my dummy tire on and i called the car dealer who rotated my tires the night before to have them check it out. They told me they couldnt fix the tire because i drove on it and it was destroyed. But low and behold they had a new one they could sell me for 215$. I was getting married that week and didnt have money to buy a new tire and the one that was damaged probably had less than 1000 miles on it. I took the tire to Ronnies the next morning and after explaining the situation, they said to give them a few minutes to look it over to see what they can do. Within 10 minutes they treated the tire, said it was good to go, and wouldnt let me pay for anything besides the new lug nuts i needed since the dealer stripped them. I couldnt believe how generous and honest of a gesture this was and will never go anywhere for tires again. By the way that was in June and I the tire is still in perfect condition and it is almost Christmas. Thanks Ronnies Tire and kudos for restoring my faith in the auto service industry!!!

Great place. My wife and I have been customers here for years. They are honest and fair, and especially good with Subarus. Ronnies does our inspection, tires, and any repairs they dont feel we ought to take to the dealership. If Ive ever had an issue with a repair, which has been extremely rare, Ronnies Tire has consistently gone above and beyond to make it right. Definitely recommend.

Ronnie’s is the only place we send our car. Today we rolled in getting ready for a long trip to Texas. We had planned to get 4 new tires. Paul checked them and said that there was no need yet. Vehicle no start, just click. AAA said the battery was dead and starter was bad. So I had my 2010 Chrysler Town & Country towed to Ronnies Tire. Gary gave me a rough estimate to replace the starter. It was less than 4 hours after my vehicle was there and Gary called to tell me that it was neither the battery or starter and it was ready to be picked up. Turns out it was wiring with some corrosion at connections. They cleaned up the wiring connections and I had the vehicle back right away. Thank you for the super and honest service! I was so happy not to have to replace those two components.

Ronnies Tire Service is on route 51 near Whited Street. Its very easy to miss the place so keep your eyes peeled. The place looks like theyve been doing a lot of work there for an awful long time. The service was friendly but not real chatty. It was a Saturday and I expected them to be busy with people in a rush to get their winter treads on. It was not busy and they got me in immediately, though I only needed one tire.The prices are higher than what Im use to but I didnt check around for a deal. Last time I got tires for my car they were around $50 each. I got one tire for $88 at Ronnies - and I always ask for the cheapest option available. I had to get it fixed cause I hate driving around on a doughnut.Continental tires are sold. I also saw a rack of interstate batteries so I guess they deal in those too. I heard they are good batteries. Tires? Im happy when they hold air.If they were just a little cheaper I would have gotten two, but thats the way it goes... here in Pittsburgh.I would recommend them but if its not an emergency Im going to do a little shopping around first.

Im sure they do well on repairs and whatnot, but customer service is not their strong suit. I had a part go bad that was warranteed by a company that Ronnies deals with, so the replacement was supposed to be covered by that company. But when Ronnies reported false information to the company about my car, they refused to cover the repair! When I confronted Ronnies about it, they refused to change their statement, so I had to take it somewhere else. Like I said, probably good mechanics, but not very friendly.

Their web site says they do complete engine repair, so I call them about getting a timing chain replaced. They said they dont do timing chains. If you have a problem with your timing chain, save yourself the time, dont call them.
