Wonderful car buying experience. Rudy helped immensely in filling out all the required documents as well as my credit application all while giving me an honest opinion about the car. Jason and Paul were extremely professional throughout the entire experience and made purchasing my car very simple with little road bumps. Keenan provided a detailed description of all of the warranties and didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions while in finance. This was truly the best, most personal experience I’ve ever had when buying a car I cannot recommend Rohrich Lexus enough.

I went for all new tires and to have a tire sensor replaced. I was told two sensors needed replacing. Picked up the car and was happy with the new tires and finally not seeing the tire sensor on. I drive 30 miles and the tire sensor comes on. I couldn’t possibly have low tire pressure since these tires are brand new.This is the second time the car has gone into them for something and will have to go back again.So much for quality assurance at Lexus Rohrich.Tires are great! I just wish after paying $500 for two new tire sensors they were more diligent in finding ALL of the bad sensors.

Two months ago I came to Rohrich to trade-in one vehicle and purchase another. NOTHING about the process disappointed in any way.Jason in sales was thorough and helped me pinpoint the features of the vehicle and features of the deal that meant most to my bottom line.Additionally, all of the staff I interacted with were patient, courteous and service oriented every step of the way. Working with my sales agent, Keenan, was great. I would give 5 stars if this review was just on him.However, for a luxury car dealership I expected a certain quality and presentation at the end. After signing all the papers, the car they gave me was dirty. It took what should have been a wow experience to one that made me wonder why Ive had better experiences at a Dodge dealership. The windows were dirty, one even still had tape on it from the sticker, and there were spots of something in various places on the car. Also, every tire was at a different air pressure, from 32 -35. It was the end of the day and apparently whoever details the car had left because Keenan came back out with a rag and a cleaning solution to spot touch the dirty areas. I asked him to stop because I didnt have time for him to detail the car with just a spray bottle and rag, and it seemed odd that this was even the solution at all.Hes coming out personally next week to pick up the car and have it detailed properly, which is nice, but it still blows my mind that hes stuck picking up the ball that someone else dropped. This is my first luxury car and it seems like a very odd way to start the relationship...

The day I traded my car in the head gasket blew. Which gave me much less on the trade. I then bought a new vehicle As is. 4 hours after driving it the check engine light came on. Turns out the Turbocharger was bad. Not only did they replace it, but they also cut me a check to give more more on my trade when the car went to Auction. And gave me a rental to use for a day! They are Top notch! Rudy and Jake the Used car manager delivered! Thank you so much! Ill be back to buy a Lexus!

Would never buy another car from this location in south hills. Very sloppy communication between departments. Bought a car 2 months ago. Had a huge scratch on the bumper which they fixed. During that time, they had the car for a week to paint a scratch and the loaner car they gave me had all kinds of check engine lights on and was shutting off. I also asked them to look at the rotors and brakes because they were rusted. And this was a certified Lexus vehicle, They did not. Long story short I am getting my car serviced at the North Hills location and they want $550 for guess what? Brakes and rotors….

Just needed a 10,000 mile service. Made the appointment, dropped off the car and the rep told me approximately how long it would take and directed me to the lounge. The service was completed in approximately one hour, the car was clean and washed, and I returned home. Overall it was very pleasant experience.

Outstanding sales people, particularly, Jack Passoff! Absolutely love the Rohrich Advatage! I live 120 miles north of Pittsburgh in Erie! Someone drove to Erie, dropped off a loaner, and returned the car the next day. It was inspected, oil changed, tires rotated, air cabin filter replaced, etc. And this is at no cost to me, the owner, as long as I own the car. Amazing!

We just purchased a BMW 2016 x3 today from Jake. The whole experience is wonderful. We have also looked through BMW from other dealer. They are either too pushy or rude or arrogant. But we felt really good from the whole experience in Rohrich Lexus, mostly because Jake is such a nice and thoughtful guy. He prepared everything before we came over and he took care of our concerns. He even carefully cleaned our plate when switching from old vehicle to new one. We did not bring check with us. He came over to pick it up, so we dont have to go back again. Five Star Service! My wife and I recently bought a vehicle at Rohrich Lexus. Dave our salesperson was extremely attentive and considerate! Jake, the sales manager, did a fantastic job making sure that the sales process was smooth and comfortable. When we got the vehicle home, we found a small issue on the inside of the liftgate. I called, and Dave and Jake let me know that they would fo everything they could to make sure that we were well taken care of. True to their word, they did exactly that. Jake coordinated everything required to get the issue remedied, provided us a loaner car, and monitored the repair until it was finished. All throughout the process, Dave and Jake made it clear that providing us a wonderful car buying experience was their number one goal. Thanks for taking such good care of us! Called, talked to Jake on a Jaguar convertible ten days ago, he said the car has to be inspected by the service department, I called a few days later to check on the inspection. He told me they are short on help, but as soon as the car came through he would call me right away. Offered to put money down and he said, lets see what the service department said. Looked on web page car sold. Not happy the way this when down, very disappointed.

Due to COVID the delivery was delivered several times. I wish there was improved communication: Over all the delay was 16 days. I questioned the ordered VN# the VN# received no explanation was given. My sales person appeared overwhelmed, busy but had very good customer service.

Guy Marasco is always a pleasure to deal with, unlike other lexus dealerships in other states he won’t try to oversell you fake services your car doesn’t need because at Rohrich Lexus they pay their employees based on their customer service not how much extra they can rip you off for…*cough cough* tustin lexus.I’ve had all 6 of my Lexuses serviced here and will continue to do so! I’ve had an experience with one other gentleman that was good as well but, Guy is my go to Guy. Always treated with respect and full transparency/honesty. Give this man a raise!

Back in February my wife and I purchased a vehicle. During the test drive I noticed that the owners manual was missing. My salesman (Dave Clugston) assured me that he would locate one for me. Well after several phone calls and messages, most of which went ignored, I still dont have one. First I was told they had one on order then that they couldnt find one. Will be the last vehicle I purchase from here. I wish I could give zero stars

Shawn answered all of my questions and was great with “the bosses” my teenage daughter and 11 year old son. Absolutely love my vehicle and would highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a Lexus and got into a mild car accident which required 3-4days of work. Unfortunately I didnt realize that I didnt have rental car coverage with Geico, the Darren said they do not give out loaners - or help with rental service- I just find it unfortunate that a Lexus dealer/ collision center does not help their customers when they are in a vulnerable position, definitely not the class I expected from a Lexus dealer- also the woman who answers the phone needs etiquette training. Sure I can go get a rental on my own however Rochich did not show any empathy, support or customer appreciation #rude

I have been buying cars at Rohrich for the past 7 years everyone that works there is great in every dept. The past few years Ive been dealing with Jack Passoth he is a great salesman not pushy, kind, and considerate takes his time with you when looking and buying a car. I bought my 3rd car from Jack on 9-26-2020 and buy the time we got done with the paper work it was closing time 500pm and I had asked Jack if he would show my wife and I all of the features about he car he stated yes. Jack could of went home at 500pm but he stayed until we where satisfied about the equipment in the car and how everything worked. Hats off to Jack hes one great salesman !

The new LC 500 is a true halo car for Lexus. Simply a once in a lifetime experience to drive. Nothing else like it on the road and the production limit of 400 per month for the US will keep it that way!
