I have lived at Maiden Bridge for the past 10 months. My dog and i love it here. The office staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. my dog visits them every morning for treats. My apartment is very cozy and I was able to incorporate my light fixtures and many items from my home I left which made me feel so much better. The residents are very friendly. It is fun to talk to the residents regardless of age because they are so aware of current event and can share life experiences. Many are elderly but that does not slow them down and more younger families with children and pets have been moving in.One of my favorite times is in the evening spending times with my friends who spoil my dog continuously giving him extra family members to love. This seems to be the happiest hes been in a long time and he knows his new friends very well. My dog gets hugs and treats from the residents which he loves. utilize the gym and laundry rooms. Even the post man and the maintenence staff know my dog and I and always stop us to say hello Its a great place to live and feel safe and comfortable.Cheryl

The phone system is out frequently! Not safe for elderly people who live there! Also, we have been asking for multiple years for a safety bar to be installed in the bathroom of the swimming pool restrooms for residents with knee and hip replacements and it is still NOT installed! Pretty sure this is a health regulation.

Needs to start updating apts for handicap. Right now you have to pay fir updates. Is turning into elderly aged people, so they need to start looking into this. Rugs in hallways need to be changed and laundry machines updated and rooms cleaned better. Staff is very pleasant to work with.

Lonnie and Tommy (Maiden Bridge) are hard workers, professional and personal. MB is blessed to have them on the staff.

My wife and I just began our 7th summer here at Maiden Bridge. The staff (both office and maintenance) is great. Very friendly and take care of issues quickly. The apartments are large and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful with wonderful areas for walking.

So i moved here to Canongate 5 months ago staffs are amazing, Michelle is super responsive anytime I emailed her even when the office was closed she responded me very quickly she goes above and beyond to makes you satisfied !the community is safe and very quiet, neighbors are mostly very friendly !! The hallways and elevators need an update carpets are so old but it seems like they are changing them slowly since the main lobbies carpet are newer !! Each floor has 2 washing machine and 2 driers so that makes it very convenient!! Im super picky person but my overall experience here is great so far i would really recommend !!

I have been here for a little over half a year. It’s incredibly quiet and safe community. I don’t think you can beat the price and overall this is a great place to live. If you are considering, I highly recommend it. Maintenance, office staff, and community members generally all seem to be friendly.

Have a nice 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. Bedroom fits king size bed w/ plenty of room for dressers, nightstands, and more. Great ladies in the office and maintenance guys are very friendly. Nice place to live. Need to upgrade the washers and dryers in the laundry rooms.

I have lived at the Maidenbridge for 3 months now. Although they did a nice job remodeling my 2 bedroom apartment, since living here I have been very disappointed in the cleanliness of the common areas--lobby, elevators, rear entrance, etc. I wrote a letter to the manager about this issue, but I havent seen any real improvement. Today I complained again about the need for something to be cleaned in the back door area. I questioned why more attention isnt paid to the cleanliness of the place. I was told a cleaning lady is here only 2 days a week. Really? They should have cleaning people here everyday. Common areas are heavily used with 8 floors and 20 apartments on each floor. Many residents are elderly and have lived here a long time. They are not likely to complain. Too bad.

The complex is always clean, welcoming, and smelling wonderful. I’ve had to have maintenance repair something in my place and they didn’t waste any time at all. It was fixed the same day! They are always curtious, friendly, funny, and helpful. Reminds me of a communic family that I grew up in.I love this place!

Your elevator is crazy. We hit the 1 button, started going down and then went back up, then down again. The hallways are always clean and I like the decor in the lobby.

The rent is outrageous! You have to pay for them to get rid of your garbage. The staff in the office is only at Maiden Bridge, only limited hours. Some residents are in wheelchairs ect. They cant always get over there from Cannon gate. This year they are also saying if something breaks, it wont be fixed right away, they fired some of the maitainance men. They also fired the nice lady who used to vacuum the halls. There are dogs there now, and no one to clean up messes on the carpeting in halls and on elevator. Would not recommend this place.

Mostly older people living there. The apartments are fairly nice but also fairly expensive so they should be. Im sure the typical complaints are to be found but overall its your typical mid-level apartment full of older people.

Grandparents stay at this facility, and they seem pretty happy with it. Facility seems well maintained.

Love the place. Im hoping Ill be able to get into an apartment there soon.

We love the staff and that the complex is pet friendly. Would highly recommend living here!!!

Charged my dad 25 dollars to replace a key. Talk about taking advantage of the elderly
