S.Side Plumbing was professional & kind right from my initial service call. I spoke with a real person who assessed my situation. I did not have to do an initial job consult & schedule separately. The job fees and service costs were given up front. As with todays unpredictable times, I not only needed someone to come ASAP, but needed to be prepared for costs. Rick S. (Hope I got name right) was my plumber. He did an excellent job replacing my toilet and leaking faucet. Of course anything involving water, there is that what else can occur. And the what else did occur! The new faucet was leaking from the neck joint (this is my clueless description). Rick replaced the ENTIRE faucet/base/re did all the under sink pipes to accommodate the new one! As it turned out the first install was a manufacturer defect. So, South Side Plumbing did not even take the chance in re installing the same one! I plan on calling them again for any future plumbing. I will also be contacting them soon to do a well check of my furnace. I cannot say enough about how great it was to find a company that treats you like Joes corner store and sends out well-trained employees. I feel confident using them when needed.

I have been using Southside Plumbing and Heating for several years and have been quite happy with their fast responses and service when something needed repaired or replaced.When the time came recently to replace my furnace and air conditioning they were very helpful in selecting the best system for my home. Called these folks on a 90 degree day after our residential AC failed. I left a message initially and they called us back super quickly. They got to us that afternoon and repaired on the very same day. Our AC is on the roof with limited access, most HVAC repair companies would rather not service the unit up there, but Brian couldnt wait to figure out a solution.Prices were fair and we had a great time talking with the guys. I called regarding a specific question I had regarding my HVAC system (done by the previous homeowner). I needed just the bathtub/shower replaced. I worked with Tim and Bill at Southside Plumbing. This job was super difficult and tedious with the narrow doorways and narrow actual dimensions of the unit itself. The demo was clean and fast and the unit is set and is perfect. Huge improvement over the old cast-iron tub. Working with these guys was great. I recommend Southside Plumbing.

We had a problem with one of our heat zones in the past. I thought this was then same issue, but on a different zone. The part was ordered ahead of time, as to save on trips to our home. Once here, Ryan discovered it was just a problem with a thirty year old thermostat, not the more expensive part that I was anticipating. Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very respectful of me and my home. He always wore a mask and shoe covers. Ive been very pleased with South Side Plumbing. Since building our home, our original plumber has retired. Weve tried several different companies in our area. South Side is the first that actually knows how to repair a hot water system without making several return trips. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a new water heater installed by Southside Plumbing and Heating Co., Inc., in December 2020. However, May 2021 it stopped working. When I called they were nothing but politeness and came to fix it at no charge to me. The service worker was polite, wore a mask, asked permissions before doing anything, was in and out after replacing a part, in less then 30 minutes! If there was one thing that could have been “wrong” was that I didn’t get a copy of the signed sheet explaining what work was actually done, that’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Other then that service and personnel were excellent!

Ive worked with South Side Plumbing twice now, and both experiences were great. From the office staff to the plumbers to the assistants, everyone was polite, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Jeff and Josh were were extremely careful to not get anything on my carpet or floors when installing my new water heater. My water heater is located in a really tight space which made the job a bit tough for them, but they didnt complain or use profanity while doing the job unlike other companies employees did while working in my home. At the end of the job, Jeff took the time to explain my new water heater to me as well as answer some questions I had about its placement and my furnace. South Side Plumbing is a quality company who I would (and have) recommend to friends.Update 6/25/2020: More great service from South Side Plumbing. This time fixing the drain pipe under my furnace. Called Wednesday afternoon telling them I discovered water coming under my carpet, and it was causing black mold. They had someone there the next morning. It was not something easy to get to, but he managed and resecured the platform he had to cut apart. One thing I discovered this time that I didnt realize last time (or that they didnt have last time) is that they charge a $40 travel fee if youre not in the South Side. That was kind of a bummer, but they do great work so I guess its worth it.

They arrived when they said they would and did a fantastic job of unclogging the drain and tightening up a loose pipe. Great price too.

I had a couple of leaks that could have mounted to something much bigger.Kurt was very prompt in calling me and with his arrival. He explained what he was about to do and was friendly and very polite. He replaced my old value with a more updated one; and took care of my other problem in a timely fashion.
