I felt taken cared of and would definitely recommend to my loved ones. The facility was extremely clean and very organized. Although I just started my treatment at this facility, but I am already pleasantly surprised. Well maintained facility, very friendly staff, timely appointments. Initial visit with Dr. Tarnowski was very informative, encouraging. After thorough exam with x-rays, he gave me full view on the procedures he is recommending. Cleaning session with Bihn was somewhat unexpected. I had deep cleaning before and most of the time it was not very pleasant and pain free. This time throughout whole 2 hours I had not even experienced pain once. Very attentive, accurate, polite and friendly on top of professional approach. By far the best hygienist Ive ever worked with.I am very pleased choosing this facility and hope that lot of patients who already used it, would agree with me.

I had an excellent experience. The reception desk did a fantastic job on the phone and in person. The dental assistant was very accommodating and polite. The dentist was excellent; answered all my questions and didnt try to convince me that I needed dental work which has happened in the past with other first time dentist visits. Sandra was extremely efficient, gentle and courteous. She also has a great sense of humor. I cant say Ive ever had a better experience with a teeth cleaning and if you take advantage of the Groupon it is very affordable.

Great dentist office. The hygenists are great. I had Binh this time. He is very gentle and personable. I used to go to Sandra and when she left, I considered changing to a place closer to me (I moved since I started going here), but I decided to stay. If I ever had any questions on billing or appointments, Ive been able to get assistance quickly and cant say Ive ever had anything but good visits. My husand went to a place that was terrible, forceful and trying to convince him he needed work he didnt need before this place. I was really glad this we chose this place after that bad experience. I have been here for multiple cleanings, fillings, and a tooth extraction. I could not be happier with the care and treatment. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They do not up charge or do anything you dont need. And if you dont know you can always ask.I always felt comfortable to ask any questions regarding any procedures going on. Dr. Tarnowski and Jessica were very generous with their time and 100% transparent and open with any odd ball questions I had, the pros and cons. I truly felt like I was in good hands.In comparison to the Aspen Dental chain, here I was not just a number and I could really notice a difference in the cleanings. At Aspen I would be in and out very quickly, while at SandBay it was a bit longer, but I could definitely feel in my mouth it is was much more thorough.The folks at SandBay dental actually care and I absolutely would recommend. New to this dental practice. Treated very professionally and staff was very upfront as to procedures and cost. Had cleaning done by young man from Egypt. Excellent and one of the best cleanings I have ever had. So far very pleased !!!

They are great!

A bunch of scam artists and overcharge on everything. They send you a notice of amount owed with no reason or detailed invoice and say its 60 days overdue on their first payment due even though you dont owe them. Stay clear of this place unless you just want to give them money for no reason. They also try to tell you about more work than you need at the moment and when you are in for wisdom teeth impaction they try to get you to do a deep teeth cleaning before major surgery or even shortly after. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone.

So far my experiences with this dentist are as good as it gets. The receptionist is so friendly and accomodating, and so is the dentist. I havent been to a dentist in a few years, and the work Im getting done is very affordable. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

Very caring and knowlegable Doctors and staff. Very happy with them. Im 71 years old and have had teeth removed at many dental offices. Yesterday I had to go see Dr. Tarnowski to see if he could save a tooth with a broken post. We discussed all options and sadly the tooth could not be saved.i discussed the cost with the Office Manager and agreed to go with a three tooth bridge. Dr. Tarnowski pulled the tooth, stiched it up and home I went after they made a temporary bridge. I have had no pain or swelling at all. Let me take the time to thank Dr. Tarnowski, the Staff, and the Office Manager for making this experience exceptional.

Staffs here at Sandbay Dental are well trained and supervised closely by sometimes two or three Dental Assistants who always gave their expert opinion. They did not pretend to know everything, They asked questions. Staffs are supervised at each stage of the process (under the supervision of Dentist). They are never alone, but at the same time, you never feel like a guinea pig. The staffs and Dental Assistants are very professional. The equipment is very clean, modern and at the forefront of dental technology. Exercise a little patience and I guarantee you that you will get what you need.

SandBay dental is a great place !

A lot of dental offices I have seen are charging a PPE copay for masks, gowns, etc for the staff but theyre only charging $15 compared to another dentist I saw last week that wanted me to spend $50 DOLLARS for the PPE. I will not be returning to my previous dentist. Dr Tarnowski is awesome and the staff is really nice.

I have been going to sand bay dental for 4 yrs. I am very satisfied with the dentist and like the fact no pain.

I had sadly neglected my teeth for several years and had five broken teeth and other problems. After my first visit to Dr. Tarnowski I had a comprehensive plan to move forward, all my insurance information confirmed, and was extremely confident my results will be fabulous!

My husband and I just recently started with SandBay about a month ago. When we called for our first appointments they were able to get us in within a few days. On my first visit, and a follow up visit I only waited about 10 minutes before being called. I liked my dentist and dental hygenist. They were both friendly, explained everything to me. Both my husband and I needed follow up work (which was expected). They explained in detail the procedures and made sure we understood everything and had no questions. My husband had an issue with a tooth, and when he called for an appointment they got him in the same day and took care of it The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. All the employees we have met have been very nice.

Had an issue with my insurance denying my claim and the Doctor wrote a letter to them to get them to pay it. He went above and beyond to help me.Thank you so much Dr. Tarnowski

Im new to the area and honestly hadnt been to a dentist in years. This place was somewhere my insurance covered so I figured Id give them a try. Im SO glad I did! The staff here is so wonderful and professional! Although I need a lot of work done, it was not overbearing on price and they are very reasonable and broke it all down for me so it makes it easy to afford. Im so glad I found them! They did not belittle me about everything I needed to get done, as other dentists I have had in the past have done. Someone answers the phone every time I call and I have had no issues with making an appointment or payment. The hygienist, dentist, assistants and office staff are all wonderful!

Totally unsatisfactory. Every visit they attempt to sell you an uncovered service that turns out to be unnecessary. Made an appointment with Dr. Tarnowski but was seen by a young woman. She was quite difficult to understand....made even more difficult by the mask she wore. Totally ignored my requested procedure in the filed treatment plan.

I am a new patient and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff and Dentist were. They really answered all my questions and helped me with all my insurance questions.

I had to change dentists due to my insurance and they sent me the Information and I contacted SandBay and was pleased that I could get an appointment the same week. I was pleased to see that the dentist Dr. Tarnowski was Polish as well as the Hygienist Sandra as I also am Polish. They were very competent and made me very comfortable. I plan on continuing my dental care needs to be handled at SandBay Dental.

I had an excellent visit at Sandbay Dental. As soon as I walked in, I noticed their beautiful lobby décor and I was greeted very kindly by their front desk employees. I didnt have to wait long at all for my appointment and the dental hygienist, assistants, and doctor took their time to answer all my questions. They listened to my concerns and made sure I was very informed about my treatmant plan. Overall, I was very happy with my visit at Sandbay Dental.

Billed Optimum 2 times in Feb 2017 for the same cleaning and were paid. then when my second cleaning was done 6 months later they tried to bill again, Optimum declined. they have been contacted again and again and now are billing me. When I had a absessed tooth I was unable to contact them they said the phone system had problems, the dentist who did the root canal also could not contact them and was so frustrated they said to see another dentist. The dental work was satisfactory, I changed insurance to be able to see another dentist as Health Now is the only provider for Optimum as far as I could determine.
