Confident Smile Dentistry has been AWESOME! I needed my teeth fixed prior to cancer surgery and they accommodated every need I had. The staff rocks! The benefit of being able to have my surgery in time was great, but the hidden benefit was the confidence that I gained just being able to smile again without shame and embarrassment. So I usually don’t write reviews but, I gotta let you guys know that this was one of the coolest dentist office i have been too .. the staffs there are so nice & kind.. also good at informing you what they will be doing next.. while I was there they did this thing where they took some type of instrument & measured my gum pocket with it, & I can’t sugar coat it, it was kinda painful but overall my experience there was Great.. I highly recommend this office..

I am so incredibly impressed with this practice. Everyone was so nice. My girlfriend had to get many extractions done and has so much anxiety about the dentist. Dr. Chi Nguyen is AMAZING. Before anything was done, she explained in full detail what she was going to do, and how the process was going to go. She educated on how to prevent things such as infections and pain. The staff and Dr. Chi at every moment asked if my girlfriend was in pain or if she felt any pressure to ensure she was comfortable. Dr. Chi Nguyen was so quick and thorough with her services. The entire thing took maybe 20 minutes, and my girlfriend experienced no pain at all. They took the time to explain to both of us what to expect, and how to properly take care of everything. Her teeth were always such an insecurity for her, and this practice made her feel comfortable, safe, and now more confident than ever. I will be using this dental practice forever. They will work with you on finances, and are so understanding and helpful. We are so happy to the point of tears. I have not been there yet and do not have dental insurance along with serious problems with my teeth. I called their office and the receptionist was amazing. She did everything to get me in on the 14th, took notes about everything going on and gave me reassurance. I had lost all hope in finding someone to help me. I have never looked forward to seeing a dentist until now and am so grateful. A huge thank you to the receptionist that I spoke to. You gave me hope again and I hope you know how much that means to me.

OK so I’m embarrassed to say that it had taken me about 20 years to make it back to the Dentist. You could say I am just one of those people who fear that experience in the most serious way. To say deathly afraid is not an exaggerated description of my feelings…. Until today….Dr Chi Nyugen and her staff are absolutely amazing. I showed up 3 hours early the day of my appointment to let them know I was grateful they squeezed me in on short notice, but I needed to cancel . My toothache had become so bad I went to the ER the night before and it had since subsided. Her assistant Mỹ, asked if I had just a couple minutes bc she wanted to be sure It wasn’t something serious. Thanks but no thanks, I got important things to do, right? No time to let a tooth stop me! Well, she tricked me, so reluctantly I agree to stay, “ ten mins that’s all I have then I need to get to an important meeting” (actually her concern for my comfort was clearly genuine so I conceded to let her take a couple of X-rays. It was painless and over in 5 mins. I had one foot out the door when I started to feel dizzy again. I sat down while they looked for signs of infection. My headache returned with vengeance and I was so glad I was in the right place bc I have never experienced pain like that in my life. The attention I received from each member of her staff was first class, and I enjoyed watching Dr. Nguyen as she instructed and coached her team through the whole process.Then came the other part I really didn’t want to hear, the price. I have no insurance and about $200 to my name. I was embarrassed but preparing for the part where they say “sorry we can’t help u” with all the work I needed. The bill was very reasonable for two crowns, a root canal, a few cavities, deep cleaning, X-rays…. etc and more etc…..It is clear to me that the staff at confident smile dentistry has been selected with careful attention and consideration. A couple staff members called me over the next few days to check on how I was feeling and be sure I was comfortable. Dr. Nguyen’s compassionate nature is the backbone for a unique health care staff that has truly restored my faith in a field where I felt most practices are more concerned about the dollar then they are the person. I definitely recommend confident smile dentistry without reservation and I hope that this review helps you to get to the dentist soon instead of coming up with justifications to avoid taking care of your health. I have pretty bad dental anxiety, truthfully it’s mostly the numbing shots, but the dentist was sooooo gentle that they didn’t hurt at all like normal. They were calm with me, and understanding of my anxiety. I had a tooth extracted that was broken and was in so much pain when I came in. The office is clean, the front desk staff is super sweet, and everyone is very knowledgeable and kind. Returning to have one last tooth taken.

This is probably the BEST dentist office in the County. They are very thorough and explain EVERYTHING they are doing or will need to do and make you feel comfortable.

I had an emergency tooth extraction that I had put off for so long it had eaten away my jaw bone in the area, they squeezed me in for a check up and were able to extract and and apply a bone graft the next day. Highly recommend them. I had to pay out of pocket for the work because I hadn’t gotten all my insurance info and they were able to work with me.

I just had an extraction done here at Confident Smile Dentistry & all I heard was the breaking of the tooth & nothing after that. They were so good. Made sure I was numb before starting. When I went home they told me just to make sure I ate on the other side as much as possible until my next check up. Great place!! From a new resident of Florida, I was in search of a orthodontist to get replacement retainers after my teeth were irritating me. This was the first place I called, they were able to get me in the same day. Which is usually unheard of, I was very grateful because they understood the pain I was in and were quick to help me with an appointment. They used 3D imaging for my retainer, extremely impressive!! From working with Michigan orthodontist, their approach was more up to date. Anyone in search of a new dentist or ortho team, I would highly recommend checking this place out. I had my first appointment with Confident Smile Dentistry today and let me tell you, I was very impressed. Once I moved to Florida from Missouri, I knew I wouldnt be able to keep my childhood dentist. I have seen the same Dr. since I was 12 years old so it was safe to say I was pretty nervous to make the change. I walked in and was greeted by Nhi, the office manager, who was eager to help me get checked in. She was very pleasant to talk to and helped me forget about the anxiety I was feeling. My hygienist did a phenomenal job with my cleaning and she was very easy to talk to. Once done with my cleaning, she introduced me to Dr. NGUYEN who took her time explaining what was going on in my mouth. After everything was completed, I asked about their Invisalign services, which I have been wanting for a while. She was able to give me a quote on the treatment AND get me started TODAY with doing all impressions necessary! The whole staff here is very helpful, organized, kind, and involved in the entire patient care process. I am personally recommending Dr. NGUYEN to my family and friends. You will not be disappointed in your decision to choose this office!

I have been going to this office for about 6 months now. I know that sounds short, however, I’ve had a lot of work done in that time frame - including wisdom removal, root canal, crowns, deep cleaning, etc. On my initial visit they made me feel very comfortable and every person in the office is very gentle and kind. They laid out a treatment plan for me that I could understand and even went as far as taking pictures of the areas in my mouth that I was unable to see, with just one mirror, that needed work. This isn’t the kind of office that tells you what you need but does nothing to prove you need it, they are extremely detailed and thorough. To top it all off, they were able to set me up in a finance free payment plan for everything I needed done, all done within their office and no credit check required. I have, and will continue to, recommend this office to anyone whose looking for a great dentist office. If you are looking for a “one stop shop” dentist who does it all and has it all, THIS IS THE PLACE!

I ended up getting a root canal and it wasnt nearly as scary as I thought it would be. They even were able to work with me on payments which really helped me out!
