No appointment necessary. Staff was friendly and man who did my nails have a great foot massage but not 100 percent pleased with the final product. He went to far and my cuticles could have used a bit more effort.

Such a nice place with kind and lovely staff. English is not my first language and I usually have a hard time explaining what I like in beauty salons... but Mei was the kindest, most patient technician, she was amazing, understood exactly what I wanted in my manicure, and did a beautiful work of art in my nails, very delicate and well-finished.

I took a chance on this place especially after reading some negative reviews and I am glad I did. My nail technician Ven was fantastic. She was courteous and did a great job with my gel manicure and regular pedicure. I am glad I have found a great place to get my nails done for a good price..

Loved this place they took they did my pedicure last minute when no one else would. Did great at that! Will be coming back when I’m in area!

Do not believe them if they tell you they take appointments. They will tell you whatever you want over the phone making an “appointment” but when you arrive they make you wait and wait and wait and waste your time.

Very sweet staff and the location is clean. Theyre very accommodating and friendly. Very nice work. :)

Awful! Awful experience! This is the second time I’ve gone they rush to do it and don’t do what they promise or what you pay for. I had gone with my sister and her friend for her birthday they agreed to do her nails a certain way charged me extra for it then once I had paid told my sister they couldn’t do it and just left them unfinished and told her to sit aside.

Great place. Its clean and the people are super nice. May does my nails perfectly every time, also the owner, Lee does great nails.

Visually appealing place but the lady who gave my a gel manicure did not paint my nails up to the cuticle. Something I did not notice until she was done. It’s been 5 days an my nails look like I haven’t gotten a refill in two weeks already. Not going back.

This salon never lets me down (: i work in the same plaza and i always get my nails done after work and everyone always does a fantastic job at my nails!!!!!!!

Girly dont do it

Went in for a pedicure. They had me wait 20 minutes, with my feet in water, before somebody helped me. When the lady finally came, she didnt even apologize for the wait. She started the pedicure and didnt attempt to even initiate a conversation with me. After the pedicure, I politely thanked her and handed her my credit card for payment. She then had the nerve to ask for a tip?? No thanks! First and last time at this nail salon!!

Not good...mess up appointments and later blamed and embarrased the client when they have their own internal problems. Sometimes they do a good job and sometimes they rush thru it. The place is full of dust... needs better cleaning.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. This is the worst nail salon in Miami. The nail techs are extremely rude and unprofessional, the nail polish application is sloppy, and they take forever. Needless to say, my nails were a disaster. I will NEVER go to this nail salon again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone either.
