I dont liked because one of the lady talk to much and do not pay attention and she burnt my sister face when she was doing her hair and for that I will give a zero star

Absolute worst nail experience of my life! First off, I walk in and nobody speaks any English. That is fine, I really dont mind, Im bilingual, just stating that fact. The lady takes me promptly and begins with an eyebrow and lip wax which goes decently. I wasnt too happy with the eyebrow shape, but it wasnt bad. Than she goes to do my nails and feet. I got the spa pedicure which was really a joke. She had me soak my feet, and instead of cleaning the foot soak, they covered it with a plastic bag, and the water was cold which felt gross. As she does my manicure, she starts clipping my cuticles, way to deep, as I grimace in pain, she goes on and keeps talking to the other ladies ignoring the fact that my cuticle was bleeding badly. I grimace she laughs, and pours antiseptic all over it. That is not so bad, but immediately after she douses it with nail polish remover. It was extremely painful, and she continues to push my cuticle back, not with a tool, but with her own nail! Speaking of tools, none of them looked clean, they werent soaking in alcohol, they were sprawled messily across her station, and the towel where I rested my hands was dirty. She than goes on to do my feet, after finishing the polish on my nails, which was done extremely sloppy, and my nail is still bleeding at this point. After she said done, and left my finger crusted with coagulated blood, it will be fine in an hour she says! I told the owner, who was very snippy, and asks the lady if she can clean it up, the lady simply offers to pour more anti-septic over it. I asked for the 8 dollar tip I left her back, and she says here take your money, and was extremely aggressive. Not even an apology, for ruining my manicure and leaving my cuticle bloody and gross. I will never go back there, she wiped my blood with her towel that I was resting my hands on, and she NEVER changed the towel! DIRTY, GRIMY, and GROSS! I had to go to work with a band-aid on my finger, it is still crusty with blood, and as I took the band-aid off the manicure was ruined polish chipped, I had to go over it myself. Unless you want your feet soaked in cold plastic bags, and bloody cuticles, spare your money, and avoid this place!
