Absolutely amazing experience! Words can’t even begin to describe the excellent service they provided. From the initial contact, they were attentive and communicate effectively. They were prompt in their delivery and the jumper was cleaned and disinfected in-front of us. They made us feel safe by placing the jumper in a safe location and staking it for the best stability possible. They were friendly and on time! Strongly recommend Chris to get your party jumping! I rented a jumper for my lovely cousins birthday. They delivered the item to us for free. Not only me but also my family, our friends and especially the kids, they love it a lot. They spent all day to play the cool jumper. The jumper came clean and look new. It worked really well.Im going to have another party on October and for sure will rent a jumper from them again.

I have been renting from this company since my daughters 2nd birthday. We just recently used them again for her 8th birthday they are always friendly and prompt. Every piece of equipment is clean and in pristine condition. Their concession rentals and great and the pricing is amazing. I highly recommend them!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is an absolute joke of a business if thats what you can even call it. The jumper they delivered was filthy with mud, toys and shoes from the previous party Im assuming. Multiple chairs were delivered broken and unusable. I requested a canopy with lights and a wall and just got a plain canopy with no light or wall. To top everything off, this order was cancelled beforehand and still somehow delivered to me. I had to turn my actual vendors away because I was already stuck with their stuff and no way of contacting them to come pick it up. When someone finally answered it was too late and my party was set to start soon..I had no other choice but to keep the nasty jumper (supposed to be a waterslide, but the huge hole the jumper had would not allow it to hold water, so we had to use it dry) broken chairs and filthy tables..do not recommended at all. They ruined my sons birthday. Dont let it happen to you too.

We saw all the great reviews and pictures for Jump-n-Hop, and we wanted give them a try.I needed for my kids birthday party.Ray was very helpful and patient.He quoted me a way better price than every other company and he was very professional and patient.Everything, from the tables, chairs, jumper, and popcorn machine were all very clean and in great condition.We had a great experience, and they worked with me on every detail including the late pick up time.Parties can be incredibly stressful, and they made everything much much easier.I will call again for our next adventure........

Top-notch bouncy-house/party supply company! Ive used other companies in Whittier before, but will be sticking with Jump-n-hop Party Rentals from now on!I most recently used Jump-n-Hop Party Rentals for a party several weeks ago, ordering a large bouncy house, a canopy that shielded against the rain, generator, and several tables and chairs. From start to finish, the process was smooth and streamlined, from the easy ordering online to the tight, on-time delivery window, to the setup, pickup, and cleanup.Specifically, Ray and Jose, the individuals who assisted with our setup, were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. Friendly over the phone customer service. The jumper arrived earlier than expected which was a plus! The jumper was big and not so expensive and I even got a 10% off because I added tables and chairs. The guys setting up the jumper were on top of things. Over-all I loved the service, will be using Ray service again.

Love this company. I ordered tables and table covers for my daughter in-laws baby shower and everything was perfect. Very clean jumper (very impressing), everyone in my party loved the table also very clean and my white table cover were actually white just perfect. I recommend this company to everyone.

Jump-n- Hop Party Rentals providing us with excellent service. They were very informative as to their arrival to drop off and arrival to pick up. This is a plus considering our event was held at a park so time was of the essence. I rented a frozen theme jumper that was very nice and clean upon arrival. The kids had fun until the end of our event. The prices are unbeatable. I recommend this company to anyone seeking a pleasant experience with their event.

I liked the easy appointment set up when I reserved for a party at the park. Its was my nephews first birthday so we went all out and rented everything from jumpers to tables and beautiful table clothes, they were really nice and professionally set up. It all came out great we had snow cones which help beat the heat and kept everyone cool it was the party saver. The jumpers are huge and over the top Ive never seen any like these. Everything was all new and great help we had a blast and they had excellent prices for everything we rented. Makes other companies look like theyre ripping people off which they are. These guys are awesome thanks for the great deal you gave me I tell everyone where to call to rent you guys. These guys are a super good find dont pass up a good deal and great people who know how to throw a party. Thanks again.

Horrible experience with this company! I paid for a Party Package and they sent me a Jumper with a Bad Blower. The Jumper would disinflate every Five Minutes, took them hours before they were able to replace it. The jumper only worked for the last 3 hours of my childs party. I requested a refund just for the Jumper and the company ignored my request. On top of that their Snow Cone machine had parts falling off. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!

On Saturday I rented a mega Combo slide Jumper, excellent service arrived 3 hours before the very friendly driver and the jumper clean and in good condition, I definitely recommend them, the largest and most varied company I have seen in Los Angeles ..

The slides and actually the whole jumper was really clean, which is nice compared to others. Like they actually took the time to clean and sanitize. The jumper also smelled fresh not like feet!! The tables and chairs were nice and clean as well and the snow cone, popcorn, and cotton candy machines were and absolute hit! The snow cones were so good I personally kept going back for more. I definitely know where to go next time!

We were in a bind as we need tables/chairs for 70 people and a canopy for potential rain. Ray and his team were able to deliver within a couple of days and we even paid via paypal! It was so easy and Ray had great communication throughout. I would definitely recommend!

Jump-N-Hop was great for my Nices 5th party! Friendly staff, Nice clean Equipment, easy price quotes! I love it and the most important part my Niece and all her friends had a blast on the Jumper we rented!!! Ill defiantly be coming back again next year!!!

Bought the package that included everything for our small private school year end party. The kids had a blast and the snacks were great for us teachers and I am sure the parents enjoyed it too. The popcorn and cotton candy was delicious, I can never get enough of the good ol fashioned fresh popcorn.I was pleasantly surprised to find out how nice the people setting up the equipment were and how well maintained their equipment was. The jumper castle thing looked virtually brand new, I dont even know how you would clean such a thing.My overall experience with this company definitely deserves 5 stars, everyone young and old, had a blast!

Great Company! My nephews 5th birthday was coming up and he had been begging me for a Jumper all year long! I was a bit skeptical at first because I thought the price would be expensive, I found Jump n hop online, they had a tool on their site for an instant price quote, I just entered my information and within seconds knew exactly how much it would cost (and it turned out to be pretty affordable). The staff was friendly and the Jumper was very clean! Ill definitely be coming back
