There was one cashier with literally 40 people in line. I called the store hoping to get a manager, and whoever answered said “everyone else is on break.” Then hung up. Why wouldn’t the manager open another cashier? Why wouldn’t the management assign shifts so that the front would not be left with one cashier in the middle of a Saturday afternoon? Really poor manager. Shockingly so.

Good place to get cheap items. When I went there there was only 1 cashier & there was a ridiculously long line. Im not sure if they were short staffed that day or not but they really need to open more check out lanes when it gets busy.

Its a best place to items for a dollar including frozen foods,household items,school items and many more.

This Dollar tree store. Was the worst store I have been in. This store was in such a mess that I literally had to walk out. There was no organization. Every aisle was horrible. Will never step foot in this store again

Evidently this store has its own rules ... Im standing in line the cashier wait till im ready to approach the counter ... Theres another line ... She didnt say im closed ... The line 16 people ... 1 open register ... By the time i have reached the register in the next line she returns next person in line ... The guy isnt wearing a mask ... His girlfriend sends him on a search ... While the plumped cashier is having a conversation with the girl ... The guy returns to the front of the register facing the cashier ... The shield is in front of her hes just spitting away talking with her ... Shes laughing have a good ol time ... Now where is the safty in thst ...but i guess long lines with 3 people that work there couldnt make things smoother but just running the registers ... Not one said anything to this guy ... Most dollar trees are becoming messey ... I guess its the next best thing to 3rd 🌎

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience with this Dollar Tree. When I came in the “Manager” who should be setting a good example of great customer service for her other employees to follow Christine didn’t wanna help me she also gave me attitude right from the beginning. This is what happened: I came in on previous visit to purchase some hair product about 30$ worth it. I’ve never tried this product so I asked the cashier who is a “Assistant Manager” Daniela about their return policy she stated that I can return as long as I had receipt & the product was unopened. So fast forward to my next visit I’m coming back to return the product b/c I wasn’t satisfied with it. Come to find out now that they don’t do returns only exchange. The manager didn’t wanna do anything. Even though it wasn’t my fault that her owe employee who is an “Assistant Manager “ gave me incorrect information about their own policy. It unprofessional & the lack of care for the customer. How are you going to verbally incorrectly give customers information about your policy but then it be printed different on the receipt. They showed no remorse to the situation & the managers attitude was insensitive & didn’t care to help me. Corporate was even worst. They stated the same thing & sent me to voicemail. This is unfair & miss leading to customers. Get to together Dollar Tree I work in customer care & this wouldn’t be ok at my job. We don’t lie to our customer about our owe return policy!

I LOVE the Dollar Tree! It is like going to Walt Disneys Movie Fantasia! It is a variable feast for color therapy; an International smorgasbord! They do, however, seem to have a problem getting their help to clean the bath rooms and fix the wheels on their carts in Pico Rivera;Ca. As a missionary I have detected a difference in customer attitude from one locale to another. All in all there seems to be a generational Attitude that is lacking in Real Brotherhood that seems to be determined by the RACE of people that prevails. As a nation we are NOT united where there is an all encompassing race majority. In Pico Rivera there is an ALL encompassing LACK of respect for the privilege of being able to shop at the Pico Rivera Mall; LA Fitness & Mc Donalds! There is a level of entitlement that allows them to throw their garbage & leave their carts ALL OVER THE Entire PARKING LOT; including used diapers! Hello?Including, blocking open parking spaces for new customers for OTHER BUSINESSES!! All in all there is an overt LACK of respect. FOR EACH OTHER! ***

Awesome collectible a shop located on Haight CA that sells a wide range of Munny figurines ranging from Marvel Heroes to Futurism, youll definitely find something you like. Theyre moderately priced so it wont bust the bank too quickly. They also sell shirts and hats too! Definitely worth checking out.

They have a lot of good deals. The store is kinda messy though. The employees are helpful and nice.

Its more for people who go to school. They are flexible with you depending if you are good and if they like you. The company does not care for their employees. The most hours is 20 and when its slow 10 to 12 hours a weekProsFlexible and they do promote withinConsManagement is constantly changing. Employees always quitting or getting fired.

They need to do a better job at keeping the store better organized, I understand that its gets very busy here but they need to maybe hire more staff.

Today I went into this Dollar Tree store looking for picture frames. Fortunately, there were shopping carts available. The store appeared to be better stocked than on previous visits. The only annoying thing was a male who was just hanging out in the store just observing the shoppers. At first I thought he was there with someone who was shopping but on the contrary he appeared to be staking out the premises and/or the consumers. I was eager to get out of the store and into the safety of my vehicle. There are many homeless individuals driven out of the shelter of the river beds underneath the bridges of the Rio Hondo River and the San Gabriel River, the cross streets are (for Pico Rivera/city of Downey has their own cross streets) Beverly Blvd, Whittier Blvd, Washington Blvd, Slauson Ave, & Telegraph Road, due to flooding from heavy rains. Not to mention those individuals driven out of the city parks due to bad weather. The Towne Center has security guard but I do not see any security personnel who are visible. What is the city doing to assist the homeless? They have no other place to go to but the shopping center. In closing, I found the items I was shopping for and am grateful that I have shelter. Good service.

Good staff, always find the product Im looking for but the local vagrants and crack heads frequent this place as well. Security presence is visible for the entire plaza. Only reason Im giving it 3 stars is because eof the pople that do go to this dollar tree.

The only reason I rated 1 star is only 1 poor cashier with a very long line its 2:00 pm .I went to the back to call an employee No one came out..I even call the store to see I could talk to a Mgr. Poor girl she couldnt even answer the phone. I believe she eas the only one in line. I neen in a line already 20 minutes .

Very friendly staff very polite try to maintain a clean store but people come in with kids who make a mess . Its a smaller store compared to other dollar trees but well-stocked . Mens restroom could be better maintained . Parking is very easy and no loitering outside the store so dont feel uncomfortable coming in and out.
