I really like this gym, the staff is very friendly and always maintaining everything clean. Everyone is following covid protocols and maintaining a safe distance. It has everything you need to get a good work out, Im really happy that I was able to find a gym that still remains open.

Fitness 19 took my money Fr my account not authorize By me for training sessions I never received. I am a senior on a fix income . Fitness 19 or any of the staff communicated to me that my account would be debited automatically. Fitness 19 took $108 every month Fr my account. I didn’t notice these charges on my statement until June 2021Fr fitness 19. A total of $648 was taken, which started Fr Jan 2021 to June 2021. Frank and Andy who goes by Andres would not refund my money & lied about everything about this training contract session process.

Great place to get back in to the GYM. Andy was super helpful and recommended a great personal trainer Michael who was very professional and helpful 👍🏻

Awesome gym!! There is so much equipment! And heavy weight. The environment is so chill. It is so clean and COVID 19 friendly. Masks are enforced and there are cleaning stations everywhere. Best gym ever will stay here long term. The restrooms are clean the whole gym is clean. The staff is so nice and humble. I want to thank my trainer for being so amazing. Horrible gym. I’m an older lady that enjoys exercising and did not feel welcomed to this gym . One of the trainers that wears glasses is arrogant and thinks he’s better then everyone else. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different gym.

Its okay. The staff care absolutely zero about wearing masks here. Hell, even a good few of them dont wear them. I really wish they did, but theyre too busy with their cellphones to do anything. I cant wait to have a better alternative to this place, but until then, be careful if you come and exercise safely and away from people that find the mild inconvenience of wearing a mask to be too much for them. My experience here has been horrible. I signed up for a personal trainer for a month but due to financial reasons couldnt continue. The GM there ensured me I would no longer be charged and my stuff would be canceled yet they still charged me over $1200 . I find it saddening that the staff there would blatantly lie to me in an attempt to still my moneyI wouldnt trust anything they say if I was you

I recently just signed up at this gym and Jasmine gave me the best customer service. She answered all of my questions and even gave me a tour of how everything is set up outside. It is very clean outside and mask are being enforced to wear. The staff are constantly going outside to make sure everything is clean and everyone is also wiping down the machines before and after there workout. I definitely recommend signing up at this gym!!

Today I wanted to check out this location because I heard it was one of the newer locations. I was so excited that they had such clean equipment. Also the membership deals were so low, I don’t know who wouldn’t sign up? I really like how they enforce the mask guidelines to the other members to keep them safe! All in all, I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to get in shape!

Very friendly staff, my trainer Michael offers excellent exercises and sometimes makes her do extra vets which is helpful which is helpful but I can burn. I love coming into the gym when everyone has a smile on my face under the mask of course very welcoming. The Petco they also offer tons of classes like high intensity interval training camp also Zumba. I would highly recommendChecking the facility out in training with Michael!

I’m very happy that Fitness 19 is open all the workers are always so helpful and are constantly making sure that everything is clean and sanitized. When coming in, you take your temperature and there are two stations outside where there are paper towels and sanitizer bottles so that you can wipe down the machines before and after your work out.The protocols in regard to Covid are also very helpful in making me feel safe when using the facilities to work out.I like to come in the early mornings to work out with my trainer. However the days I’m not scheduled with him,I do come in after work and honestly I could say that I am able to get a good workout in every time. The amount of equipment here is amazing especially with all things considered. I was surprised to see the amount of dumbbells kettle bells and other free weights, as well as the squat racks with bumper plates also. So it seems to me like anyone on any part of their fitness journey can get a great work out here.The employees here take a lot of pride of ensuring that all of the clients are well served and satisfied with the process of signing up and everything that comes after it.The sales associate who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable and also made sure that I was aware of everything that I was signing up for.Personal trainers here are even more so. I currently work with one of the trainers and he does a fantastic job in helping me reach my fitness goals, helping me increase all of my lifts as well as decreasing my body fat. He also provides me with nutritional guidance in order to make sure that I’m fueling my body the way it should be fueled in order to reach my goals even more efficiently.Another one of the trainers here has great group fitness classes I also enjoy participating in every week. At times after work when I have no idea what to work out and I don’t have a session with my trainer, the group classes make sure that I get a great workout in.I can honestly say that my experience at fitness 19 has been one of the best I’ve had so far because of the overall atmosphere and service that this gym has provided for me over the last few months, especially during these trying times. I would 10 out of 10 times recommend joining this gym and asking to work with one of the personal trainers as well. Great job fitness 19.

Apart from the managers the workers don’t care to do anything. They rather socialized then give any sort of service. They’ll plain up ignore you or talk to their friends the entire time. They need to regulate their team. (It’s not all of them of course)Managers time to clean house & get workers who want to work for their money. Service is a big deal.

I am so excited that my gym is open! They have a huge outdoor training area with all the equipment that I love to use. Fitness 19 pico Rivera is definitely making the best of this whole pandemic quarantine that’s going on. It feels like they have all of the equipment outside it’s amazing.The staff is super on point and clean the equipment all the time from top to bottom I am thoroughly impressed day after day by their customer service. I would highly recommend anybody to come check them out and get your workout on.

I’m I am so happy that the gym is open right now during COVID-19 this year has been such a downer and I really need to come in and get my workout out to get my endorphins flowing every day I’ve been out of work for a long time now but the gym keeps me going in the warm smiles and friendly staff that greet me at the club day after day is amazing. They keep all the equipment sparkling clean and it looks brand new they always keep their distance while cleaning and everyone at the club has a mask. They have multiple cleaning stations throughout the facility so I can always get a paper towel and cleaning solution to clean my machine before and after each use. There’s tons of hand sanitizer to and I can use the restroom to wash my hand whenever needed. All the other members keep 6 feet between each other and I never have to work out too close to someone which really puts me at ease and everyone always wears their mask it’s so nice to know I have somewhere to come and work out every day thank you so much fitness 19 for all that you do I’m truly truly truly appreciate Of all the staff members that work there thank you guys again I will keep coming back and I can’t wait until 2021 comes around and I’m still a member.

They dont welcome people with Service Dogs. 😔I currently have LA Fitness, but wanted to get the gym that is literally across from my house, but nope. I wasnt welcomed.Thats unfortunate.

Womens bathroom needs to be check frequently for supplies. Staff is friendly . Not everyone wearing mask indoors during mandates.

This Fitness 19 location is excellent! The outside workout area is well set up, very clean, and greatly run! The operator and his management team (shout out to Frank) are phenomenal!

Gym wasnt packed, every other machine was down for social distancing and people working there and everyone individually also sanitized the equipment. Everyone wore masks the whole time and when i went in to sign up they gave me a free day to tryout the gym before getting a membership

Would be cool if this gym didnt charge a annual fee when I only went 3 times then covid hit. But was still charge the $50 something. Told me no refund..its a annual fee. BUT IM NOT USING YOUR OUTSIDE SERVICES..everyone is right gyms charge for everything and DONT CARE .also all the time I see people supposedly working out, outside and no masks on those who are on the stair climbers.. its on there chins..and I see the instructors just on the cell phones..REALLY..stop charging people if we dont use the gym...yes you freeze accounts but why annual fees? We are not using it..and you wont reimburse? Someone at your corporate needs to do the right thing. Because right now u r not. Sad.

Fitness 19 in Pico Rivera is as good as it gets! I always get greeted by friendly faces and encouraging words. I started my membership thanks to Frank. He reminded me that fitness is such an important part of my general well-being. Anyone interested in being a part of a fitness family, then fitness 19 is where its at. The gym is always clean, the equipment is top-notch, and the staff is AMAZING! I also love the personal trainers. A++ all the way! I wont go anywhere else.

Great place to workout. Hours are accommodating with morning and evening classes. The entire staff is extremely helpful, approachable and knowledgeable in coaching proper techniques, along with pushing you/encouraging to do better. Members are friendly and make classes fun.

I was so glad that the gym opened back up. I like that they are keeping everything clean and safe for all of us. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that they only have one Paper towel dispenser working. The one that isn’t working is the one in the middle of the gym which is super convenient to use if it was working. They ask us to Wipe down the Machines and the equipment we use after we are done but we have to walk to the farthest paper towel dispenser because the one in the middle isn’t working. You would think they would have had that fix before they opened but nope, it’s still doesn’t work. But other then that it’s been great coming back to the gym and being able to workout again.

The gym is outdoor but has a fence around the area. Its usually a bit full but they do have a variety of machines to choose from and they have paper and a sprayer to clean your machine after finishing your workout

I come here to work out while I take care of my nephew the staff there are great especially The staff member Esme she is very pleasant, she’s patient with Brian (my nephew) she’s always so kind to him and constantly making sure he has a good time while I do my work out. She is very understanding to parents and she is amazing with the kids. 100% highly recommended.

This is my gym!! Been coming to this gtm for about 3mos love it! If youre close to Pico Rivera area should check it out!! Not open 24hrs but hrs of service are suitable for daily needs and usually smells really clean inside not all icky sweaty! They offer classes inside also ran by their trainers and do offer personal training!!

Okay so my first experience I was scared of not being welcome but I was greeted by Carolina and she explained the process of the gym and the membership she gave me a tour of the gym and offered me many programs and training til this day I don’t think I haven’t been welcomed by Carolina she’s always saying hi and bye and making sure I’m getting my full workout in Fitness 19 is a good gym and they have A Kid Room so you can bring your KIDS!!!!! NO EXCUSES

This gym is super nice! It has everything you need from of course cardio and free weights, but it also has massage beds and child care! The girls working in the kids are awesome and my daughter loves going there. I didn’t expect the massage beds to actually help but they have been helping with my lower back pain!

Pico Rivera finally has a local gym that has everything I need! The first thing you notice that sets the tone for the atmosphere is great music, and a smiling staff. The classes are a true workout and great for all skill levels. The trainers and instructors here are top notch, and really care about educating their members.Another thing thats great here is overall cleanliness. I always see staff members going around the gym, cleaning, asking us if we need help, and just making sure that were comfortable overall. The equipment is brand new and you can tell! I always have something to do when I get my workout in.I cant say anything but positive things about this facility!
