I personally asked management that the water hose busted and didnt even bother fixing it or closing it as not in service. I had to personally tell other people that it does in work. I also told him that the soap was more water and not as how soap suppose to come out. Was told i can’t do anything. Was rinsing my car down and pure soap was coming out. I have been coming here for years weekly so i know how things are and how it runs. With the new management this place and how they react to people on resolving issues is just upsetting. You’re better off going elsewhere like i did. I always love going here but with this new management I’m going somewhere else. I asked for a refund and called didnt even bothered and number kept ringing.

Pretty maintained compared to other car washes, standard pricing. A huge plus is all the features and products they provide, pretty much all you can think of. A downsize was a worn out brush head and a possible non-functional pre-soak. Overall a good place.

Great place for a self carwash. The prices are reasonable and I like the variety of washing choices for my car. Its kept clean and I feel safe.

Pros: price for time is reasonable. Strong blow dryer and vacuum.Cons: Small tight space waiting for a wash stall, very tight odd vacuum setup areas. Scent spray solution smelled like raid roach spray! Nasty! Yuck!. There is a no parking zone clearly painted on the pavement because its the exit path. People park in it to detail their cars which makes exiting impossible! You have to pull out then back up then look for an open vacuum space to drive the opposite direction to get out!

Love this place, its clean and they constantly maintain the facility. I love coming here its really fast and I can clean my car to my liking. Prices are good and people are not pushy they will wait for you to finish. Its always great when a place just delivers.

This is my go-to carwash around here. It is a great price, soap and supplies are generally well stocked, and there is a good selection of soaps and dispenses.Things to note:Credit/Debit Cards- Whatever u do.. dont use credit or debit here. What I would have spent around $5 in cash ended up being $14.75 just because I used a card. Go to one of the local stores, get change. Other than that the car wash is great.

This place is usually packed [even at night]. More updated so pretty cool. The vacuuming area is updated. They have this scent bomb that u can put in your car to smell nice I like that lil touch. Place usually crowded I feel like this is a top spot for the locals in pico rivera. Be careful going to ALL car wash places at night. Keep your eyes peeled. Pico has sketchy people at night sometimes.

I had a bad experience using my debit card to put money on the discount card. It needs a minimum of 5 dollars to start. I couldnt get the water hose to work the first time. I needed more time so I added more money, another five dollars. Then the soap bar didnt work. So I added five dollars more. Then I still needed to wash the mats, so I added more time, five dollars. I tried to use my debit card at the vacuum station, and it didnt work. I used a dollar bill I had. In all, it was 14.00 plus .50 to start the card, that was charged to my debit card. I checked my bank balance the next day and it said I was being charged 5, 5, 5, and 14.50. So double. I called the manager and politely tried to explain the situation, bur he interrupted and said, I know exactly what happened, this happens once or twice a month, youre not losing any money, it just has to reserve the account for 24 hours so the discount can go into effect, in case you come back that day again, it can put it under one account.... Then I said, okay, I see, I had seen so many charges... Then he said, Okay, bye!! And hung up. He sounded annoyed throughout the whole conversation and cut me off short. Then I called back to ask why he was so rude but he would hang up when I called. I gave up and thought, what a terrible experience. Bring quarters and cash, is my suggestion. They do have stairs to reach the top of your car, and a station to wash the car on the inside. I dont plan on going back though, unless its for the carpet on the inside of the car. Although, I dont know how well it works since Ive never used it. Theres another wash by my house that is cheaper.

My go to self car wash for years! The equipment is well maintained, shaded areas for drying car, prices are good for what you get (polish, tire cleaner, distilled water for spotless rinsing).

So I just went in right now to vacuum my car. I swiped my debit card and was charged $14.50 when I should have only been charged $2. I called to ask what had went wrong & the person who answered was very rude. He answered & said hello & I responded with hello back & he was like well you called me what do you want. Very rude coustomer service.

Hands-down, this place is ultimately the BEST self-carwash I have ever been to.Been coming here for years and I will not wash my car (or anyone elses car that I may be washing) anywhere else.. all the features of there car wash are always in excellent working condition, especially when compared to ANY other self-carwash you will encounter... Apollo & his team are the best...UPDATE: JULY 1, 2019... So I have not been to this Car Wash for about 9 months-12 months because I am hardly in this area anymore. So since I have now started trying different self car washes in Southern California, I have come to appreciate Jackson Street Car Wash alot more.Well let me tell everyone something right now.. YOU WILL NEVER FIND ANOTHER CLEANER/BETTER SELF CAR WASH ANYWHERE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA... I know that may sound like a lot to say about them, but it is absolutely true. I have been to ones in the other valleys such as San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley and also including counties such as Orange, San Diego and Ventura/Oxnard area and I have yet to find any other place that comes close. If you find one, please let me know, I would definitely like to take a look myself..

I loved it me and my husband when looking for a car wash and this one was perfect! They should have one like this in L.A.. They had a ladder thing to wash in the top of ur car. Nice for a suv. U can vaccum and wash the inside of your car also. They had vending machine for towels and cleaning ur interior and deodorants for the cars. If your ever around pico rivera or whittier and ur car needs a car wash i recommend you wash it there. And its self wash and its clean very clean and the guy there very helpful also.
