Spent $14.00 on the Platinum carwash...windows still came out dirty after the wash. Go to another drive thru carwash. Negative stars.

Please be careful using this carwash. As I was drying my vehicle a homeless guy came out of the bushes in the 3 back stalls. They are covered in brush so you cannot see behind them. Just be mindful of your belongings!!!!!

They should call it “Fast 6Xpress car wash” Because that is what they charge six dollars. Fast service, place is very clean. Associates are brought active, good experience.EPB

First time at this particular car wash. I opted for the monthly plan, so Ill be back frequently. I will update my experience, but my first impression was great. The team working here was helpful and friendly. The line on a Friday morning was very short. The entry can be a little confusing, as you seem to be able to enter through the vacuum area. I chose to enter off of Whittier Blvd, which is a direct entry, but I imagine babies up when there is a line. Straight forward experience with no complaints from me.

I bought the monthly pass last month, and worth every penny. You can go to the car wash once every day if you like.Since than, been there for 12 washes.

Fast drive through service. Price hike up $1+ per option. At times machine wash downer is that it doesnt always get all the dried, bird droppings off the hood of the car. Prices still affordable though.

Great when the washing roller can meet the car. However my vans back window and door nor truck back window gets washed when I go through.

Always moves quickly. If you pay monthly you can get into the members only line, once you drive up your car is verified as member and youre let through. No waiting like in the pay as you go line. Theres free vacuuming and you can detail if you like, they even sell some drying supplies there and theres a restroom on site.

I always come here and today was not good my mirror was broken and my car wash wasnt as clean when i told the employees they said that there not responsible wow i will not come back

Too many people detailing their cars no time to vacuum and wipe your car need to put a timer on it

I used my debit to pay in the machine and 4 hours later I get unusual transactions up to 100 taken out.... be careful.

Wasnt given correct change back. Called office, and they checked and said that I was given correct change. Its really no big deal. Other than than that Ive had great experience here. I am a bi-monthly customer, and will continue to be.

Lady who was initially helped me/gave her my cash didnt lift the gate for me to drive into the wash. she went to help a driver in the other lane (club member lane) and had me waitingwhen a coworker guy came to help me I told him I already paid and he let me through..minute later he came to my window to ask to see the receipt because original cashier girl didnt remember if I paid or not . and the machine broke down while in the wash process. Such a horrible experience that literally will waste your time if you come here.

Best car wash around. Descent prices and they have the drying rollers at the end. Employees are friendly too.

I’ve been coming here for a while. Overall they are great but can get a bit busy on the weekends! They also have the best air fresheners!

Used to be the place to go for a quick efficient car wash without having to wait too long and tipping guys only to find that they had taken something from your car but theyre lowering their standards. Faulty equipment all the time, suction on vacuums is very poor and the air blowing ones are usually broken. They have had closed drying stations for weeks now and instead of fixing them their solution is to rush you out. Hope they can resolve these issues as I am considering cancelling my membership.

5 Minute car wash. Clean but does not dry completely. You have to dry the water drops and I have never used the vacuum. A machine washes your car...Its a quick service you get what you pay for. :)

Prices are Fair, some of the vacuum hoses are broken, the vacuum is on but theres holes in the hoses or the wand is broken off. The carwash it self is fine washed my car real good, But I had to come home and vacuum my car.

The quality of the car wash is consistent. I have a Gold pass. I pay monthly. I could go every day but I usually go twice a week. Im pleased.

My go to for a quick car wash. Gets the job done a lot better than the car washes at the gas stations and the vacuuming available at the end is a plus. The staff is really nice and like I stated previously its quick and it gets the job done.

My car had a gloss polish with dirt streak on the whole back of my car. Left to right, if I didn’t have my own towels I would’ve had dirt streaks on my car still, like it never was washed. Waste of $14

This place is like any other fast car washing. Dont expect detailed clean. Sometimes the wash wont take all of the bird poop of your car. But if your looking for something fast this place aint so bad. It tends to get filled up often.

I was very pleased with the results of using this car wash. Its was a 9 dollar value . Going thru the mechanical wash was interesting and see that it leaves your vehicle quite clean and very dry. I then drove out of the wash into a stall for vacuum and blow dry with a small hand hand nozzle that is very practical and really gets the job done. If you got the time and dont mind a little hand work... its will be like a 40 dollar car wash.. belive me I usually have a weekly mobile car wash specialist do my cars... 3 of them.. Mercedes Benz S600... GMC yukon denali xl... and a Mercedes Benz R350.. so I expect a very good job. And here for 9 bucks and a little effort... I can get it. Plus and can use the exercise...lol

Its ok to go for a once in awhile wash for your car when your in a hurry. The blowers that dry your car on the way out really dont blow alot of the water off the car, so you need to get off and dry your car with a microfiber cloth.

Its a great car wash. My issue is that they turn off the spinning brush that washes the top of the car when I take in my Jeep. I assume its because I have a roof rack. So my hood doesnt get washed. I go to a similar was near my work and they leave everything on and I have no issues.

I am good with my car. But did you know if you have a pick up, They can and DO modify your wash/dry from the inside. And you dont get what you pay for?!! Their excuse...Were looking out for you and your equipment! If this is so, Then tell me b4 I pay you! Not after I complain!!! (Shady Manager with an attitude) Because you are not giving me the elements of the wash I want. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE :)

Recommend coming during the morning, place is always spotless, workers are helpful especially the female kaassandra. Came here after work once place looked like a complete mess, the restrooms weren’t done. Overall good job on car morning crew .

I love this place. However, there must be a better method of guiding vehicles to the vacuum area after the wash. There are vehicles who just drive inside the vacuum area for a free vacuum and they take up the space of paying customers. If they manage to solve this problem there would be many more satisfied customers.

When you get a $12 car wash you get a coupon for a free car wash three days later (I think it should be a week later). Sometimes the blowers dont work so well. The attendants are nice.

As far as automated car washes go, this one has a lot to offer. Dash board wipes and air freshener is included. 3 day wash guarantee for certain wash levels makes it a great value.
