The service was great, loved the car they reserved for us. Excellent customer services, they answer all our questions and explained detailed everything in our contract.

I tried to get a rental that was being covered by my insurance. They reached out to me about getting the rental set up. I asked if they could pick me up and the gentleman on the phone told me that the Whittier location was the one that services my area (although my house is closer to this location 2.9 miles)I figured Ill just ask my wife to drop me off in the morning. When I got there they didnt have a car for me. He explained that the call didnt mean they had a car ready. He was just calling to set up an appointment. I apologized and said I must have misunderstood. He told me to come back after 3.I had my wife drop me off on her way to school around 5:30. This time they told me that I would have to cover the taxes. I asked if they could please give a car that fits the insurance budget with taxes included. They told me that they dont have anything. They asked me to hang around and maybe someone will drop one off.I left because I dont have the time to sit and wait with no guarantee that Ill have a car. I had to go back home with no rental. What a waste of time.

The enterprise sales person will give you any car he wants without giving you choices, i was sent here from my insurance company to grab a rental but next time..I will take my business elsewhere

I Sat at This Damm Place for 40 Minutes, after I Complain He Keeps telling Me truck is Being Cleaned. Then He walk Right Across from me Jumps in a Truck Parked there all this Time. Make me Wait More As They Water Down the Truck and Gave it to Me Wet. Never Going Back There.

Enterprise them is the best car rental company!! Ive been doing business with them for the past 10 years, and I will not go with anyone else. Enterprise is very accommodating, and always have what Im looking for. The service is excellent and the staff is always so friendly and ready to assist my need. Its a real joy to do business with them, because they are fast and efficient. Whenever, I need a rental, its like being with family.

Booked a rental for today, received a call around 9am and was told that they didnt have any inventory at the moment, but would call me to let me know if something came up. Its noon and now theyre closed, not even a courtesy call to tell me they couldnt fulfill my rental and direct me to another location. Thanks for the inconvenience.

They can work on their communication skills alot more. And they can be alot more organized. Ive had many issues with the prices and communication. Not too pleased by them.

Picked up Minivan and it was filthy dirty inside out when I returned the van the manager told me he had cleaned it himself before I picked it up after a back and forth debate and he telling me I had to pay a $200.00 detail charge I was able to finally leave without charge only because they had already ran my card for the original charge. Bad Experience.....

Let me start by saying this and the Montebello/Monterey Location are by far the WORST locations I have ever dealt with.I have rented from Many cities and states with enterprise (Gold Member) during the Pandemic and all of them have been AMAZING, but not this location, Not by any means.I rented a vehicle here back in November, an Audi at that. For being a Luxury vehicle it was not even up to the standards of a severely used economy vehicle. This location had NO clean pledge, no steering wheel cover, was dusty on the inside and had gunk all over the controls. When I tried mentioning this they simply reassured me it was cleaned when it obviously wasnt. Upon trying to leave, One of the agents was blocking me from exiting as he was to busy speaking to another agent, just talking and laughing. They clearly saw me trying to leave but chose to finish their conversation, I had to honk my horn (After waiting a few minutes to not be rude). Upon arriving home I had to clean the vehicle myself to get the gunk off.From start to finish the experience was beyond terrible, The lack of cleanliness on this vehicle during the pandemic is seriously not acceptable, I have never ever been to an enterprise location (Other than Montebellos) that have not had the clean pledge and have always had beautifully cleaned vehicles. Why are these 2 locations not held to the same standard?I reached out to the Care team who stated the regional would reach out for my experience here and Montebello and they have still not reached out because they DO NOT CARE! For being a long time member and a Gold Member at that, I expect a much higher level of assistance. These 2 locations alone would make me NEVER go to enterprise again if it werent for the other amazing locations throughout the U.S. that Ive been through.Will never return to this location

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was some confusion on what level car to rent with just a debit card, but that was cleared up and they were able to upgrade me. The car was nearly brand new with just a few thousand miles. Returning the car was simple too. I will definitely come back.

After arriving at Enterphrise Luis greeted us very friendly at the site. We got there two days before ore pick up date to examine the vehicle to see what it would look before the rental. He guided us inside and out to see if it would fit our needs versus the 16 Passenger van. We selected the Chevrolet 12 passenger and it was a great preview to have beenerrererf invited and compare vans. We were very happy to have visualize it before our pickup. Luis said since the van had jut been returned, he aidsaid the van would be wash and Sanitize. Pick up day was wonderful with a clean smelling car, washed and sanitize like he said. Horrible experience had a reservation for 9am.When I spoke to the manager she said it will be 30-40 minutes wait time.I waited 30 minutes until she figured out there was another car available.I also had a free upgrade but she didn’t want to honor it because I made my reservation over the phone.She made no sense since the reservation was thru Enterprise.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MANAGER NEEDS TO GET A NEW JOB AND GO TO ANGER MANAGEMENT SHE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS RUDE AND INAPPROPRIATE.SHE IS A FEMALE MANAGER AT THE BRANCH DIDNT GET HER NAME BUT BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH HER.SHE TRIED FORCING ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable I appreciate how fast we were able to get into our rental. It probably took about 15 minutes to get our rental van. Honest when I asked about certain fees and insurance add ons so I knew how much it would all cost. I recommend you rent from Enterprise. Great job ladies and gentlemen. ☺️

They put together the bike rack on my car. I bought it from them as well. I called ahead and ordered and paid for it first though. It took a week to get there. They let me pick the day to get it installed, and I picked Saturday. Dropped it off at 10 a.m. and picked it was ready by 2 p.m., but I went around 4 or 5 near closing time. It was a good price I paid.

I recently rented a car for a trip to Vegas. Yes the Service was good but it was also shady. I called to request a car 2 days before my reservation. Yes I got suckered into taking the truck 2 days early because I was told I would be billed 10 dollars more each day. I thought 20 dollars more thats a deal. Then I was hit with the 29.99 a day more for insurance. That wasnt mentioned when I was told 10.00 more each day.Hidden fees of course they dont tell you about. I didnt question it and got suckered into the great deal. The only reason I took it is because I needed a car that I put into the shop otherwise I would have rejected it. I was told over the phone they would upgrade me and the deal would be the same as my reservation.Also, another lie! They like to think that they can be good salesmen and sucker people into deals that benefit Enterprise and not the customer. I let them feel good about their dishonesty because I believe what comes around goes around.Do not deal with Enterprise!! They have no integrity.

Brianna and Larry are the best. The whole staff is great as well. Friendly, helpful, caring, an understanding. I recommend everyone to go there. Ive been to other enterprises and they were poorly operated. The one on Pico Rivera is the best. They helped me with open arms when i was in a situation. My car had been hit and the mechanics were taking forever to fix it. They helped me tremendously in my time of need. Thank you guy you are awesome.

Great service, fair pricing and nice vehicles. The only two problems is that you must have close to 500.00 in your credit card. Second Enterprise doesnt have a key drop off BOX for those who return the vehicle in on a SUNDAY! Also a chip on the key to recognize that the vehicle is in the lot and to stop those extra charges.

I rent vehicles often at the location in Pico Rivera. The staff there is great, they always go the extra step to ensure that I get a car or truck that will take care of my ever changing needs. They pick me up from and return me to work after returning the rental. I couldnt ask for a better rental experience. I dont have VIP status, which other rental companies require to give you the personalized treatment, but Enterprise does because it is just the way that they treat their customers.

I used my local Enterprise, and the customer service was great. The only down side was I was expecting a Kia Soul like they had in the picture. Although I know they do say or similar I was hoping to try that style vehicle. But I will say they gave me the option of two other cars which I was very satisfied.That is the only reason Im giving them four stars otherwise it would be five. Oh and the promotional price was great!

I picked up a truck in LA, Pico Rivera. I absolutely loved the service as well as vehicle. I paid reasonable amount. If they would open till late it would be great as I couldnt see so many places as I had to bring back the car by 5:30 pm. Otherwise Im always gonna rent a car from Here.

Seriously, go elsewhere. What an incredible inconvenience. Really no point in booking a reservation when the employees are scatter brained and unprofessional then proceed to let you know your car isnt there please go elsewhere even though you had a reservation. Dont get me started on the sales tactics almost felt like I was talking to Trump himself. Let me instill fear so you can buy insurance yeah, No! I will revert back to another company.

Enterprise has some of the best rates around the Pico Rivera location staff is horrible. Their phone etiquette Is unbelievably bad! They couldnt give me an ETA to pick me up at The Body Shop and seemed bothered when I asked for one. The phone call ended when she hung up on me by slamming the phone down.Go to Whittier or Monterey Park their service is a 100 times better.

Stay away from this location. Too many lies and hidden fees. At the end of the day they tell you to contact insurance company and not them. Branch manager did not care about my issue. Staff is very unprofessional! How is an upgrade from a small car to a Nissan Sentra an upgrade???

Just awful service. They rented a car to us that simply was dirty, filthy and reeked of marijuana. There was even a dirty diaper in the glove compartment ( yes a diaper with feces). There was some kind of white powdery substance inside the car all over the seats. Mind you they did exchange the car 2 days later, but the awful experience was simply uncalled for. 👎 experience.

Absolutely terrible.....we have rented from Enterprize numerous times over the years, but I am done with them. I needed a car for one day, pick up Saturday morning and return Sunday morning....nope, cant do it, Pico Rivera is closed Sunday. Can I turn it in at the Whittier location (not convenient for me, but not a problem, and Whittier doesnt offer delivery or pick up service).....sure, I can do that, but I will have to pay an additional fee.Sorry Entersleaze, you and your charge the customer for everything, including the air in the tires (if you could get away with it) policy have cost you yet another customer....Ill just rent from Hertz from now on.
