So I was very nervous about getting my nails done as it’s been a while and I had no idea what shop to choose since moving to Columbus. However, Cathy and Dylan did my nails and they look fantastic! This was my first time getting my nails dipped as I usually do gel and I was not disappointed. I am so happy with the service they provided. They both were so nice and friendly. It was an overall great experience. I definitely recommend this shop to any and everyone. They definitely have a repeat customer in me!

I originally came in for acrylic nails. The owner said they didn’t have time for acrylic set and asked if I was willing to do a dip powder, I went ahead and went with it. Well I took over a hour to do my nails dip with tips, the guy who did my nails DIDNT do the right color, and didn’t put a top coat on my nails. I didn’t get why it took over a hour to do dip but I couldn’t get a French tip acrylic set that would of taken less time. Needless to say I called back later that day because the dip powder was bubbling on my nail they said they were willing to fix my nails. One day later one nail broke and chipped. I had gotten my nails done on a Wednesday evening after work and by Sunday my nails I had completely torn them off because multiple chipped and broke off. The owner was willing to fix them but that sunday I had a appointment with the salon I needed to cancel, it is very hard to set up appointments and sometimes keep with my work schedule being the worst hours and juggling kids.. I asked if I could get a refund or half off a service next time I came in she was willing to give me half off a service. Well a week later I go in with no appointment, I have maternity pictures next week and today found spare time to leave the house they couldn’t get me in and asked if I wanted to schedule a appointment for the upcoming week I told them no I can’t do that. I got very upset and that’s when I asked if I could get a refund, they were not willing to do so. I then was told if I come back I can get 25% off a service, well originally they told me 50%. So basically I have to pay full price someplace else to have my nails done and wasted 60$ on a service that was horrible to begin with. Worst experience ever.

My first visit was today. Loved the environment, the service was EXCELLENT and I will be back. Such a great spot to do like bridal parties or a girls day etc.

First visit here and I had great service. Natailyiah was very pleasant to work with and she did a wonderful job on my dip nail sevice. I will be returning soon to have lashes done by Christy who was pleasant, explaining her process.

Cathy makes sure she provides quality service to all her clients. There is no rushing your services. She dont only do nails she takes care of your nails makes sure they stay health she lets you know when you need a change. Please visit here and the rest of her team.

My husband scheduled my mom and me manicures and pedicures. The girl who did our pedicures was very lovely and we both really enjoyed her company. The issue we had was she had to do both of our pedicures back and forth. For just the pedicures alone we were there for over 2 hours and fifteen minutes. My moms toes weren’t completely covered with polish which we noticed in the car. The next day both of our polish had begin chipping. We did not get manicures. I would have hoped Since the services were scheduled ahead of time we would have each had a person working on us to makes things go by much faster. Together we spent over $130 both tipping 20%. I do not think we will be returning. We do not want the girl who did our pedicure to get reprimanded but I think the manager/owner on duty could have made improvements for our experience.

No waiting, clean, followed all safety protocol, (masks required& handwashing availability) all personnel friendly & helpful. Good pedicure & manicure.

I love the fact that they are always on time for appointments. I can plan my day around getting my nails done and know that I won’t be late because the salon was running behind. Most importantly they’ve always done a great job on my nails.

Service is always amazing. Ive been going here sense I discovered them and Joy always does an amazing job.. make an appointment though. They are professional and they take their time to make sure its done right!! Also my nails last for a whole month. Ive never been able to have nails longer than 2 weeks but everytime I get them done at Posh, they last a month. Thats before lifting!!

I went there and it is so clean and peaceful. The color choices are so nice looking and i like how they have a separate room for the powder so it doesnt stink up the place. The nail art they do is fabulous! I recommend this salon! (Best one Ive visited so far) The music is the best. It does take a while but thats because they are professional. (I stayed there from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.) That is a long time but it flies because they talk to you and the conversations are always nice and they are so kind!

I had my nails done for my wedding ceremony here, and they did a wonderful job despite the fact that I missed my alarm and was about an hour late to my appointment which they were very gracious about. I had and ombré style nail with pink at the base fading to white at the top. I also had crystals on my ring fingers following one side of the nails’ natural curve. I wish I had a picture of the nails as they were absolutely gorgeous and made my wedding ceremony ensemble that much more elegant.

Joy has been doing my nails for years; she convinced me to change to the dip nails, and I couldnt be happier!! They are incredible, and Joy is an artist. I like that they are thinner and more durable than the acrylics.

I was not planning to complain, but I noticed this was an ongoing issue with other clients so I had to speak up. I got gel nails done for a concert I was going to at the end of September, so it has been about a month. My gel lasted two days (I do not work with chemicals and I was not swimming). I was never told that she used the wrong product on my nails. I am very dissatisfied. I got TWO infected nails also. I do not like to complain, but since it is still happening, it needs addressed.

First time customer...got a pedicure and attempted my first gel with tips. The pedicure was great! Needless to say the gel acrylics werent for me, even though done very nicely. Ricky gave me a discount and since I had a busy day told me to come back the next day to soak them off and get a normal full set. Theyre beautiful and Ill definitely be back! Such professionalism and tact were very impressive.

Love this place my third time here they actually do dipped nails by Joy shes the greatest I have referred so many people here we just dont want to go anywhere else but POSH! Oh my gosh! Love it. Thank you.

Omg Kallista is AMAZING at pedicures. I’ll be booking with her every time I come in!! Super nice and friendly. I was reading a book during my service and I could’ve fell asleep because she did such a good job.

So I got my nails balanced and an exclusive pesi on Sunday with gel. I noticed on Monday evening that there was a huge gap between my nail and the acrylic and bumps on my big toes (in the Polish). Worried about water getting in I call on Tuesday to schedule an appointment to have them fix their mistakes. When I get there I sit down, nobody greets me. Then I hear someone tell one of the techs to please check me in. He proceeds to yell over everyone do you have an appointment? I yell backYes he asks what for a nail fix. He then yells again do you have an appointment? I responded and then he tells me it will be awhile he is finishing up. Am I wrong or is that terribly unprofessional and ride. Also not cool I have to wait so long when it was THEIR mistake.

I decided to try this place out after all the great reviews and i was disappointed. Though the place was clean and nice my gel nail polish was chipping away the day after I got it like it was regular nail polish I’ve never seen Gel polish do anything like it did. I went in two days later to get it fixed and they seemed to have an attitude about fixing it after my hour wait they finally did it two days later the nails are breaking and the gel nail polish is chipping at the ends again. My guess is that the gel nail polish is either cheap or doesn’t work that well and they didn’t apply the acrylic that great either if it’s breaking in four days. I will not be going back and if I could give it no stars I would. Don’t Waste $50 or more dollars at this place

If I could give them less than one star I would. I went in thinking they would do a good job, but I should have known when they were doing my nails in the back of the salon in a very cold room (in a cold room it takes MUCH longer for the acrylic to set). It took over an hour for that part because the acrylic would not set. I asked Neary Sath if she could thicken my nails up, but the she said that when the gel went on it would make the nails thicker. After everything was said and done my nails looked a little thinner than I would have hope for, but Neary said that they would be fine. I came in on a Thursday. Literally the next day one of my nails broke opening an eyelash box. I had a weekend long event to attend to so I couldn’t go back until Monday. By the time the weekend ended 4 nails had broken off. When I went back they said my nails broke bc “of their length”. I do nails myself but I decided to go somewhere to get my nails done that time & I knew FOR A FACT it was not the length but it was because they did not put enough acrylic. So instead of being honest they TRIED to lie to me to try to cover themselves. I honestly believe Neary had no idea what she was doing & that’s that. I came in on June 20, 2018 & I thought I wouldn’t give them a bad review, but everytime I think of this place or pass it I get upset all over again. Personally, I will never set a foot in this place again. If you want a good nail salon check out Moxie Day Spa in Blacklick. They do a good job EVERY time.

I came here to get my acrylics removed and have a mid-level manicure. I was excited to come because it had such good reviews and looked pretty nice. I didnt expect my nails to be perfect by any means, as I know getting acrylics wrecks the nails.But everything took so long. I was here for 2 1/2 hours. My fingers sat in the acetone for a very long time in between each time he rubbed the acrylic off (3 times in all). Even though it started bubbling/flaking up pretty quickly. Then, when he went to do the manicure (I paid extra for the mid-level one that included a relaxing massage). He rubbed my hands in a nice scrub, but there was no massage. He pulled extra skin up around the edges of my nails, and then didnt cut it off fully. During filing, a bit of skin was filed off on my pinkie. And the nail polish wasnt smooth around the edges by any stretch of the imagination - I do better even with a hand tremor. Then it was flaking and chipping by day 3.Only reason I gave them 2 stars - they were kind, and did three things I appreciated. First, the nail grinder wasnt working right, so my tech soaked and rubbed my acrylics off manually rather than turning me away. They also got me started about 15 minutes before my appointment, and when I bumped an undried nail he touched it up for me. The customer treatment is good, just unfortunately not the service I paid for.I do appreciate the time they took for me, and that my acrylics are gone. Thats what I really needed done. But I was hoping to find a new bi-weekly nail salon, and this really is just not it.

Made appointments for my friend and I, we were greated immediatly and really enjoyed our service. Honestly one of the cleanest and friendliest nail salons I have been to.

I had a nail break within 24 hours and the next day after I got it fixed another nail broke. I’ve never had a problem with them before, but this last visit was just not the best.

I got my nails done for my birthday Jonny was a really nice guy. I had a $5 coupon my nails cost $35 I was charged almost $38 do the math. Which was so weird..... Ok.... fast forward I did acrylic nails two days after I did it tho tips to broke off I came in Jonny fixed it and repainted all my nails which was nice of him for free. But after a few days three more broke, I called and they said I had to pay $25 to refix the three. That $25 will get me brand new nails done at a different place. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

The young girl at the front desk was visibly rude to customers and to employees. Rolling of the eyes, silence when asked questions, just not kind. You could tell she didnt want to be there.
