Just had one of the BEST haircuts from Rhonda! Highly recommended her because she listens and you get what you asked for! LOL! My only complaint is she is a from South Carolina and a Clemson Tiger fan and not a University of South Carolina Gamecock fan!

Amazing haircuts for my two kids. The staff is amazing and they truly care about their clients no matter their age. The shop is always clean and everyone is always super cheery.

We made a last minute appointment for our sons first haircut (he’s 14 months old) and Rhonda was amazing! She knew exactly how to make our son feel comfortable and not even realize his hair was being cut. And they even provided a little baby’s first haircut keepsake. Highly recommend Rhonda!

At first it was a one star due to the rookie who cut my hair and it was a mess. However they took me in the following day, a different hair stylist took good care of me and repaired my dew like nothing ever happened for free. Great people and great salon.

Made two separate appointments for my daughter and myself. Very unprofessional as we weren’t even checked in upon arrival. We were told they would be with us shortly only to let us sit and check in 3 other people before I finally got up and let them know they never checked us in. Then I told them I did not have time to wait since it was well past both of our appointments. My daughter was taken back after people who arrived after us. No apology or explanation as to why this occurred. My daughter got her hair cut but I will not be returning here or recommending it to anyone I know. There are too many hair salons in the area to be treated this poorly. Management needs to step up.

My daughter and I went to get our hair cut. The service was awesome, as always. I went to a much more expensive place a few weeks ago, paid a lot of money, was treated horribly everyone was rude and unfriendly. I needed to have it cut again because I hated it! The only reason I was there was because of a gift card so I thought I would give it a try. NEVER AGAIN! I have an amazing haircut for A LOT less! My children often go to supercuts for hair cuts and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They do a great job every time. My daughter gets her hair colored here as well. She gets blue and purple, fun colors, we love it every time! I would definitely recommend this place. We love it! Kim was our stylist and she is always very sweet and fun! We have been to every stylist and thwy are all excellent!

Well, it wasnt exactly me getting a great cut for a great price. However, my hubby is a Marine Corps veteran and only recently found out that they ALWAYS have a military discount for vets. Hes 40 but still has the best high and tight and loves the way the ladies take care of him! Way to go Supercuts!

My Aunt went here today. She is a single mom who does her best and even took custody of me. She has not had time for herself so today while trying to find a sweet 16 dress for me she went to try and get her hair cut. Now we all sat in the car for likec30 min waiting and when she came out she was quite upset as the lady who took her asked when she d washed her hair last. Living with her I can state loudly she just did it that morning. Anyways like I said she does not do stuff for herself like ever. Just thought yall should know you hurt someone who loves everyone and is the kindest person I know. Shame on you all.

Rachel at Supercuts in Phoenixville is awesome! I am almost embarrassed to admit it, but I went to her to fix my haircut from a high end salon that cost me over 4 times as much as the Supercuts price! Rachel fixed my cut and took extra care to make sure it was right.Rachel is very professional and does an amazing job!

If you need a haircut and want to be treated by very nice and friendly staff you must go here. The staff gives each client the time that is needed for their haircut. You dont feel rushed. Stop in and come out looking great.

Recently took my son for a haircut and it started out with a negative attitude from one of the hairdressers. She didn’t speak a word to my son during his haircut which made it an unpleasant and awkward situation. Then while we were paying she told us next time he will be charged for the tangles in his hair, and that is not her job to brush them out! This has never been an issue for him and I want to thank you for making my son feel bad. We will not be giving them our business anymore.

I typically go to a private salon, But in a pinch I stopped by the Supercuts in Phoenixville and ended up having an awesome experience. Kim was really awesome, super efficient, and absolutely knows what she’s doing.

Never too long of a wait. I recommend calling ahead for a quick visit. The employees are always pleasant and helpful.

I asked for a feather trim (split ends) &for my layers to be touched up. Now keep in mind my hair was to the middle of my back. She cuts it, telling me itll be so cute, its gonna feel great. Which it did; but today i realized just how short she cut it (TO MY SHOULDERS!) AND I AM VERY VERY UPSET!!

Worst ever experience. I had an appointment for 4PM on 24th June 2015. Reached there at 3:55PM, there were only 2 stylists and cutting hair. They told me to wait till they finish up the existing customers which is fine. However, post that there was another gentleman who walked in and they told me that he had called in and so need to cut his hair first. I was asked to wait till 4:50PM which was not acceptable as by the time they would finish with me it would be another 20-30 mins. When I said i cannot wait, one of the lady said that I should have called in for the appointment. However, when i mentioned that i have taken the appointment through the app they said i should have called. I walked out and they were like ok, not apologetic or sorry. Maybe cause I am an Indian and there was this biasness. Will never visit Super Cuts ever again. Worst place to visit.I have been visiting the one at Lincoln Plaza at Lancaster for the last 1 yr and has never faced any issue and they were just very good.Thanks,Hitesh Sanghani
