I have been using Zeigler for many years for servicing and helping with issues on my ForceFed Elise. There is no doubt that the customer service, expertise and knowledge of the team at Zeigler is second to none. They have consistently provided me with the highest standard of service and work and have gone far beyond expectations with some very difficult jobs I have given them. Would certainly recommend Zeigler to anyone who is looking for the highest level of service.
What can I say that others havent. Frank and the team are seriously incredible. I bought a supercharged Lotus Elise and was obviously a bit nervous about where to bring it.After some research and all positive reviews on the forums, decided to bring it here (even if it is about an hour away). Well worth the drive.They went through post-purchase inspection, and some services, quickly and efficiently and we were back on the road in no time.Unfortunately, due to the previous owners shoddy repair job, it shredded the serpentine belt within 100 miles of putting on a new one. Long story, but the previous owner had made some dumb mods out of necessity or not wanting to wait for the right parts.No fault of Frank and the guys there, and they were quick to help make it right and make sure the car was back up to spec. Diagnosed the issue, were transparent while parts came in and what they were doing, and were able to fix the problem so it doesnt happen again. I seriously cant speak highly enough about the service provided by them. Anyone with an exotic of any kind should go see them.
Frank and the team have taken care of me well. Theyre not the cheapest operation in town, but you get what you pay for. And Frank has made me feel very comfortable because he was always willing to spend time with me and the car and explain everything thoroughly. Very down-to-earth and good people. Incredibly professional, high integrity, extremely knowledgeable, ultra responsive, and exemplary moral character: that defines Frank Zeigler.I took my MB S63 AMG to Zeiglers after major disappointment with other local shops. They were not only able to diagnose issues but accurately repair them in a timely manner. Frank explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood everything with my service. He did service far and above my already high expectations and did not break my bank like a dealer. When you drive an exotic car your expectations are higher because your playtime can cost you dearly. Frank understands that and spares no detail, exceeding all expectations. I also had my wheels straightened by another local shop for $1300. I was not happy and Frank discovered the wheels still had issue and had them repaired for me correctly in short time. The wheels are now straight and I could not be happier. Frank ensured me and my passengers are safe and I am grateful.I cannot thank Frank and his staff enough. If you own a car that needs special attention, Zeiglers is the ONLY place to go. You will never look for another shop, period.
This business and Frank Zeigler are a pleasure to deal with! They are totally professional and extremely knowledgeable on all the top exotic cars as well as vintage exotics. Even better... no attitude like you might run into at a typical high-end car dealer. These guys are down to earth and fun to deal with. Frank and his team are a very professional group! You can tell just by talking with them that they are very passionate about their work and are a wealth of knowledge about what they work on. I was treated like family the whole time I was there. They are up front and honest and willing to discuss any concerns or questions that you might have.I took my Lotus Elise in for inspection and chatted with Frank the whole time it was being inspected. I feel much more confident with my ownership now knowing that I have a place that I can trust.
Upon purchasing a 2005 Lotus Elise, my first venture into semi-exotic vehicles, I needed to find a reputable service shop I trusted. I did some research and spoke with Frank while deciding on a vehicle. I am happy to say my experience with Zeigler Exotic Cars has met and exceeded my expectations. All the other reviewers are dead-on about Frank and crew so I wont repeat it all in detail, but he cares about his customers. I have a 2006 Cayman that I rarely get to drive these days due to life circumstances (little kids), but I take it to Frank and Tom to get basic oil changes and state inspections, and he treats me as if I spend thousands of dollars there, always asks about life and family, too. Tom knows his Porsches inside out. I mean what owners respond to my personal text after-hours about getting me in next day for a state inspection w/ no prior heads up. Probably only Frank! I just also got a Panamera Hybrid. Frank and crew will be the only ones servicing it once the factory plan is up.
I had my Maserati 5 year service completed at Zeigler Exotics. This was my first time to the shop. Frank met me outside, gave me the grand tour and introduced me to the Techs. It quickly became apparent Frank knows his way around Maserati, Ferrari, Porsche, Etc. and that I would be leaving my car in good hands. This comprehensive service was completed timely and the car returned running and looking like the day the dealership delivered it to me.

My husband has serviced his Lotus here several times and raves about the place. He is more comfortable having work done here than anywhere else. His view is that there are very few mechanics who are extremely skilled and also actually care about you and your car. Frank and his team provide this unique combination. They will tell you exactly what can be done and will never do something that might benefit them but not be the best outcome for you as the owner. The best place in the area to service your Porsche, Lotus, Ferrari, etc.!

Where to start......First of all...if you own an exotic car you need to call these guys stat. I would honestly visit this place regularly even if I didnt own one. Frank and his mechanics are the most personable and respectful people I have ever met. Super nice guys. They are efficient and beyond knowledgeable. Whether you work 40 hours a week or own the Belagio....it doesnt matter to them. I cant say enough about their character let alone their abilities as mechanics. Highly recommended.

A highly experienced German mechanic who guarantees his work! I took my Audi into the shop few months back. Frank quickly diagnosed the malfunction indicator. Rather than replacing the entire cover, as the dealer wouldve done, he replaced only the faulty valve in that assembly, at a huge savings for me. When the same error came on again today, he installed another valve free of charge! Where else are you going to find a mechanic who does that?! Whenever I go there, the shop has everything from the super Italians to collectible Porsches and racers on their lifts. So, I know my daily driver is in good hands. Tom is the other mechanic and he would be the head mechanic at any high-end dealership. Along with John who does front office, there is more experience there going into your car than you can find anywhere else. Thanks, Guys! Godspeed.
Frank has been working on my European sports cars for nearly 10 years. I have never been disappointed with his work or ethic. I recently bought a used Ferrari and immediately took it to him for assessment, service and repair of a dozen annoying defects. All fixed and enjoying the car thanks to the efforts of Frank and the technicians at Zeigler Exotics.

Frank and the whole entire crew at Ziegler’s are the best and friendliest out there! The shop is really cool and always has some amazing vehicles being worked on inside! It doesn’t matter what vehicle your bringing in, Frank and his crew will treat you and your vehicle with outstanding service. I’ve had work done on my BMW, as well as my Step Father’s BMW and Ziegler’s treated us as if we were bringing in a Ferrari! The service here is really top notch and you can tell everyone is passionate and knowledgeable about all these foreign and exotic vehicles they work on. The machanics have even invited be back after dianostics to show me my vehicle up on the lift to explain the issues and reasons for the service being needing and recommend. Frank and the rest of the shop at Ziegler’s are really great and passionate people. They are also all very very trustworthy people, something hard to find in shops today.
I took a Maserati GranTurismo in for service and the guys at Zeigler Exotic Cars are awesome they took care of my car like it was there pride and joy. They did a great job on it and there cost was better then the dealers and service was far and beyond what the dealer could offer and the return time was fast, got me on the road again. If I was in need of a great honest shop I wouldnt hesitate to go to Zeigler Exotic, thanks guys for everything. Oh and did I say they fix all kinds of cars too from Toyota, BMW, Lamborghini, Ferrari and Bentley etc they do it all, seen it first hand. Thankyou Frank and the team. Frank is superb, so knowledgeable and knew what was wrong with my car immediately which was a great relief as I took my car to other places and they didn’t know what was wrong. I love going to a clean shop and his was immaculate, you can trust that you and you cars will be treated properly!
Wow where do I begin decided to take the long road trip with the family to Pennsylvania when my 2011 bmw 535 broke down left us stranded check engine light flashing engine running rough Not sure what to do or where to go I Google search European car repair when I came across Ziegler exotic cars at possum hollow The next day I was able to get the car to the shop and work directly with the owner Frank who is very knowledgeable personable and overall just a great guy in person to deal with He was able to get my car in right away scan for fault codes and make a determination that I had needed a high pressure fuel pump fortunately for me this was a covered repair under my warranty Frank work with my extended warranty company to get it covered ordered all of the parts necessary to complete the repair and did everything within his power to make myself in my family feel confident that our vehicle would be fixed correctly so we could finish our trip and return home safely This is a great place the service was excellent their knowledge is top notch and the eye candy in the shop was greatI would come here to hang out even if I didnt own this type of vehicle And not sure if I mention Im from MassachusettsThanks for the great work understanding and compassion in our situation👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👌
Can’t say enough great things about these guys! Usually when you have an expensive car and the warranty expires you want to sell the car as you fearful of the potential anticipated repair bills - this shop is as fair as can be possible - that along with their expansive knowledge what seems to be all cars make them a real goldmine - when other places seem to make every repair seem like some huge ordeal which is always followed by some overpriced bill- these guys always have a we will take care of it attitude followed by a very reasonable invoice- they have worked on my Bentley & my Mercedes G-Wagon & did great stuff! I’ve seen Porsche -Ferraris & other expensive & exotics there - they also were very helpful in referring me to other automotive professionals who also were great at things they didn’t handle - Frank the owner is the best!!!! I highly recommend these guys for all your automotive needs!
Beware. I had sent an older 911 in to Zeigler for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI). Frank and crew missed many serious oil leaks, grossly understated the severity of a power steering leak, ignored an obviously leaking AC system, and didn’t even comment on the overall condition of the vehicle (interior, paint/rust, electronics, etc). I’m overwhelmed at the growing laundry list of defects that were missed/covered up. Had I known what I know now, I wouldn’t have bought the car. But due to the dishonest/incomplete PPI report from the Zeigler team, I’m stuck with a lemon and no pursuable recourse.
Ive had my 87 Carrera serviced by Bill Boys at Possum Hollow several times. This is my daily driver, so every time it goes into the shop my wife has to shuttle me around. Bill is a very busy guy, and my guess is that Im a needier customer than most... He is patient when I am pushy. He meets deadlines and does excellent work. Happy customer!

Fantastic Experience. Was a little concerned when I saw a Lotus and a Maserati surrounded by numerous Porshes in the shop, and I was bringing in a lowly Jetta! They treated me just the same, diagnosed my problem, and got it fixed. Found out that the owners daily driver is a Jetta, so he knows the car! Take your German, Italian, or Brit car here. Diagnosed and fixed properly.
I wrote maybe 2 reviews my entire life, but this shop needs to be talked about.What can I say, this is a great place run by a group of amazing people. Hidden gem -- GPS kept taking me to the wrong building, but worth the time to find (its in the lower part of the larger structure, down a sloping driveway along the right after the main entrance lot). The place was clean and professional, with a lightning-fast staff. Bill & Frank, thank you both for taking great care of me & my 2007 328xi!Went in for a ticking noise from the N52 engine. The afternoon before, I spoke with Bill about my concerns and he offered to look it over for me first thing in the morning. I had reservations about the fix because I was afraid to be without a car for even a day, but Bill was so attentive and got the diagnosis started within minutes of me arriving. Right away, Bill ruled out lifter tick, and Frank got to working and narrowed down the source of the noise to the ac compressor. Together, they explained to me what they could do to replace the part and would do their best to get it done that day. Hard to pass up, esp since they told me what needed to be done, how much it would cost, a target completion time, and the no-pressure option to look elsewhere if I wanted. Wow. I couldnt say no to that level of professionalism and customer-oriented care. Their rates werent much higher than competing German/Euro auto shops, and the diag was fast so I agreed to wait in the shop and have them swap out the compressor. From then on, the job proceeded like clockwork. Frank was done with disassembly, removal, and draining before lunch. Bill had a part shipped over on rush from the next state over, scheduled to arrive within 5 hours. The speed was insane. Theres no other way to describe it -- they were downright hospitable. I genuinely felt taken care of and it was just total peace of mind. Bill even offered to drive me to an Italian place down the road so I could grab a bite while I waited. Just so well taken care of that day. You guys are true gents and examples to your industry.The compressor arrived before 3 and Frank got working again and I was on my way home before 5. I swear, if we werent waiting for the part to arrive, Id be home in time for lunch. Frank was nice enough to top off my wiper fluid as well and cleared some obd codes that never went away from a previous diag. The car ran smooth and quiet all the way home.My experience with Bill & Frank was incredible. Between them diagnosing and blazing through the repair process, and Bill taking his time and sharing his insights with me on cars in general throughout the day, this has got to be the gold standard. Hats off, guys. I am an extremely satisfied and impressed customer.
